I have been using it for 2 days the unit is not good enough to clean floor edges. It also needs intervention in the cleaning movement, can get trap in between small furniture i.e. kid chairs.

Great product with lots of power. We caught this one on sale. It comes with remote control and works very well. Its already memorizing my home setup. Only downfall is no phone app. I have to be home to run it.

It gets stuck in my bathroom rugs but otherwise it wirks great! We have a large house so have one that runs in the basement and main floor, will have to get one upstairs too!!

Really like having this around since it knocks out my everyday sweep/cleanup and takes something off of my plate. It does a pretty good job so I definitely can't complain. It moves form tile to hardwood very easily.

This little guy cleans the hard floors in my home great! Gets the dog hair up really well!

What a time saver. It's is scheduled for a daily run through of the living room and kitchen. Super easy to set up and it works great. Follow the maintenance and cleaning guide and it will work great.

I like it but it literally gets stuck on everything including the rug. It also has no rhyme or reason in how it vacuums, but give it time and it’ll hit the entire room eventually.

Great vacuum. No mop feature though which was too bad. But not something we really needed. Vacuum works great. Way better then past vacs with less clean up issues. Only problem is still needing to clean it

No more vacuuming the house for me! :) Has a mop attachment but haven't tried that function yet. Sanitizes floor does a great job for my 1100sq ft apt. Auto adjusts from rug to tile. Need to make sure you don't leave any big things on the floor like plastic bags or cords. Get the maximum warranty just because why wouldn't you. Has detectors to not bump into things but I notice it doesn't do well with certain black objects because it will crash and try to keep going for a bit. Have four cats and the hepafilter does a great job. Empty tray about every other day and I have it run 7 days a week on auto. Best Buy had it on sale it's made me much happier at home. Did a lot of research and this one as well as roomba look like a good bet.

price was good easy to install I had to keep directing it and it kept going back to the same area that was already cleaned ( that is why I gave it 3)

I purchased this for my daughter and son in law to help lighten their work load. They have a dog and cat and constant hair everywhere. This little robotic vacuum does an great job and they love it!

makes life easy for the elderly and disable just press go and watch it clean for you then it returnsto it's home base and recharges itself

I have children and I have a cat, this machine is exactly what I needed to save me cleaning time. You need to set up the pattern or let it freestyle either way the floor will be shiny

I have bObi over year and half. Love it. It kept my wood floor, ceramic tiles and rug clean when I needed. Recently the bObi ran couples minutes and it stopped. I got little frustrated and thought I have to buy another robot vacuum. I decided to call the customer service. I tell you they have one of the best customers service that I have ever deal with. He has patience and walk me thru all the trouble shooting. It was one little piece of dirt hang on the wheel and cause all the problem. My bObi is working great again.

We have been using bObi for over a month and love it! When the robot vacuums first came out forever ago, we tried one. We ended taking it back-pretty useless with pet hair. We have waited until now to try another robot vacuum. This little vacuum has been great on the low pile carpeting in our living room which is where we mainly hang out. The carpet actually perked up a bit and is softer to walk on. The ceramic tile in the kitchen causes a bit of a challenge with picking up loose particles but still a decent job is done.

Don’t waste your money. This robot gets stuck on thin floor mats. If you are planning on using it to mop, unless you have an apartment that’s a total of 50 sq feet, it’s useless. Also it doesn’t clean along the walls. I also own a Roomba and it’s much better for almost the same price. I’m very disappointed in this product. Hoped it would be better.

Easy to use. I have hardwood floors and linoleum throughout the house. Occasionally gets stuck on a rug but not very ofte. Highly recommend this vacuum!

We love our BoBi easy to clean and so reliable With two cats we needed this. Plus the customer service is the best I have ever experienced
