Well is it perfect? No. Does it get all the edges? No. But this BOB picks up so much. I can not believe it. I had the original Roomba and was not impressed. But I am impressed with this one! I keep running it and it keeps filling up with pet hair that I do not even see. I'm wondering where it's getting this pet hair from?? Lol. I have tile floors on first floor with 9x12 rugs. BOB just bobs around from rug to tile to rug with no issue. This is a great purchase. I love BOB...

Easy to set up and operate. Does a great job vacuuming carpet, hard wood and tile. We don’t have pets so can’t speak to how well it picks up hair however we tend to track in leaves and this machine picks up every one. we love our Bob!

I am very impressed with the vacuum! We have 2 dogs and there is always hair somewhere. It takes a bit of time to do the correct mapping for your house but well worth the time. I have ours going into 3 rooms on our main floor. I never thought I'd own one but the sale from $900 to $250 sold me, especially when I had $250 in gift cards.

I was pleasantly surprised. It picks up most everything very well. Sometime it gets confused as to where it is at though. It is very easy to clean and even came with its own cleaning tools

Wow. I mean I've been in the market for a robot vacuum for awhile and could never land on one until I crossed paths with this. This Bobsweep with LiDar tech is the best. I've had this for about 2 months and I've yet to encounter a problem. I have two cats that shed and I would CONSTANTLY sweep... Not anymore. It's getting EVERYTHING. It gets litter and cat hair not problem. I've yet to have to detangle anything. The app makes it so easy and with the LiDar technology you can see your rooms in the app and set schedules and no sweep zones. Also can connect it to Google and Alexa and it's nice to just tell Google " the floor is dirty " and Bob takes action and gets it done. After, it docks itself and you can check the battery percentage in the app. 10/10 . This is not a paid review. This is my actual thoughts.

Couldn't be easier. Just turn it on when I leave for work in the morning and done. It learned my house within 3 uses and now it takes care of it for me.

I absolutely love my Phoenix bobsweep vacuum! I no longer have to lug my vacuum around everyother week cleaning the hair my dog sheds. It's easy to use, set up and love how quite it is. I should have bought this sooner.

I initially purchased this as a gift but then decided it looked like it could really helo with chores so I decided to keep it! I was very easy to setup and get running out of the box. It learned my house quickly and now I can sit back and watch it do it's thing. It's feature packed and a good value compared to others in it's class. So far the quality has held up as well. I would definitely recommend.

Love it! Best by far that I’ve purchased. Suction is great and mapping of home works wonderfull.

It's nice to set the schedule to vacuum nightly for me, as long as I remember to make sure small toys, cords, blankets, etc are picked up and Bob doesn't "eat" them and get stuck. I have noticed about every 2 weeks Bob just powers off and I can't get him connected to charge. I have to unscrew the battery compartment, clear hair and debris out, unplug the battery and plug it back in to work again.. a bit annoying, but at least it fixed it.

I have 2 almost never-ending shedding dogs and this little vacuum does an immense job at keeping their hair at bay. I have it running every night and when I wake up the next morning, the hair and all the little bits of the day on the floor from the day before is gone! I am so happy that I don't have to manually vacuum my bottom floor. It saves a good amount of time that you could be doing something else with. Their customer service is also very helpful. It stopped running and I figured it was the battery. They happily sent a new one, still on warranty, and it is running greatly again. Definitely would recommend to anyone that wants to spend their time with their dogs, family, etc. instead of vacuuming themselves.

I LOVE this vacuum! It saves me so much time from having to sweep. I love the fact it goes over the carpet and rugs with ease!

OK...we've had Bob for about five weeks now. Arguably the best addition to our home in ages! With 2 large dogs and four cats, this thing has changed our lives. We love him so much we named him Todd (we already have a cat named Bob). I set Todd to begin cleaning every evening at 6PM. I'm still shocked at how well he works! Our hardwood floors are dark and they show pet hair and dust in detail! Todd crushes it every evening. I clean him out every morning and I'm amazed at what he picked up the night before. Not jus pat hair, but dust too. Our floors look great and my wife is thrilled too!

Bob works great, game changer for our apartment. We have a golden retriever who sheds constantly and weekly vacuuming couldn't keep up. We run Bob once or twice a day and can usually go 3 runs without needing to empty. It feels so good to look at clean, hair-free floors every day! Couldn't go back.

I was hesitant to get a new vacuum after having a difficult time with another brand's original models. After looking into other models they were too expensive, and I decided I would wait. But it had a deal I just couldn't pass up. This vacuum has surprised me! Unlike my previous one, it has no issues going over my home's thresholds. I just tell it to go and it does just that! I have long fine hair and 2 German Shepherds, and it had no issue picking up the hair. On top of the great cleaning experience, it has an easy-to-use app that I can use anywhere. I love the quick clean and no sweep/vacuum zones functions. Overall, this vacuum has exceeded my expectations and made cleaning so much easier. Highly recommended!

I am very happy with this purchase. Previously I have had two robotic vacuums, both Sharks. My latest apartment has hardwood laminate floors throughout most of it, and I have a cat that strews her cat litter (unintentionally, she says) all over the apartment. Because of this, I see having a robotic vacuum as a necessity. When my last one quit working I looked at quite a few stores and models. Best Buy had the Bob Sweep that I bought at a great sale price. With their 3 year repair or replace agreement I was confident in giving a BObsweep a try. So far, I have been very pleased. I have had no trouble with it at all. It makes keeping my apartment floors clean and free of litter easy and I don't have to do much at all but turn it on and let it do its thing.

Bobsweep easily mapped my house and to control using the app. It easily keeps up with my two ever-shedding dogs and long hair cat. I couldn't be happier with this product.
