It really does work. I was so surprised that it can do as good a job as it does. We move the kitchen chairs upside down on table to help but it can clean without going to the trouble just speeds things up and saves battery life for the rest of house. Really have to see the results to believe it. Run it once a day and it gets probably 98 percent of all debri up. Picks up all the cat hair because I never see one hair after it's finished. Easy to dump debri. Purchased on a deal of the day for $199.00 and it's one of the best investments we have ever made.

Best Buy delivered the Pet Robot promptly and with no damage. My wife just loves this Pet Robot Vacuum. It quietly and efficiently goes about its business in cleaning the house while we are busy doing other things. We got it because we got a cat. It cleans the hair from all services which we very much appreciate as our cat sheds a lot. We have noticed less sneezing now that we have the pet robot vacuum. Overall a great product.

This is my 3rd bObi product. After 3 years with my first model, I replaced it with a new basic model but always wanted two of them to handle different areas of my home. The pet model was on sale at an amazing price so I bought this one too! My basic model gets the job done fine but the pet model (the one pictured here) seems much more intuitive and finds it's way in/out of areas better than the basic model. It also seems to pick up more dirt/hair (an absolute imperative in a house with multiple pets). I'm very happy that I "upgraded" to this model for my second unit. It really helps with everyday cleaning (especially with shedding animals) but does not replace your big vacuum cleaner (not yet anyway). You will be pleasantly surprised just how much this thing can hold given it's size! The more you run it, the cleaner your house is. If anything, I take that big vacuum out way less often than I used to and it frees up my valuable time to do something else. The main downside to me is having to clean it out, removing the small pieces that collect the hair and having to clean the crevices and put it back together. This would not be an issue for a younger person but someone older, with vision issues/arthritis issues, they might have a harder time with the cleaning the unit out. Both units still get stuck in some areas like corners of rugs, raised floor vents and both always move my dining room chairs out of place. These are small annoyances to deal with for the benefits they bring me. And I am always amazed when I look over and realize, I have ROBOTS in my house doing housework! It's not Rosie from Jetsons (yet) but it's an amazing start! My animals aren't bothered by it at all. The cat stays away but the dogs don't even move if it comes up to them. The noise it makes doesn't seem to disturb them and they are not afraid of it. As with anything new to the house, the animals have to adjust and mine did with no issues. Customer service with my first bObi has been outstanding. Honestly, I would put this company's customer service in my top 5. They are engaged, responsive and seem committed to making sure your bObi is running properly. Their customer service is one of the top reasons I chose to buy another unit from this company. I have not received any incentives to write this review. It is completely based on my own experiences and opinion. I only gave it 4 stars and not 5 because it is a recent purchase. I would absolutely buy this model again without hesitation at this point in time.

Helped out a lot with cleaning around the house definitely worth every cent!

Bobi cleans my home pretty well. She occasionally gets caught up on furniture. But she’s pretty confident to run while doing other chores

I bought this when it was on sale for $200, which is why I say it’s good for the price. I don’t think it’s worth it though if there isn’t some discount. My only complaint is that it always finds something to get stuck on, but that could just be users fault (leaving smalls things on the floor). But all in all, it does a really great job on my hardwood & tile floor! Cleaning the dust bin out & getting into the machine itself is pretty easy, too. I like it as a daily thing to give me a head start on cleaning!

this is a pretty good vac. it was the first robot vac ive owned, and it did a pretty good job of picking up any light weight dirt/pethair, even litter and was very quiet. unfortunately it arrived missing its accessory brushes and it is not very good at avoiding bumping into things. (it actually knocked over an accent table!) also it travels in no sensible pattern, just randomly wanders around but this is typical, im told of most moderatly prices robot vacs.

This is my 3rd Robot. I have had Insigna and Roomba. This has far been the best. I would reccomend to all. Have 3 cats with very loing hair and the bObi works great

Bought to help with dog hair removal. Problem is that it goes wherever it wants and seems to go over the same places. Also has problems with vacuuming around dining room table and chairs. It gets stuck and can’t seem to figure out how to get out from under table with the chairs around it. I have to consistently get up and free it.

