I LOVE this vacuum! It's perfect for my 1700 sf office... long battery life and it just nimbly goes from hardwood to carpet and around any obstacles! And it cleans all surfaces perfectly!

It does the job pretty well! If i didn't have a pet and needed it to get all of the fur i probably woukd ha e tated it 5 stars

Seeing how I’m not tech savvy I thought this was going to be a little on the hard side. But it wasn’t to bad once it was set up . The rest wasn’t to bad . Now that I’ve been using it on a daily basis it does a really good job . I glad I purchased this .

I LOVE my Phoenix Robot vacuum!!! He charged up very quickly and was ready to go. He immediately took off, surveying and vacuuming away in a very organized manner, thoroughly cleaning underneath furniture, and cleaning nice, neat paths along my area rug. I'm amazed how he got into each and every room. Cat hair be gone!!! I'm also pleasantly surprised at how quiet Phoenix is while he's diligently cleaning away. When he was finished, he easily found his way back to the charging dock. I will admit, I was skeptical, but not anymore. I highly recommend Phoenix! Thank you!

The bobsweep vacuum is amazing!! It manages to get ALL the pet hair from our 6 dogs AND it's soooo quiet!

I've had my Bob for a month, and am so glad I decided to give it a try. There are 2 dogs and a cat in our household, so you can imagine the amount of pet hair. Now, I'm able to let Bob take on picking it up which greatly reduces the amount of vacuuming I need to do. This is a nice change for my back! I definitely recommend this product.

We love this guy he rocks we call him Sammy Davis, Junior he cleans the floor great and maneuvers around obstacles and I have no issues

Bob has been awesome. I have 4 dogs and 3 cats, so you can imagine the pet hair. It was becoming too much to handle and that’s when I decided to give bob a try. So far bob has been great. No issues mapping the house and I run bob every other day. Bob’s been fantastic at keeping my floors free of pet hair. Great product.

Have loved it so far. Cleans great. Had some trouble connecting to WiFi and it has now become disconnected. Trying to get it reconnected.

I am loving my “Bob” he does a fantastic job keeping up with my floors. We have luxury vinyl plank with some area rugs, he aces everything he passes! So nice to know he gets around so well. Sometimes it’s a game of hide and seek tho, buts it’s ok. He’s very quiet and if he gets stuck somewhere I go and seek him lol. My house is about 2600 square feet so it doesn’t take me long to find him.

I have a cat that sheds and every time I send the bObsweep out, it’s amazing how much it picks up! Love it!

Very good robot vacuum. Retail price is crazy but I got it on sale for less than 1/3 of the total advertised price. Works well once you get the initial map complete. Mapping is a bit challenging. Would like to be able to quick clean more than one room at a time without scheduling a time.

I have never been as aware of the amount of hair that we shed before Bob. Mostly that is because I have to rescue him and clean the brush at least once every clean cycle. After the initial house mapping (6 brush cleans) I decided to just have Bob clean the tile floors, which is all but the bedrooms. He doesn’t seem well suited to carpet. He’s very good about not bouncing off things. He’s not super loud. He does pick up a lot. I think maybe he would be more effective in a house where all the creatures have shorter hair. Our two shepherds and the two long haired humans seem to be a bit much for Bob, which is a shame because I was really excited about my little robot buddy.

Just received it. Works very well, very quiet...need more time to evaluate.

Had the shark robot vacuum for a few years, after seeing the new technology that was out and comparing the different robot vacuum’s the Phoenix won me over because of its value and review. After having it for a few weeks the performance, technology and the sleek look I am very happy with my purchase. Also just placed an additional order today to send it to my mom.
