A few months ago I purchased three bObi’s manufactured by Bobsweep. One for myself and one each for my two daughters. We all love them, and our carpets have never looked better!! They do such a great job, are easy to clean and care for they’ve made our lives so much easier. We never have to worry about the vacuuming, it’s always done. My daughter has a few animals and has hers run just before she gets home so the house looks nice when she gets there. A month or so ago, one of them had a damaged wheel, I contacted customer support and they were the best! I started by receiving emails from them with instructions and a shipping label. They were in contact with me several times throughout the process notifying me of the progress and treated bObi like she was human. They referred to her visit as a hospital visit. They wanted to be sure she was working correctly and in great shape before shipping back. I have never had such a pleasant experience working with a support team, and my bObi came back in perfect condition and once again works great. I would highly recommend this bObi, and their whole company. You will have the best experience! Thank you very much BObshweep, you’re the best!

Does not clean corners. Get stuck Do not buy this product!

We've had our bobi for a total of maybe 3 weeks now. The first one received stopped working after the first use. This was really disappointing but customer service promptly helped us and sent us a new one, which works great so far. Customer service is so awesome it's easy to forgive the fact that the first bobi didn't work as expected. Our home has both carpet and tile and the bobi cleans it beautifully. Bobi doesn't fit under our cabinets in the kitchen but the little attachment reaches under and grabs things underneath. The bobi gets stuck at the top of the stairs once in a while but once you move it, it keeps going. I want to say that bobi is extremely easy to use. Even my 4-year old knows how to get it going, and it's light enough he can actually carry it to where he's made a mess and get it started. I'm not sure what we've started with getting a bobi but everything that is a mess my son says "the robot will clean it"... I would absolutely recommend bobi for anyone who wants to clean but doesn't have the time or doesn't want to carve out time everyday to vacuum. We've scheduled bobi to clean the main level of our home (kitchen, living, dining rooms) at 8:30 p.m. when we're getting ready for bed. I get so much satisfaction hearing little bobi working while I'm reading to my kids and spending quality time with my family. Thank you bobi!

I can't say enough about their impeccable support. In my 56 years, I have NEVER had such exceptional product support. Never. Whenever I had any issues, they were resolved right away and usually resulting in a brand new or refurbished unit being sent to me free of charge. Even when my unit was right at the end of it's warranty, they treated me like a king. That being said, this is the best robot vacuum I have ever used. Strong, runs a long time and finds its way back to charge without issue. This product makes my life so much easier. I didn't mind vacuuming, but if Bobi can do it just as good without me lifting a finger, it's worth the investment. Especially when you take into consideration that Bobi will schedule a vacuum 7 days a week if you want. Now that's clean! Do yourself a favor that you won't regret; buy one.

This is my first robotic vacuum purchase. I bought my Bobi on a whim not thinking it could do a very good job and I would be returning after trying him out. Was I ever surprised. We have 3 dogs (only one sheds) and 3 cats (all of which shed). The first time I ran Bobi the bin filled up pretty fast with cat and dog hair (even though I had vacuumed with an upright vacuum just two days before). We have about 800 square feet of ceramic tile and about 900 square feet of carpet. I run Bobi on the ffgo setting (only during the day right now so I can watch and fix any problem areas). I had to empty the bin every time Bobi charged for two days because it was pretty full. I now run him daily and only need to empty the dust bin at the end of the day. My dogs and cats have also adjusted to Bobi. The dogs move out of his way when they hear him coming. The cats follow him around and watch from on high. I think he is going to be a long time member of the family. Pros Does an excellent job on tile and very good on carpet. Even gets everything close to walls and in corners. Bobi has no problem navigating from room to room. Our house was built in the late 1940’s and is not an open floor plan. Finds his charging station most of the time by himself (only has a problem when he runs out of juice in the master bedroom because it is the farthest away from charger). Easy to clean and maintain. Everything comes apart without any hassle and goes back together just as easy. Easy to program with remote. Very good customer service. I had a minor problem with the dust bin. Called customer service and got a real live person first time and had a new dust bin in less than a week. Also the agent gave me his name and email to contact him personally if there are any more issues or questions. Cons Bobi gets hung up on area rug corners (does just fine if he approaches in the middle of the rug). I have one at my front and back door and in front of the kitchen sink. I just roll them up while bobi is running. Dust bin is small. Pet hair tends to get caught on the top of the filter not in the bin. If you leave cords, pet toys, or small objects on the floor, Bobi tends to get hung up on them.