Expected more from this relatively expensive heirloom eater! Good thing its heavy, ok for maintaining floors but seems to be obcessed with focusing on irrelevant areas, stalking anything accidentally out of place such as cords, light small furniture pc. It knocked over a large glass vase, yet refuses to clean within like an inch or two of your walls, doors, corners. Still not sure exactly the point of the block and all the battery requirements for the accessories. The remote is even slightly useless- for the price it should at least have some type of back up camera like quality camera on it, with some type of GPS! Too much work pairing Bluetooth to the box that is suplosed to be used to "block/guide" this blind bat! I kept it because its funny, cute and hoping I can spend as much time figuring out this bot when it is like a temperamental cute puppy...she is part of the family, too bad i didnt get the red one..is it better for all that $$$! Ps great battery life but its terrible at finding the charging station..again CUTE <3

Bobby, as we affectionately refer to it, has been a good purchase for us. We got it on sale on a deal of the day so it was an even better value. He will haphazardly rearrange your dining table chairs if they’re light enough, but you would have done the same thing if you were vacuuming under there. He does struggle getting any dirt or debris that is right along the wall, but overall he does a good job

When we first opened the box and used the bObi, we were fairly impressed, as this was our first experience with a robotic vacuum. After using it several times, and seeing it get stuck everywhere, we became annoyed. The bObi kept going to the same spots and getting stuck in the same spots over and over again. It wasn't physically stuck, it was in places it could easily get out of, if it could just navigate better. Instead of trying to navigate out of the areas, it would just stop and give the stuck signal. We traded it in for a Neato and are much happier. The bObi was a bit quieter, but it cleaned randomly, never covering the entire house, and got stuck in many places our Neato has no problems with.

I bought this robot vacuum for myself. I remember seeing one years ago for almost $1000, and I thought the price was insane. Over the years I saw that price drop drastically, and when I saw this bObsweep at a very reasonable price; I decided to splurge. I love the concept of the robot vacuum. I envisioned it as the type of modern day electronic that would clean my entire house while I had more important things to do; like watch TV. Or it would clean up my pet hair while I was at work, and my dogs sat around mesmerized by it. Unfortunately, my robot vacuum became nothing more than a novelty; something cool for guests to look at, or something bizarre for my dogs to stare at. It's coolness factor is 5 stars! However, it just doesn't clean well. It has tiny brushes that are not capable of picking up crumbs, hair, dirt in small corners. And it kind of zig zags all over the house in a very random pattern. I'm never quite sure if has covered every single part of the room. However, I was impressed that it was able to fit under sofas, recliners, small spaces all on it's own, and get it's self out. It bounces around your house, blindly figuring out where it can, and can't go, all while cleaning what it can along the way. I have yet to try the mop feature on my hardwood floors. For now, I let it run wild and do it's thing once a week on the family room carpet. I do enjoy watching it go, but I'm just not in love with it. And for the price of these robot vacuums, you really need to love it. If you can find one that is a decent price for you, it would be a cool addition to your cleaning routine, but I don't think it has the power to be a replacement. I've emptied out it's tray, and it definitely can pick up dirt, hair, dust, ect. It just bothers me that it can't get into the corners, or along the side of a wall. You would have to sweep those areas out first, and then let your bObsweep pick it up, and for me, that defeats the purpose. Nonetheless, I would still say it's nice to have it around. Once you take it out the box, it's ready to go!

I am using this on an upstairs mainly carpeted area (except bathrooms). I've gotten two different codes when running this. And I'm not really sure it has ever gone into the bedroom, as it's the farthest distance away. I usually start it specifically in the bedroom to be sure it does that area.

I bought this as a gift for my son and daughter-in-law for their new house with wood floors. They got a dog after they moved in and thought this would be great to help keep the floors clean but it just can't keep up with the hair , it fills up to fast! If you don't have a dog it would be great, or a dog that doesn't shed, this would be fine. Otherwise save your money.

The bObsweep bObi Pet Robot Vacuum does the job we purchased it for, cleaning up loose cat litter and dust bunnies around the house. Works great on our hardwood floors and low pile rugs. I like that it isn't very noisy so the cats don't run and hide, but loud enough to move out of it's way when cleaning.

It did good in cleaning but a little hard to find the way to go back to the station.
