Easy to put together and easy to program to my iPhone. You can select what areas you want to clean or do a complete clean. You can also do one certain area you want cleaned. I have a dog that sheds a lot, so I have to stop my vacuum and dump the waste container , then start it up again. I live in a small apartment so I have small rooms but this is excellent for my small rooms. I would definitely recommend.

I’m pleased with my Bobsweep robovacuum. Even though the mopping feature is not good, it saves me a lot of time, I am ok with having to mop after Bobsweep but, overall I am happy with the machine.

I think this is a wonderful product. I read some reviews that said this or that some positive so not as positive. I only have positives. Picks up a great deal of dirt, and my floors are clean. Robot is automatically programmed to come on and does and does a really good job. There is a little bit of your involvement needed when programming the rooms or making sure that the unit can get under units that you wanted to get under. By and large I would rate this product very high.

I like the app, the mapping, the cool features, but it just doesn’t vacuum well. I am right now sitting on the couch folding laundry and watching bob vacuum the hard floors in the kitchen and family room. Bob goes over an area, the dirt is still there.

This is my first time ever owning a device like this and I am so happy I bought one. The app on the phone makes it so easy to set areas for Bob to clean and he maps out the area very well. His compartment is so easy to clean and maintenance is simple. His battery lasts for a sufficient amount of time and so far I have had zero problems. I would definitely recommend this product.

This is my 2nd Bobsweep product, the first being the Bobsweep slam. This one has a harder time vacuuming because of the location of the lidar detector, it gets stuck under furniture easier. Also had a harder time mapping out the floor and vacuuming everywhere, took 3 times to get this accomplished. As for the mop feature, pretty much a waste of time, dragging a wet pad behind in not mopping. If it wasn't for the "deal of the day" price this would be a huge waste of money.

Sweeps very well. Mop function isn't great. Overall a decent purchase.

Used this for about a week. Keep getting an error on the app saying “sensors dirty”. Only runs about 5 mins before say issue

Does a great job covering the area. I took a star away because the battery doesn't last very long and it's gone back to the charger.

As a lifelong traditional corded push style vacuum guy, I’m more than happy with our purchase! This “Bob” guy works at the push of a button on the app, cleans the house while I’m at work and does a great job! I can tell the programming is intuitive and it doesn’t need to voice off walls like the old shark vac does. Cleanup is easy, run time is adequate and value for the on sale price is A+! Buy one, you won’t regret it!

Nice robot. Gets the job done. However, It never keeps the map of my house or schedule stored. I often end up letting it clean the house in order to remap it and set up a schedule.

Life changer, I was doubtful at first with all the new self emptying vacuums coming out. It works great specially with a corgi no more hair to worry about. Just have to empty every couple of days. I have not tried the mopping just yet. I wish there was a way to add additional rooms without forcing it to find new rooms.

I do not recommend purchasing a BobSweep product. This vacuum worked really well for about a year and then completely stopped working. Sent into BobSweep for warranty repair, along with the dock, charger, everything. Received no updates and communication. The. One day a package arrives in the mail - it’s someone else’s BobSweep. It clearly older, covered in scapes and stickers, far worse condition than ours, and did not have the dock and charger and all the things required to use it. And now customer service is not returning our emails. Two thumbs down.

It was a great product until it broke. Only three months and then it wouldn't turn on. Of course Best Buy didn't have anymore in stock but thankfully refunded all my money.

This this is amazing!!! We previously had a very cheap off brand one that was horrible. Used it once or twice and gave it away. Not this one! I run it almost every day. It’s great at going around furniture and not hitting walls or getting stuck. I love the app as well! I was able to get this on sale for $199. Money very well spent!

This little vacuum was handy but it could never do a full cleaning without getting stuck under my furniture
