This vacuum does more than I know to make it do...for now! It does a really good job of getting up dirt, dust, PET HAIR, etc., and it even filters the air while it works. Now, the reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it has a real problem with thresholds. I have some that go from the original concrete flooring and/or tile to hardwood floors where carpet once was and Bobi can't get over it. I even made a sorta ramp with another threshold and it STILL couldn't get over it. That is a MAJOR bummer because I really want/need it to clean those areas also. I am going to try to come up with a solution, but I wish that it could navigate those areas as it comes out of the box.

I've always have problems with dust and dirt buildup under my couch and under my bed...After purchasing bobsweep ....problem solved ! Thinking for years that a robotic vacum sweeper..duster..moper could not be a effective way to solve the problem of having dirt and debris that collected on my wood and ceramic floors ....boy was I wrong! Bobsweep was easy to assemble..run and empty . It's compact and powerful..easy to operate. I highly recommend this product as a helping hand for any type of home flooring

This vacuum is twice as strong as my previous Bob sweep. Both, suction and drive motors. It will run for 2.5 hours strong. If you have small furniture or chairs on your hardwood floors, You might want to place little rubber feet underneath. Bobi will rearrange them. The best part is the absolute best customer service, I ever experienced. I will buy another one if this one quits.

I have 2 dogs that lay around the house like filthy squatters and contribute little to nothing durring their day to day existence. One thing they do contribute is an incredible amount of dog hair in every corner of my dwelling. Vacuuming was an endless chore I thought I could never overcome. Until I purchased my Bobi. My life has changed forever. This thing works. Very well. I have it set to run 3 days a week. It makes a beep, and begins to make it's way through the endlessbpastures of fur. Like a dog hair farmer durring a fruitful harvest, it removes the fur and soil all the way down to the hardwoods. Leaving them spotless for the next harvest. It has a small offset brush that is able to pick up debris under book shelves and in small crevices. It has a small reservoir on the back you must empty every time, and does require some weekly maintenance. (Cleaning out the wheels and such.) As for the dog's they are terrified of this monster and so they should be. Life is restoring order now that the dog hair issue has been tackled. It has been removed from my daily diet, theres less on my clothes, and less in my car too. These squatters living under the guise of "rescues" can continue to clog up my hallways for another day. All thanks to Bobi.

I bought bObi Pet because I was about to move into a 120 year old house with the original hardwood floors. I have 3 Chihuahuas and trust me, they SHED a lot! I didn't want to be constantly cleaning up puppy fur from the hardwood floors. I had been looking at different models on line, but the idea of spending $600+ for a robot vac was just too much. Then, in May 2017, I was checking Best Buy's Deal of the Day listings and there she was! Normally she is $849.99 plus an additional $64.99 for the 4 yr extended warranty and approximately $35.92 tax would equal roughly $950.91 at regular price. Well this little robot would have to fix my morning coffee, bring it to me, walk all 3 Chihuahuas, sing and dance for me before I would spend that much money on it. But, with Best Buy's Deal of the Day, my total bill was only $331.39 including the 4 yr service plan. Well, needless to say, I ordered it right away. I didn't get a chance to even open the shipping box until just today 6/16/17, because it somehow got lost in the mad shuffle of moving to the new (old) house. But found it this morning, opened it up, (came with a birth announcement saying SHE was born on April 17th this year) how cute. Simple instructions, charged her up to full charge (about 2 1/2 hrs) then let her free. OMG I was really happy with the results. She does a darn good job for someone that only weighs 7.2 lbs. (per her BIRTH announcement) HaHaHa. Any way, long story short, I am very glad I bought her.

It does a pretty good job. I can't say like it does when you do it yourself but it does ok.

I bought this because of the reviews and it was a good price. I have two Neato's and now this one. I like this one because it picks up larger objects and the Neato don't. It picks up ok, but not as much as the Neato. As for not falling down steps, mine fell down and put a dent in my wall. I have cleaned and done everything it says and sometimes it falls down and sometimes it does not. For what I bought this for it does the job. It is for my upstairs and that does not get much traffic. But for the areas that I have my 4 dogs and 2 cats, it would not do better than the Neato.

Th Bobi does really well with pet hair and obstacles. The only issue is placing the docking station in an open area, otherwise it searches forever!

It does a so-so job of cleaning. If you have anything more than a thin rug on your floor, it will get caught. Unfortunately the bearing for the front roller is poorly designed and quickly gets clogged with pet hair and stops rolling, which can scratch or leave streaks on your floor ( It does pop out for cleaning, but in one 20x25 room that is vacuumed regularly with a dyson v10, this vacuum will stop 4-5 times because of the clog). We have also found that after about 6 months, it stops after about 2 minutes of operation, no matter how well charged it is, even if the front roller isn't clogged. It can never find it's base, either. The manual controls do work well. It does not have any command of where objects are, and can spend 70% of its time in one small area and ignore large swaths if the room. I don't write many low scoring reviews, but this product does not meet our expectations. If you have all hardwood floors, you may have better luck with this product.

Good robotic vacuum, especially for pet hair. Does tend to get stuck on minor obstacles which can be annoying, but overall very satisfied
