I bought it for my daughter who has 2 dogs and 4 kids, one of who is still at the crawling stage. Bob gets the pet hair up great and it doesn't take long. Only wish is that you could actually set pattern for Bob to vacuum, as sometimes he strays from the area you need vacuumed. I am going to buy another for my other daughter, as she has a dog also

Nice Product and budget item

Customer support team is awesome. The only issues I have is during cleaning one has to be careful with small parts, I lost one small piece while cleaning and it was making noise (volume was high). All though with extra parts they provide it helped to fix the issue.
