This is a great little bobsweep. Everything about it works great. My bedroom is always cleaned at 10am each morning. The machine is easy to clean, no hassles, scheduling is easy with the app. If for any reason it stops, it will let me know and I can solve the problem. I love the mapping also, it shows me what is does everyday.

My wife wanted a robot vacuum but i wasn’t going to pay the high price for a good one and i wont buy a cheap one. When i saw this on a BestBuy deal of the day for less than $200 i not only bought one for my wife but for our daughter as well. They both love it! Its so easy to setup and use and its amazing how good it maps your home. Then you can send it to clean just one area if so desired. Its very quiet and our dogs aren’t bothered by it, one of them follows it around at times.

The amount of pet hair this picks up is insane! 2 corgis and it pulls enough hair to build a 3rd. Battery life is amazing and I love how it doesn’t leave dirt behind on tile and it leaves beautiful lines on carpet.

I have had this for a little over one month and I love it, wouldn't do without it now. It is easy to clean, I can have an upstairs and downstairs map which is easy to change, and it does a great job keeping my floors clean. I was able to purchase it on sale so feel it is a good value.

We recently moved to an open floor plan, ranch style home. It seemed ideal for a robot vacuum. The Bobsweep pet hair SLAM was on a steep discount for a new, high tech, mapping robot. Given the excellent return policy, we tried it out. Bob works great! We have mostly wood and tile flooring with some low pile and decorative area rugs. It cleans all surfaces very well. After running around the house a few times, there is little cat or dog hair left to be removed. It gets in all the corners and under the furniture edges without a problem. Because the LiDAR eye is a small raised disc on top, the sides remain low profile to edge under furniture. Bob even managed to go completely under some of our shelving and a storage bench. I understand older robot vacuums just bounced around the house without ability to remember what had been cleaned. Due to the mapping functionality, this device knows where it’s been and what is left to clean. Pretty neat! I also noted that the battery capacity is on the high end, with a long overall running time. They estimate it can cover 1400 sq ft. UPDATED review…. This is accurate. It will clean 1200-1400 sq ft and run for about two hours on one charge. I’ve noted it comes back to the dock at 25-30% charge remaining. The mobile app has great functionality with a visual map of the home made by the vacuum on its initial few runs. One can specify room areas, no go zones, and request only certain rooms or even general areas be cleaned. Or just hit go and let Bob do the thinking and cleaning. We are impressed and find this a great value on sale at Best Buy. Robotic vacuums must be a competitive area right now. Regardless, this one is impressive in functionality, adaptability, customization, and definitely in value.

We’ve had our new PHOENIX BOBSWEEP for about a month and are completely overjoyed at not having to constantly sweep up scattered cat litter. “Billy Bob” (he needed renaming), the overlord of scattered kitty litter messes, handles the sweeping up of litter on tiled floors, and with the Quick Clean Spot Clean option, little messes are picked up without much effort. We’ve also used it on the carpet and are very pleased with the job it does - the carpet is kept looking clean and groomed between biweekly vacuuming with a regular vacuum. It was a supper easy set up and maintenance has been a breeze so far. Thanks for offering such a great product!

This is my second robot vacuum purchased from bObsweep. I personally have a Dustin model which self empties and was so impressed I knew exactly what I would buy when my mother in law said she wanted a Roomba for Christmas. Here's a quick breakdown of why I like it: 1. She was able to set it up herself, only needing help getting the rotating brush attached. This alone is amazing as she is the least tech savvy person I know. 2. The instructions and setup are very simple and easy and I love how they package the product 3. It does a far better job at picking up hair from their German Shepard than her hand help shark vacuum Her only complaint was having to let it do a new mapping cycle after christmas since she moved half the house around. Also it did get caught on an area rug with long tassels. Overall, she is very pleased

Fantastic little vacuum with a mapping feature! I have two dogs and I find the vacuum only strong enough to run it full power, not in an eco mode. When running in eco mode, the hair has a tendency to get stopped up. Both of my dogs are short haired dogs. The vacuum works exceptionally well to maintain my home. Love that I can schedule it by day, by rooms, and control it by phone when unexpected guests are coming over. Highly recommend the product. 4 stars only as the map does glitch every so often and I have to remap the entire home when this occurs. Not a huge deal, but can be annoying in a pinch.

