This product is absolutely amazing. It has been a total game changer in my daily cleaning routine. I have children and pets, so vacuuming occurred multiple times per day. I had been in fence about this product and received it for a Christmas present. I couldn’t wait to try it! I can’t imagine life without it. I have it set to run at 6:00 pm daily. It picks up so much dirt, debris, and dog hair to be so small. BoBi is an amazing product with amazing customer service! Trust me you will love it!

We are very happy with our bObi. We received it and easily programmed it to run 3 nights a week. One morning we woke up to an error code on bObi's remote. After reading the directions and cleaning out the vacuum, the error code was still being displayed. I emailed the company asking for assistance and they were very quick with a response and helped get things back on track. We clean out the bObi after every use which only takes a few minutes, 5 at the most. It is nice to wake up to a nice clean house.

I had alot of problems trying to get my money back but I bought 2 the same day and 1 is working great!

The main reason that attracted me to bobi was it's price! I was in the market looking at a variety of vacuums until I finally decided to buy this one. Setup was quick and only took about 15min or so. It's very easy to use (only has 3 buttons), you literally press the button that says, "Go!" and you don't have to worry about vacuuming! I recommend you set it on a schedule during the times you're not going to be around. In case you're wondering why i gave it a 4/5 is because sometimes it has difficulty finding the charging cradle and tends to get stuck on surfaces that are just under 3.5"...other than that it's solid and gets the job done!

Bobi Classic is the most popular member of the household! Bobi sweeps up messes when directed, can be left unattended, recharges herself, and doesn’t complain! Bobi is able to sweep under furniture and transitions from hardwood to tile with ease. Customer service from the manufacturer is beyond stellar! Employees believe in their products, along with ensuring that customers have a positive experience. Phenomenal product designed for any household!

This has been a great vacuum. We have had others in the past and this one works as well or better than others at a much better price.

I have a bobsweep classic at my office and I am greatly satisfied with it for a few reasons. 1. Ease of use and the ability to program Bobi to recharge and finish the room until it's done. 2. When a problem arises, Bobsweep customer service is stellar. They always respond. They have gone above and beyond my expectations. Just purchased my second bobsweep for a different part of the office. Loyal customer!

You'll be amazed how much it picks up. We have had our bObi classic vacuum since January 2021. I originally purchased the bObi Pro, however it did not have enough power to suit my needs. I have three kids, a dog and four cats!! I can tell you that it's impressive how much it picks up, especially the pet fur. It does require you to clean out the dustbin after it's run for a few hours. I would expect that to be true on all of the vacuums. We run our bObI daily and it does a great job of keeping the floors clean. We have mostly wood floors with some area rugs and it has no problem navigating the two types of flooring. It has absolutely helped with the day-to-day cleaning of the house! Is it perfect so you can set it and forget it, no, but again I don't think there's any robotic vacuum that's built that way. Even with a conventional vacuum you still have to clean out the dustbins. I must mention that when I have had to call support they were very responsive. We would highly recommend this robotic vacuum cleaner.

I originally received a Bob for Mother's Day 2020. It worked fine on my tile but kept getting errors on my carpet. I called customer service and spoke with Gabe A. After asking some questions, he suggested that I return Bob and I would then be sent bObi for a try. I was skeptical on how difficult this process would be. It ended up being super easy and quick. Gabe has been great at following up and checking in with me without being too pushy. I can't say enough how happy I've been w/customer service. This product is something that I would never have purchased for myself but am happy that I have it now. The kids purchased this for me because my daughter has one that she's been happy with and they didn't know what to get me for Mother's Day. I use bObi once per week because only my husband and I live in the house & we do not have pets. I suggest that you are home for the first few cleanings so you can learn where bObi may get stuck. I do pick up clutter, loose cords and small rugs before turning her on.

We love our bObi! We have a new golden retriever (so much shedding!!!) and needed an easy way to keep the floors clean. We also have a beach area in our backyard, and the kids/dogs are always bringing in sand from outside. The bObi has been amazing! I run it every day and it has helped so much! It’s super easy to clean, too.

