Delighted by the functionality of this product! bOb gets to pick up everything on the way including my long hair. Some of the things that I love about this new product is its great suction power, the hairs do not get tangled with the brush as with other vacuums and the side brushes are long enough to reach more dirt. In addition, it can be easily managed from the App to sweep, charge or to schedule a cleaning. I am super excited that now with the App I get to choose the time and days of the week I want my bOb to sweep and/or mop. I also enjoy the low power mode to save battery and clean more quietly. Days have been easier and more organized now.

Great vacuum. Easy to use app. Cusyomer service is great. I had trouble connecting vacuum to alexa. Customer service helped very quickly. I would purchase again

As I have a month it is working perfect and I am glad with the results and how bob cleans the floor and the app is very easygoing

For the most part, it works well. The app has been improved several times since my purchase - but there were times where the app made me have to restart the whole process of mapping out my house and blocking off spaces. That was frustrating - hopefully we're past those issues.

When Bob arrived, he had a cute little "birth certificate" including his name, weight, etc. I am 65 years old and I was so tired of sweeping, so I gave him a try and I am glad I did! He is so smart and effective! My floors have never been cleaner! I am so glad I bought him. He does need maintenance, though, and I could not get the app to work.

Does a great job at picking up pet Jaír throughout the day on both my carpet and flooring

We love Bob! The unit is functional and does the job requirements. It also does away with having a swiffer as it does the mopping that it normally would. Bobsweep has top notch customer service and technical support! I would definitely recommend this company and look forward to further technology advancements from them!!!

I love our new addition to our family. Saves me time sweeping our wood floors! We have 2 cats and it picks up all the hair! It does get stuck under our fridge though which is a bummer but I just have to place something under the fridge that won't move so it doesn't get stuff while I'm away.

I think I received a defective bob! I kept getting a message the right wheel is stuck, which is not true. Also, bob didn’t know how to return to the base. I contacted the company and they were able to exchange it, but I decided to return and get a different robot. Customer service is good.

Very quiet compared to the dogs.have to empty it quite often but not very needy.

Love it but know I won’t win ☺️ Only thing it’s a little complicated to have it run in places you want doesn’t direct well and need more bushes as the wear out easily

Best warranty ever! I've not had to use it due to me returning this only because I needed something a little more heavy duty.

Saves me a lot of time and energy. Great sweeper and mop plus being able to control it on my phone is great.

Bob picked up three dogs worth of hair and a great deal of skin. I have not yet used the mop yet. Give me time.

This thing is great. It picks up everything with no issues. Charges quickly and it is easy to clean.
