Just crap! Loud and the so calf mopping feature is a joke

bObsweep did not meet my expectations. The sweeper did not pick up dirt from the carpet or floor. Return the vacuum an bought a replacement product.

Used for couple months. Stopped working. If you wanna waste your money. This is the right spot I guess. By the way. This machine is not the smartest one.

Battery dies after a few minutes, does not complete a full room for vacuum. I have a lesser expensive brand and it makes circles around this one. I thought this would be much better then it is. If I had the chance to go back in time and NOT purchase I definitely would.

I thought it was a better mop, but it only has a small pad, that you get damp, and stick to the bottom. That's not what I think a mop is. The vacuum only has one spin brush also. I already have one that has 2 and works great. I was really looking for a self-mopper. This isn't it.

It is only suitable for one year, after which the battery will lose power and need to be replaced with a new one. I asked questions about being able to transition to area rugs and how it will do on very low-pile carpets. This thing can't get out of its way. It can hardly move on area rugs. We have skinny mats to place the dog dishes on top of, and this thing can't even climb on top of that. It constantly gets stuck in corners and behind chairs. We find ourselves continually having to get up and move it. I've had to redirect it five times and place it in a room with almost no furniture except for a wall piano, and it can't even operate in there.

Ended up returning it as we had to watch it constantly and it threw errors out within minutes of its cycle.

Not very smart, get stuck very easily, I changed for a dyson cordless, much more effective

This doesn’t work. It barely goes anywhere before it starts in with the error code. I wish I would have returned it right away, now I’m stuck with it!

I like it. I don't think the suction is good enough to replace a regular vacuum cleaner for vacuuming carpets, but it's great for cleaning under beds and furniture. And it does clean the visible stuff from carpets. It's really good at vacuuming and dry mopping hard floors. I don't plan on using the feature, but it can be programmed to clean on a schedule. If you were to set it to clean an area too large for it to handle on one charge, it would clean until the charge was low, then find its way back to the charging station, charge itself for a couple of hours and then continue where it left off! It can also be set to clean a small area, like if you spilled dry ingredients. I was a little disappointed that it doesn't do a great job damp mopping, but I'm still glad I got it. And I like that it comes with a cleaning tool, extra mopping cloth, main brush and side brush. I purchased BOB for my workplace. We have over 3000 square feet of white wood plank tile that I was tired of sweeping everyday. BOB does have a lot of great features. I love that I can set a schedule for him to clean at the end of the day and that he has a remote that I can control where he goes. My issues with BOB are that his battery takes forever to recharge and the battery does not last very long after he starts cleaning. BOB is also VERY LOUD!. I have a Shark at home and it seems to do better than BOB. However, it is fun trying to find BOB every morning when I get to work because he always dies before he can make it back to his charge port.

Works good has a issue getting stuck in the same areas over and over until it dies, I put all cords up but if it gets ahold of a cord like my Macbook charger it shredded it. I have 2 Shih tzu's & it's not pet friendly, it bumped into their legs and other places just like they were a piece of furniture, the remote is useless, I am researching the iroomba to possibly exchange this for a Brava.

I have 3 of bobs vacuum they all work great and look nice when they break they are easy to fix. Their customer service its great jose rmirez from bob was great i had other customer reps that were also great if you are deciding between bob and irobot i recommend this bob pethair plus it comes with a 2 year warranty amd cleans sweeps and has a uv light to disinfect.

Im on my 2nd after the first one died after about a year. The first scuffed over the sensors so bad it stopped working. The second is maybe 6 months old. The dust bin broke after 4 months but was still useable. Now a wheel has randomly stopped working completely (nothing is blocking it, its like no power is going to it?) IF you buy one, GET the extended warranty through the store.

Bob has been a tremendous addition to the cleaning crew. He does a great job of picking up the little bits and dust that collect on the floor. I scheduled him to vacuum during the day while everyone is out. Most days he makes his rounds and finds his way home, but once in a while he gets lost or stuck. I still like to use my upright vacuum every once in a while. Bob's just not as powerful as an upright. Bob started having issues about a month after we bought him and I contacted customer service and they emailed me links to very helpful videos and even ended up sending me a replacement brush motor at no cost. GREAT customer service.
