Works good on open areas, wish it would get closer to baseboards. may find a way to make it work better given more time.

It vaccumed the floor well. The Mop is more of a gimmick.

Good vacuum, sweeps quickly and efficiently. Has also turbo speed mode which makes cleaning faster but also quickly drains battery. Moping it's not really a thing. Small attachment pad you wet with water or cleaning solution does not allow to mop all surface. If you looking for good vacuum - great choice. If you looking for mop - get one of dedicated moping robots.

We still use an upright vacuum for most of the house, and the Bobi makes it easy to get to difficult areas such as under the bed and behind furniture. Everything worked as it should except it sometimes had a hard time finding the charging station. We re-synced it twice, and we took it back to exchange after the third time that it happened. We're looking forward to using the replacement because the first one worked so well (other than getting lost on the way to the charger).

Can be cleaning floors while you do other things like dusting & putting away clutter piles when you are short on time. I need to read the instructions again for a clearer understanding of the complete operation steps. Emptying dust bin is simple.

This is my second BObSweep vacuum. I have the BObSweep pet hair model that keeps our main level clean and now I have the BObSweep classic that keeps the upstairs bedrooms and hallway clean. These vacuums work great. I have them on a schedule to clean when I’m at work. The Bobi Classic low profile so it’s able to clean under the beds. Customer service is great also. They have replied quickly to the questions I have e-mailed them.

Picks up small items and cleans my carpet and hard wood floors great.

Runs good just repeats the same area too many times before moving on and coming back later. Probably the reason it cleans so well is because of the dual sweepers, additional comb and pulley wheels on the 2 brushers - that my husband has already lost one of the pulley wheels when taking apart to clean the roller sweepers, filter and the dirt storage component..

This product was purchase because of the low price Best Buy was offering at the time This was offered at an attractive price and I had never used or purchase this brandBefore This was also purchased as a gift and she absolutely loves the robot vacuum. Highly recommended

It works ok in my hole, but it gets stuck trying to climb on things. Also, it's not easy to clean. I got used to cleaning it, but it would be nice if cleaning it wasn't this cumbersome. Lastly, it's pretty loud.

Does great but tends to get under where it’s not able to get out

I bought this thinking that it wouldn’t be very good. But my expectations were shattered, the setup was very fast and easy. And the controls are also very easy to understand and get a hang of. I don’t use the mop feature very much but it definitely useful around the house. It does however sometimes stay in one room for too long.

This cleans better than I thought it would. My floors look better now than they ever have. The only thing I would add to this is controlling it with my mobile phone. It does come with a separate controller or you can just hot stary on the vacuum but mobile phone control would give this 5 stars instead of 4.

Nice product. I bought it to keep having to get on my knees to sweep/vacuum under furniture. It works well. Now ... to program the remote :) I am giving a three only because I have not used all of its features yet, but so far so good. Skeptical about the mop but we shall see.

This vacuum cleans ok. Never used the mop. It’s a bit stupid. Runs into a lot of stuff in the house. Also likes to run into cords. I would not buy this again. Even for the steep discount that I did. Would recommend going to a higher end one.

Not at all what I thought it would be. It tried to climb furniture and almost went down the stairs. I really thought this was in the high tech platform but sadly mistaken