I received Bobi as a Christmas gift from my son. I was not expecting too much from it, because I have an excellent hand held vaccum. I also have three dogs and a cat in my house. I needed the extra vaccuming to help control the pet hair. Bobi worked excellent going around corners, back up to get unstuck and raising itself to from concert floors to area rugged. I did have an issue with on tire, but the issue was quickly resolved to my satifation, the customer service was wonderful. I recommend Bobi for cleaning especially pet hair.

I got bObi as a gift and I love it! I use her to clean my main floor which is 90 percent hard flooring. She does great with the pet hair and she does a good job on the carpets/rugs. I will use her on the upstairs carpet for a quick tidy, and she does do a good job with the carpets. The pick up bin is large enough that I can typically get 2-3 days of vacuuming in before having to empty it. I do make sure to clean the filter often as that gets grimy. Downfalls are, yes she is a robot and runs into things and sucks up things she isn't supposed to. But she is a robot so you have to do some thinking/prepping for her to do her job. I did have an issue with her battery so I contacted customer service via email. They were quick to respond, very kind to help trouble shoot, sent me the part quickly. In the end they even emailed to check in and make sure the part was the right solution. All around I would recommend bObi!

We absolutely love this vacuum! Our floors feel cleaner than they ever have before. It easily goes over our hardwood, tile, carpet, and even area rugs. I was worried I'd have to move everything out of the way but it is very good at navigating furniture and other items as long as they aren't something tiny that can get stuck. It's very easy to empty and clean as needed. Letting it run under beds and sofas is so satisfying! I have already recommended it to friends and will continue to do so.

Best Buy price is way overstated but when they give a sale price it is a good deal. bObi Classic is easy to set up , does a great job cleaning every time. We rotate the rooms for bObi to roam. Shut the door and let it go for 90 or so minutes then we help it “go home”. Simple! Our first bObi developed a bad wheel. Customer service was excellent. Sent broken bObi back and they sent a new bObi immediately. Suggest you keep original packaging for a couple of months, just in case. Highly recommend this to you!

The unit itself has some quirks, but overall I would purchase it again at the Deal of the Day price. We have had some issues over the past few years, so I don't think I could justify the full retail price, but I think it's worth the sale price. It's worth mentioning that from day one bObsweep customer service has been top-notch in helping to diagnose and correct any issues. They are very responsive and helpful, which is rare these days, so for that reason alone, I purchased a second unit. I love that you can schedule the times you want it to run so it keeps up on the day-to-day clean-up while I'm away at work, which is great!

Loving my bObi Classic. I've wanted a vacuum like this for a while but decided to wait until I found one that seemed like a good deal for the price. boBi is worth it. My favorite thing about it is the fact that it vacuums in places (under the bed and bookcases) that you can't get to with a regular vacuum cleaner. Plus I can run it while I'm doing other things at the same time. It picks up well and is easy to operate and clean. Really glad I decided to grab it.

My son looks forward to running bobi every day or so! He follows her around, sometimes even sits a small toy piece on her and watches it move around. It doesn’t even bother her! She runs about an hour, sometimes longer and cleans very well. Everything that crosses her path gets sucked up and my floors look good as new every time! Highly recommend bobi! Makes it easier to keep a clean house as you can worry about cleaning other things while she does her job!

I love my Bobi! I have 2 different brands of robot vacuums. Both have pro’s and con’s. Bobi runs longer, and picks up the dog hair better. I did have an issue with my Bobi wheel not working. Their customer service is AMAZING! I sent it back for free and they fixed it and sent it back. I’m not a fan of how the dirt tray gets emptied but it is really big and holds more!