I originally purchased the bObsweep – Pro. It was a great vacuum that did the job for many months. Then the brushes on the front stopped spinning one day. It was still under warranty. So, I called up bObsweep Customer Service, and they got me hooked up with a replacement in one week’s time. Awesome customer service! The replacement I received was bObi Classic. I have to say that the vacuuming is great. She can really pick up the pet hair too. This unit seems to be stronger than the Pro version. It actually pushes chairs around in my dining room. Which is awesome, because she’s not getting stuck in between the legs. The remote control is pretty comprehensive for setting up the schedule and navigating when necessary. It took a little bit to get it figured out, but it’s nice to be able to skip days or do different times during the day. I’d highly recommend it.

This vacuum, Rosie after the Jetson's character, cleans my house like a charm. I have all hardwood floors. She does have a bit of a problem going up to the area rugs that are in the house. The vacuum makes the climb and does the area rug pretty well too. I use her upstairs and I like that she is able to go under the bed and the armoire that is too heavy to move around. The vacuum is a must buy. The best point for this company compared to others is the customer service that they provide. I had an issue with one of the wheels and the company sent me a shipping label, fixed up Rosie and actually sent me a brand new one, it seems with all new parts. I love the vacuum, but love their customer service.

I purchased a Bobsweep jr and find it to be a quality machine that works well. I did have a mishap due to unintentionally shutting off the front sensors. This resulted in the vacuum plunging itself down a flight of stairs. I contacted customer service and they immediately worked with me to identify and resolve the issue. Customer service is phenomenal. They provided appropriate troubleshooting guidance and expedited getting the vacuum functioning again. Customer service representative followed up on every step. This company manufactures a great product and provides exceptional customer service.

LOVE my Bobi. Customer service is excellent! There was a slight issue with a part in the bobi and customer service worked directly with me to solve the problem! The company stands behind their products. Cleanest floors I’ve ever had and we are a family of 7 in a 4000 sq ft house.

Overall the product was great; especially for the price compared to some other robotic vacuums. The battery life wasn’t ideal but customer service was great and send a replacement and Bobi would get stuck sometimes. Other than those small issues, it’s a great product.

This is our second Bob product and this is even better than the first we had. It is super responsive to sensors no more banging around, I’m impressed. I even tested it to see how well it picked up bits along the edges of the wall with bits of paper it got everything! With a messy bird and a hairy pup bobi has its work cut out for a little vac, and it lives up to the hype. I did have issues with my first Bob product after moving to a place that had carpet. I reached out to the warranty people and they took amazing care of us. Sending me a new bobi at no cost. They we’re very helpful and responsive. Would purchase again in a heartbeat.

I don’t have anything to compare bobi to this is my first robot vacuum but she has done amazing. Yes “she” becomes part of your family. The customer support team has been awesome when bobi had a hiccup they checked up a week after they sent out her new part and made sure she was cleaning like she should be again. I am still surprised everyday how much stuff she picks up off the floor. In her high speed mode she can get a little rambunctious and run into things and push them but if you slow her down that problem is solved! Over all I think it was a good purchase and would purchase again

I got this vacuum for my birthday in April 4th of 2017 and i have loved and cherished this gift ever since. I looked up all of the different vacuums and aside from this being the best one to vacuum and mop my floors up, the company customer service is the best customer service out of any company I’ve ever used. My bObsweep stopped working and they sent me a shipping label to ship it back for free, once I got it back it not only looked perfectly new, but they sent me updated accessories with it. I will always be loyal to BObsweep and highly recommend it over any vacuum!

This guy picks up pet hair like a pro. It has great battery life and makes its way back to the docking station to charge.

bObi Classic is a great fit for our household. We fun her daily to keep up with the dog hair and toddler messes. The motor is very strong and does not get stuck on different surfaces, such as rugs or thicker carpets. Her motor is very strong for a robotic vacuum. For example, I went to empty her dustbin (I do daily she picks so much up) and notice that she sucked up a pacifier! She must have done it with ease, did not even notice. Overall, very pleased with bObi! Would highly recommend!
