I am OBSESSED with this product. I live in the city and I am constantly collecting dust in my house. Living alone makes it tough to stay on top of keeping a clean place and bob is the boyfriend I don't have! I turn him on before I leave the house and I come back and the work is done. I love the mopping feature too. The customer service is incredible. Whenever I have questions on how to fix or replace a piece, they have a team member who helps me throughout the entire process and is truly commited to helping me. Hands down best customer service people I have ever had to deal with. The product is well worth the price. Highly recommend!!

This looks to be a similar version of one that i purchased a year ago, being excited to have a vacuum + mop. 3 comments: There's a reason this one was so heavily discounted There's probably a reason why they don't show the underside. Its not much of a mop. The mopping function is mostly like a wet mop. The vacuum function gets much less debris than a similar-priced vacuum-only from deebot, which has 2 rotating brushes instead of one.

Bought Bob Sweep a couple of months ago and since we bought it has being really helpful at home. after a month having him he got a small issue and contacted customer service for bobsweep and i need to say it it's the best customer service EVER. the follow up the fast answering the personalized answer the best for real.