It does not cross the edge of thicker rugs. It just sits at the edge whirring. It moves strongly, so may be bad for wood furniture legs. When trapped, it is very persistent in trying to go a single direction. It is a bit thicker than the Roomba, so does not go under some furniture that the Roomba does easily. All in all, I like my Roomba better, but I l will keep the Bobsweep. It does get the dust and dirt!

I purchaes the bObsweep - bObi Classic Robot Vacuum & Mop - Blackberry. It has been great in keeping my floor clear of dog hair and outside debria between my mopping.

My partner and I ordered a bObi Classic because we were looking for something to help manage the pet fur from our three long-haired cats. The first bObi we received was having some charging issues, so we contacted the manufacturer. After a quick phone call and some troubleshooting to no avail, the helpful customer service agent (shoutout to Gabe!) sent us a return label. We dropped our bObi off and received a brand new replacement a few days later. This was by far one of the smoothest customer service experiences I have had. We got our bObi charged up right away and she's been doing a great job cleaning up around the house! If you are looking for a product to help make cleaning more manageable, we highly recommend the bObi classic!

Color: Blackberry I am in love with my new bObi! I received it last week and set it up right away. I previously had the bObsweep pro and it had trouble with its main computer. Customer service is amazing and worked so quickly to get it in to be worked on and when they discovered it was the computer they sent me a brand new bObi! First off, I like the sleek look and design of bObi. It looks modern, and stands out in comparison to other robotic vacuum cleaners on the market. Secondly, the functionality that is promised by the manufacturer does not disappoint. bObi's sensors allow it to detect anything in close proximity, and it turns around pretty much right away if there's an obstacle on it's course. One thing to note: do not leave cords or other things that can jam into bObi's main brush. If anything gets tangled up while it's cleaning, bObi will beep to let you know that it needs "help". If it runs into a high carpet and is not able to go further, it's smart enough to turn around and go to other areas that it hasn't yet cleaned. Overall, I was impressed by the effectiveness of sensors built into the vacuum cleaner to help bObi navigate it's way around my home. If you want to further automate your cleaning routine, you can make it automatically clean at a certain time every day, and then go back to the docking station to "juice" if it's running low on battery. My last robot ran into everything and the constant banging sound was unpleasant. I also love that bObi is compatible with Block so if you don't want bObi to go somewhere you can Block it. Most importantly, bObi is able to detect areas in need of cleaning very effectively with it's dirt sensors. It's able to vacuum crumbs, spills, dust, and other debris off the floor. I've been really happy about it's effectiveness in doing a daily upkeep of our home, so that it feels much cleaner when we get home all tired after work. Before, we used to just do a little bit of sweeping whenever someone made a mess and then a major cleaning every weekend. Now, we can rely on bObi to keep the floors clean without a spot of dust left on the floor. Very happy! Overall, it's a great buy for a cleanliness conscious buyer who will love their little pet cleaner and all the happiness of the spotless home it brings!

I purchased bobi over a year ago and have been very pleased with her performance but for about 4 month she would only run for a couple of seconds and I tried to troubleshoot myself to find out what the problem was after attempting several times I decided to contact customer service for help after talking to Gabe he helped me troubleshoot the problem he right away sent the replacement part with a minimum fee on my part and I was very pleased with the speedy service and happy to report she is back up and running through the house again. I have not tried all the features yet but bobi is my girl.

This is by far my favorite automatic floor cleaner. It does an amazing job. I love that I can control it with the remote. Definitely recommend.

We love our Bobsweep! I honestly use mine everyday to help me out especially with PET HAIR! Mine started to not work well and the customer service on my factory warranty could not be better. They worked on my vacuum and sent it back quickly and it’s like a completely new vaccum. I can’t say enough about this company and my magic robot vacuum. I absolutely love it! If your a busy mom like me and need all the help you can get, this is it.
