Cleans pretty well but has issues returning to Base and sometimes just ignores schedule.

This robot vacuum works great. Dual pickup rollers keeps the house clean of pet hair. Low pile carpets are no issue with this little dirt monster and with the mop attachment, she will mop the hardwood and tile areas. Very complete kit and comes with an electric fence to keep her in a designated area, only thing I wished the fence would do is 2 angles but that's ok, it works. After a couple runs, it figures its way around obstacles and with the remote, it's handy to maneuver her manually if needed. I have her set to auto clean the house everyday at 10am. Everything is done through the remote, wished she integrated with Alexa and she would be total complete package. She is a little tall so she might have issues under some furniture, otherwise she keeps the first floor of my house quite clean. She is also easy to clean and maintain since many of her components can be disassembled to be cleaned. When I started having issues with it after 4 months of use, I contacted customer support and Gabe Aguilera assisted me with troubleshooting and fixing the issues with Bobi. Their support team is top notch and highly recommended. My previous robot vac didn't have such good post customer support so dealing with Bobi support was a fresh change and I am very appreciative on the care and constant contact with me during the process. I would highly recommend this robovac and I really like the Red color and has all the right features you need in a robovac.

Descent for basic layout without throw rugs. Bobi manages okay with descent battery life where the terrain isn't too complex. She's keeping our mud room and kitchen free of pesky pine needles and is a good daily runner. Issues are with speaker wires and throw rugs if you have them, use the electric fence block (included) to keep her contained. The logic and action is descent for larger open areas but seems wastefull for narrow hallways where a waffle pattern is hindered.

I have had 3 robot vacuums in the past, two of which are still working in my office. Bobi has been the best one of the batch so far. It is quieter and more powerful. I am a vet and have 3 dogs myself so needless to say pet hair is always an issue. Bobi picks up really well and is easy to clean. I haven't tried the mop but looks too small to do much.

We have a 120 pound German Shepherd that sheds a lot. I received bObi Pet as a gift shortly after getting our puppy and it has been a huge timesaver. I run it almost daily and it works better than I ever expected. I did have a problem with the battery right when the warranty was up, but I contacted customer service and they promptly sent me a new one and she's working great again!

I purchased this because I have been constantly physically vacuuming and mopping my house, but this robot vacuum has done a much better job than I have. I turn this on everyday to vacuum and mop my house and never failed to disappoint me.

So I bought this when it dropped in price thinking it was a good value and a more appealing option than some of the much more expensive models. It did well for the areas that it did vacuum, but it does not in any way ensure it gets the entire room that it’s in. It runs in a completely random path and may or may not clean an area before moving on. It’s not very smart for a robot vacuum in the sense that it could never find its charger and it hit just about everything but walls. I would come downstairs to chairs moved across the room and it dead under the couch. It picked up a lot of crud that I wouldn’t have normally gotten, but I think it’ll be a while before these things are smart enough to clean a fully functional, non-square room. It isn’t the worst robot vacuum I’ve seen, but I’d definitely read more reviews and see if it’s right for you before spending the money.

This is my first vacuum robot. I had a floor sweeper type before but this time I wanted something that could move from bare floors to area rugs to carpets without any problems. This unit does it well. The battery will last enough to cover about 1000 sq ft. Any more and it may miss some spots because it does seem to follow some erratic patterns. But, it is nice to turn it on and let it do sweeping and vacuuming for you.

I bought this little vacuum on sale and was very pleased with its performance. You just turn it on and let it go. Even has a boundary sensor in case you don’t want it going in a particular area. Picks up dog hair from my Alaskan Malamute. That’s not easy.

It does clean up pet hair quite well. Which is great & exactly what I wanted! However, it wanders aimlessly & hasn't been able to find its way back to the charging station yet. It can be right in front of the charger, I mean inches away, & turn completely around & go back the other direction. The remote is nice & quite honestly, I don't know what we'd do without it. We'd be picking it up & physically moving it all the time....why not just use a handheld vacuum?! This doesn't take the place of using a regular vacuum, that's for sure. I'm too much of a neat freak for that. I don't trust that this would keep my floors clean enough since I really don't think it hits everywhere on one run. DEFINITELY WOULDN'T pay full price...wait for a deal if you're sold on this model.

Vacuums quite nicely, definitely gets the job done and love the bright color. The reason for the 3 stars is this thing is a bull in a china shop. I'm always jumping up to see what the heck it's moving across the floor or beating its head against. It's pretty vicious. It definitely has some strength. It can move a solid wood pub height table chair and knock a hat rack over and scoot it around. I have one low knap area rug and the rest of the house is a cobblestone tile type of floor so it has a little roughness to it that makes things hard to slide usually. I bought 2, this one and the Deebot to compare. It just seems like the sensors barely register. After about 2 weeks of comparing I've shied away from this one because of the brutality to my wooden furniture and dentable stainless appliances plus it only made it back to the dock once in that time.

This is a great product does a good job, isn't to loud. Just sometimes it doesn't since cords or other small things on ground and runs into them. But that's given since it does multiple surfaces and small things it might misjudge is floor surface change.

I purchased this item just over 1 year ago. This is my first and only robot vacuum I have ever owned. I am happy with this product for the price I paid. It definitely cleans up majority of the dust/debris on the floor. I do sometimes have to go in and manually clean corners/hard to reach areas. Sometimes I find myself having to "supervise" but this can be avoided by ensuring the floor is clear of small objects/cords. Also, I did not find the blOck helpful in keeping bObi out of certain areas (maybe I have been using it incorrectly). Overall, bObi does a good job of cleaning my hardwood floors and carpeted areas. We do not own pets but when we have visitors that bring their dogs over bObi does a great job of cleaning up any hair shedding. I do not regret buying!

Great for in between cleaning. Need to pick up small rugs and keep any cords out of the way

Bought as a gift for my parents in their 70sbfor Christmas and they love it! Works well and saves them the hassle of vacuuming as they get older and it gets harder!

If I didn't find this on sale for $220 and had a few gift cards to make this purchase sub $200, I would've passed. Pros: -Cheap relative to other autonomous vacuums when on sale. -Convenient -Works great on hard surfaces. -Entertainment for the cats. -Quieter than a normal Vacuum. Cons: -Gets hung up on thicker rugs and sometimes furniture. -More maintenance vacuuming than a deep clean. Wouldn't throw out the manual vac quite yet. -If you have a decent size house or multiple levels, you'll probably want more than one.

So far, this little vac has been a great investment. We go to work and come home to clean floors and that's saying something because we have a shepherd that sheds likes crazy. Battery life has been great and though it seems like the vacs path doesn't make sense at times, it eventually does hit all areas. Only thing I wish is that it had an app instead of just a remote. But the remote does allow you to schedule cleaning times and all that jazz. You can even control the vac like a remote control car if you need to hit certain spots.

Love Bobi the way it cleans my house. It is not smart but why would we care as long as it cleans well. It took long time to clean small area.

Easy to set up and charge. Cleans very well. Especially like included remote which allows you to change route while cleaming.

I have a hairy dog that makes me sweep daily. This round robot fixed this dellema and is well worth the price. The first unit happened to be defective but they quickly sent me a new one and some amazing choloates so hey... I must say they have good consumer service like no other. The Bobi I have now works like a charm, finds its charging station. My dog didn't like bobi but I put some treats on it and he was ok with it after that. That's all.
