Disconnect from Wi-Fi we have to do a manly. Can’t I use the Wi-Fi

So far is working great, I like the way it cleans in a line not just all over in different directions, I am very happy so far. I have had 3 other brands of vacuums this is my 4th. This one has the best app for operations and which room to clean. it is quieter than the others so it can run when watching TV. it really vacuums and picks up the best of all four. It takes less time because it maps the rooms, It also works great on our wood floors and moves to carpet and works great on carpet also. I'm hoping it lasts longer than the others did because I really like this one. I would recommend this one.

I had an iRobot for years thought I would upgrade to Bob's sweep I hate it. It is not user friendly wish I wouldn't have given my old iRobot away

I got this bObsweep - pethair SLAM because our labrador retriever sheds a ton. Bob works well and using the app to draw no-go areas is really easy. A charge cleans up about 1100-1200 sq ft in our house without any problems. The dustbin hinge did break on ours after about 8 months. I contacted the bObsweep and they took care of it immediately and got a new one out to me right away. Great communication too and they even followed up to make sure everything was working well again. I did get the product on sale so to me it is really good value. Running it 1 to 2x a week keeps everything looking good. Robot vacuums aren't magic so folks need to understand that they will occasionally run into issues, mostly because it'll suck something up that it shouldn't. The vacuum will let you know though and it usually takes less than 30 seconds to remedy and get it going again. The algorithms on the bot are really good because it can always figure out how to get in and out of tight spaces, and never gets stuck like old bots did.

We’ve owned a couple different robot vacuums; iRobot, Shark, ILIFe and the bObsweep Phoenix Pet Hair robot vacuum is the best one hands down. It maps perfectly and manuvers effortlessly through our 1200sqft home. We have cats and it’s truly shocking how much hair it picks up daily. We run it every afternoon while we are at work. We have carpet, tile and wood and it switches flooring without an issue. Easy to use app and easy to empty. Pricey definitely but we got ours on sale and could not recommend it enough. We love how it gets the hard to vacuum areas, under our bed and under tables and dressers. Its also extremely quite for a robot vacuum. Id recommend being there for the first time it maps just to make sure it doesnt have any issues, but so far I dont have any complaints. We do have to lift up our cats tunnels otherwise Bob will mob it under them and push them around. If you are in the market for a robot vacuum do yourself a favor and pick up a bObsweep. You wont be disappointed!!

This thing is great. I love that there is an app so I can literally turn it on when I am not home. It tracks where it goes. Lasts a long time. Its the best robot vaccum i have ever had. Gets all the pet hair too.

This is a great little bobsweep. Everything about it works great. My bedroom is always cleaned at 10am each morning. The machine is easy to clean, no hassles, scheduling is easy with the app. If for any reason it stops, it will let me know and I can solve the problem. I love the mapping also, it shows me what is does everyday.

WELCOME TO THE FAMILY BOB (Born on 03/21/2023, 6.3 lbs, 3") We have 2 cats and now we have this little guy called “BOB PETHAIR SLAM” which is excellent with pet hair. BOB has a MAP feature so he can never be lost in the house and the fact he actually VACUUMS and MOPS is fantastic! He has the ability to reach the toughest spots no other robot can go... I can’t believe how much hair he finds even though we run him twice daily. I included BOB in my daily morning routine (wake up, start BOB & enjoy my coffee). I wish I found and adopted BOB much earlier, he’s definitely earned a place in the family (BOB arrived with a personalized birth certificate which is so cute). What a perfect...Robot! Best Buy is the best price on the Market right now (nobody can beat your price)!

I love the Phoenix Bobsweep. For my purposes it does an excellent job of vacuuming my hardwood floors and carpeted bedrooms. I have 2 cats and the amount of hair and litter tracking it gets is awesome. I love the fact that I can program the days and time to automatically run. It has no problem finding its base and returns automatically after it finishes. It has totally replaced my upright vacuum.

We have been an irobot roomba house since 2008. I've seen roomba's get more and more expensive while also getting lesser and lesser in quality. This little guy was on sale for $150 at Best Buy so I took a chance. This unit is SO MUCH BETTER than our last 2 roombas. He has 2 front brushes, an underside roller, and LIDAR mapping. The bin is easy to empty and the filter is easy to change. If you're tired of shelling out three times the price for a roomba and want to try something new give BoB a chance.

