My new Phoenix is doing great. I love how you can segment out rooms within the app and create schedules per room. I can have my kitchen cleaned every Tuesday/Thursday, while my living room is cleaned every Saturday evening. It's great! Also, Phoenix is so quiet! Seriously, I don't know how it gets so much off the ground while being so silent. Happy with my purchase, 9/10 robot!

Bobsweep-Phoenix is a decent robot vacuum. It is easy to set up and use. Bobsweep has excellent customer service but a mediocre product. The first vacuum I received was defective. I was able to return the vacuum with no problems and was issued a replacement. The replacement works much better but the suction is not has strong as I would like it to be. The vacuum does not pick up all the debris off the carpet/tile. I end up having to pick up a few things by hand that the vacuum misses. Does a good job mapping and seems to cover all areas.

Definitely worth the buy. High quality product. Mapped our my entire apartment. Cleans extremely well

Our bObsweep is a savior. Our new home with the whole first floor being hardwood was hard to keep up with until we bought Bob. Our pet cat hair is taken care of by Bob daily as he runs automatically every morning before we wake up. Best investment that saves time and effort.

Extremely happy with our Bob!! We have tried several brands before and they were ok but this one is the best!! We have two big dogs in our house so a pet hair vacuum is a must and we couldn't be happier with this one. The customer service is really really good and we are really happy with the way our Bob cleans the house.

I love this! It is excellent in cleaning up the dog hair and I have two dogs. You can clean your entire area that you programmed or just part of that area. Easy to use and easy to empty. My dogs used to bark at it but now they just walk by it when it is cleaning :)

The Phoenix is great! I enjoy not having to worry about sweeping now that I live in an apartment with laminate floors. We are all enjoying being able to watch the Phoenix do its job live and on the map when it’s out of sight.

Bought because it was on sale at an amazing price. Previously had an Ecovac that worked great for years. This guy gave me issues right from the start. I had to delete it and re-add to the app 3x before i could bring up the ability to map. I started to map and it didnt get any further than a foot from the charging station before it was stuck on a rug. It would probably work great if you have one surface with very little obstruction. I switched to the Shark power detect and it is amazing! Photo is new vac and you can see, it has no issue with pink rug that stumped BOB…

Bought this to help out with the daily house cleaning chores. Let me tell you that the Austin has made a tremendous difference. It’s so easy to use and you can set up its own cleaning schedule.

This is the first time that I have owned a Robot Vacuum "BobSweep Phoenix" and we were amazed! It cleaned every corner of our house. After it finish cleaning, we checked the dust chamber and it collected a load of dirt and hair. It is awesome. I would recommend it to my friends.

This is my second bob purchase the 1st didn’t work well always getting stuck. This one is doing great with hard wood and area rugs and my dog isn’t bothered with Bob at all he didn’t like the 1st one I would recommend this model

Bob or as we call it ‘Rosei’ works very hard to keep our house free of dust and things the dog tracks in. We are even more impressed with Bobs customer service. They have done a great job taking care of us!

I Love it.. so easy to assemble and easy to use. I got such a go deal on my Nix.

I have 3 cats and they make a mess every day. This cleans up after them well! It picks up all the cat hair, food, and litter that they scatter all over the house. Very convenient!

Got the robot, charged it, and ran it within an hour. You can see in the picture what it cleaned up from a shedding puppy and a cat. So far, so good.

It’s great, nothing bad to say except i don’t think it’s good if you have a dog with long hair that sheds a lot. I have to clean the bottom of the vacuum every time I had to empty it. A dust buster is easier in that situation.

We have Bob. He is very patient with our pets as they do not move for him. We have a dog with kinda long hair and 3 cats. Tumble hairs everywhere. This guy Bob is a trooper. We run him once a day with 3 rooms. Clean him out once a day and our floors are pet hair free. The app is pretty good also.

my bobsweep has saved me about, 45 min to an hour each day by vacuuming the floors for me on a schedule. My pets don't mind it either and usually ignore it, and also because of the no sweep setup i can block it from entering there area. love it.

Highly recommended It helps me a lot and is very durable, 100% recommended.

Best vaccum for home and excellent for home clean.
