Don’t bother buying this item. The mop part is a joke, you literally wet or spray a piece of cloth attached to a piece of plastic. You can do a better job with a paper towel. The vacuum part is sufficient but has no memory so it won’t remember avoiding areas or getting stuck anywhere. Overall, it was a waste of time and i returned it.

I love my bob!!! Had some issues with them but the support team (Gabe) has been awesome and always helped me.

Okay so Bobi, as a full time working parent with three kids I needed a little assistance around the house. I ended up paying just under $200.00 and think Bobi was completely worth it. However, Bobi is not something I would let venture off in the house while not home, if you do ensure your house has been "Bobi proofed" (no cords out, puzzle pieces or socks). Overall, worth the money. When I get home I let Bobi do its job while being able to focus on other things. If hesitate just buy!

Since Bought this boba Classic Robot Vacuum, it makes my life much easy daily. Great features and set up regular schedule to start cleaning especially great to clean up my wife's hair on bathroom floor. Amazing they are able to pick up all dusts that I am not aware so dirty on the floor. One of my smart choice, Regret just to find out now!! NEVER TOO LATE .

Great customer service!!!! I needed to replace wheels and they sent it to us right away! We own 4 Bobi's and they work great and run quietly! We also bought some for friends and they are thrilled to have them. Great product that is reliable and the fact that customer service has a great response time, makes the company and product even better! Could not recommend this product more.

After only having this item for a couple or years, the product no longer is functioning despite my attempts to have it repaired. I do not recommend this product. However, the customer service was AWESOME, but not the product.

I was given bObi as a gift and i am so happy with her! After about two years her parts, one by one, started to fail. Greg in customer service really helped me trouble shoot and was so incredibly helpful. I ended up with a brand new bObi…she works beautifully and i couldn’t be more pleased!

Bobi has been great in my home, Bobi has a strong vacuum and has no problem vacuuming my hardwoods floors or my carpet/rug. Bobi does have a little trouble getting in/out of rooms but with the help of the remote, it’s very easy to guide Bobi to a different area. Ultimately Bobi has saved me a lot of time from cleaning myself.

Love the bobi We have a decent size home and bobi gets around swiftly , its great with the hair around our home doesn't get clogged like the others I have tried in the past .. everyone needs one even if its just to help keep the house up during the week. Plan on buying other family members the bobi highly recommend bobi

Initially I had a issue with the bob I connected Customer support and was asked to send the whole unit in for service the label was paid for all I had to do is box the bob up and drop it off with in a couple of days I was sent a replacement unit which is working great so far

We use our Bobi almost every day! It is so great for getting those every day messes that you may not get around to vacuuming. I love to use the timer to set it to run while we are out of the house during the day. Has adjustable speeds and we also purchased the box that has laser capabilities to help confine it to one room and keeps it from going into another. We love it!

I bought my Bobi vacuum over a year ago, I am one of many satisfied customers, very reliable, good quality and has excellent and exceptional customer support. I highly recommend this product and I would recommend this product to my friends and relatives.

Bobi works great and when it needed to go to the dr. The customer service was amazing.

This vacuum has been a lifesaver in our apartment. This definitely has been a great tool and has been reliable since the day we brought it home!

I purchased this unit thinking it would be helpful on hardwood floors, but it never gets that far. We have a rug with decorative tassels, and the device draws the tassels into the brushes, and gets stuck. The collision avoidance is hap-hazard, it is easily fooled by furniture that have recessed feet or surfaces. The unit will basically slam into these undetected obstacles, spinning its wheels and eventually backing up. I'll note that for detect flat vertical surfaces, the proximity detection works well and avoids the Roomba approach of "feeling" its way around. It also seems happy to locate my dog's water dish, and smash into it spilling water. It will either be returned or relegated to rooms with simple geometries. Based on price point and reviews, I really thought this unit would do better and would at least offer incrementally better performance than the Roomba. Advice to bObi: less cutesy marketing, spend more time algorithms and sensors.

It runs great. It cleans my dog hair and makes the room looks fresh.

I will say at 1st I thought this was going to be great product, but after setting it up, per the instructions, I was disappointed after about 2 weeks. It started off doing what it was suppose to do, but it would never find it's way back after it was time for "juicing" (battery low). I reset it numerous of times thinking it would get better haha wasn't going to happen. After about 2 months various parts started to wear off and wouldn't you know parts get expensive too. Thank god for duct tape! Please don't waste your money on this instead just invest in a regular vacuum you can thank me later.

HIS PIECE OF JUNK LASTED ABOUT 4 MONTHS BEFORE IT STARTED SPITTING DIRT AND DUST BACK, NEVER WORKED PROPERLY. EVEN AT FIRST IT KEPT FALLING DOWN MY SUNKEN FLOOR. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS NO HELP AT ALL. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY A PUMBA. THIS ONE CAN NEVER BE LEFT ALONE!!!!!!!

The worst robot vacuum for any money. Can not go back to the charging station even it is 1 foot away from the charging base.