Easy to use. Picks up cat hair very well. Finds its way home easily. Only downside is the debris holding chamber could be larger. But it’s easy to dump

Bob is great. First impression is good. The SLAM feature did an excellent job mapping the house. We’ve had another brand and it constantly got stuck throughout the house. We’d routinely have to go play hide and seek with it. Bob hasn’t gotten stuck once and can clean the whole upper floor in one run. The map feature that shows Bob’s location is a nice touch. I’ve found myself just watching it move through the rooms as it cleans. lol. I have it scheduled to run at different times during the day based on access. Kids rooms’ door stay shut once their home so it will run while they’re at school. I’ve had a couple different manufacturers and this one is by far the quietest of them. The mapping feature is good. You can designate the rooms and set no go zones. We have steps and the robot recognized them and avoids rhe edges. I went ahead and added a no go zone but didnt need to. Overall I’m impressed and don’t regret the purchase. We bought it online and had it shipped to our home. Bob arrived with a personalized birth certificate, nice touch. He’s definitely earned a place in the family.

I've waied a while to write this review because I wanted to see how well it managed a busy house including 4 dogs AND a pets. I AM IMPRESSED beyond belief. I've tried the i Roomba, the Shark, and a Bisel ... this out performed them all by a huge amount and I mean huge. The mapping is superior, aswell as the level of cleaning, and the noise. The only thing that needs improving is BobSweep's docking station; the other 3 all had better. I now have 2 Bobs, one for each level of the house, that's how happy I am with this robot vac.

I have owned 2 roombas previously. The first one was there low end vacumm. It only lasted 2 years. The second was a top of the line that we paid wzy too much for. It was self emptying. It caused me more work in the long run. This Bobsweep was on sale for 179.00 and I was more than ready to try a new brand. Omgoodness, what a difference, it is quiet, picks up more, and mapped better. It has a 2 year warranty even on the battery. And I really dont mind having to empty it by hand! Lol

I love this thing. Granted I have all hard floors with the exception of a couple area rugs but we don’t have to sweep anymore. I schedule it to clean the whole house at 830 every morning and when I get home from work all I have to do is empty the dust bin into the garbage. It even sweeps most of the dog hair and everything off of the rugs. It has mailed the whole house so it knows where to go and how to get back to the charger on its own.

Basically no complaints. Works well! Comes with extra brushes and doesn't get tangled up in chairs. It disassembles for cleaning fairly well too. We have six cats and I've often had to remove the front wheel and main brush to pick all the tangled hair out. The unit will think it's clogged if the bits can't turn easily enough. Comes with a second set of whirly brushes too. The app builds a map of your space and won't drop itself off the stairs. You can control it through the app too. As with any vacuum though, you need to prep your space before running it. Pick up cat toys or Lego or anything that will tangle the brushes or high center the unit. I also block off the bases of our sofas and recliners, as Bob can drive underneath and get stuck by the sensor thing on the back. Would buy again. In fact, I would buy another one for my basement if I could get one on sale.

Very impressed with how far robot vacuum cleaners have come. This mapped the open plan house very well, and editing into areas/rooms was easy. Pro-tip save the map once it's properly mapped (in case you move things around, like at Christmas. You can block out areas (very useful if it 'sees' through a patio door for example). Battery life great. Cleans well (two cats and one dog). Great purchase.

This is a great robot vacuum for the daily deal price paid. Easy to setup out of box and immediately began mapping my place with surprising accuracy. It's auto-mapping feature works great and ability to customize cleaning schedules with specific areas of your house is really convenient. The bin needs to be cleaned out every couple days if under heavy use, but I have no complaints there. The vacuum generally does a good job navigating with its Lidar tech and has no issues moving from hardwood to carpet. It does however occasionally get stuck under furniture that is just high enough to fit under and needs to be saved by a human. Only happened with one of our coffee tables and was an easy fix installing small risers to the furniture. BestBuy shipping was kind of a nightmare with this product, took several weeks to actually arrive, but it was apart of the daily deal so maybe it was in high demand. Overall I enjoy the product and it was exactly what I was looking for in an smart vacuum.

The amount of pet hair this picks up is insane! 2 corgis and it pulls enough hair to build a 3rd. Battery life is amazing and I love how it doesn’t leave dirt behind on tile and it leaves beautiful lines on carpet.