Took so much off our plate! With 4 inside dogs this was THE perfect anniversary gift. I run it every 2 days and all my floors are spotless! We work from home so when we clock out for the day the house is clean. You can even have it running while away from home how awesome is that!

This is our second unit. We started with a bobsweep standard named Bob about 5 years ago and we had to retire him because we could not re-tire him. We litterally drove him till his wheels, well went bald. I wanted a new one so we ordered Jeff and Jeff arrived DOA, but Bobsweep service was fast and accommodating, but ultimately I returned Jeff to Best Buy and bought Steve, who is a permanent resident. The unit works well, he cleans, plays nice with google assistant and is shockingly quiet. Yes the dustbin could be bigger. This is a quality product made by a customer service backed company and sold by a customer satisafction company. I was impressed all the way around by the agent at Bobsweep, their products which I have used for the better part of six years as well as Best Buy's service. Buy the vacuum, it's great!

Great robot will clean the whole floor. Does a better job of not going over the same spot a million times so it saves time as well. Smaller dust bin than our other robot but still does a good job. Things I would change. I wish there was a remote for it which there isn’t. Wish there was more that 2 power settings. Other than that it does get stuck but that’s our fault for not picking stuff up that it can get stuck on. I do like the No sweep zones that’s handy. Overall pretty good robot. I like that when they sent it to us they put a birth certificate on it and named it Bob (our last name not going to put that in the review) which was cute

Either way its nice to not have to vacuum as much. This was heavily discounted and still is. It does struggle with some rugs and the edges of them. Some rugs it cannot go on because the spinning brushes get tangled. Other rugs it loses a spinning brush as it gets caught. You end up having to tell it to avoid those areas. Definitely see way less hair and loose things on the floor. It has so far lost connection to wifi 4-5 times. It has stopped for no reason 5-6 times. It has chosen to remap the house 3 times. It will not avoid things that get stuck such as animal toys like ropes or towels or any liquid and or animal messes. It does make a difference around the house. As of yesterday it seems to have stopped and keeps reporting an issue that cant be fixed. We will attempt a reboot or fresh start. We will for sure be making full use of Total Tech to return this for another most likely. Either it is being severely discounted for a reason or its you get what you pay for. For roughly 250$ versus 900$ we will give it a few more chances.

upgrading from an older bobsweep Pro Love the LIDAR mapping and the easy to use app. My old unit used to get stuck in certain places, but now I can set no-sweep zones to make sure that doesn't happen. The new mapping also makes sure bob cleans thoroughly and efficiently, instead of a semi-random pattern dust bin is a little small, but the suction is much improved over the older model

I purchased the bobsweep Phoenix robot vacuum as a replacement for an older robot vacuum I had. The Phoenix robot is light years ahead in terms of technology, cleaning performance and build quality. I like that ir builds a map of the area cleaned and allows you to customize areas to avoid and to setup a cleaning schedule via the bObsweep app. The first time I used it I was impressed with the amount of dirt it collected on floors that looked clean. The bObsweep Phoenix doesn’t feel like a cheap round piece of plastic like some similar robot vacuums and feels like it will last a long time even after extensive use.

Awesome robot vacuum! I love the mapping system on the app. The sensors are very good about not picking up curtains and clothing. If it does get something stuck inside, it shuts off and you can find it on the map. My one gripe is how difficult it is to empty the dust bin. You have to pull out some of the clumps of dust with your fingers, then shake out the rest. When I first got it, I could not believe how much dust and dirt it would collect every day. I have it programmed to run every day at 10am

Shockingly good; for the price at least. Bought on a deal, and it's been better than advertised. On hard wood and low pile carpets... grabs a majority of the pet hair, and due to it's low profile has no problem getting under most furniture. Its AI mapping is good. For the bad... it doesn't pick up quite as much as the Shark Matrix I had but returned and it's capacity is on the small side. We run it twice a day for our heavy shedding dogs and the wifey is more than pleased.

This is a very good product! It is worth the value. Its mapping capabilities and app is user friendly. The only downside is that it doesn’t alert you if something gets stuck in it or if it gets stuck due to something out of place.

Love this. I use it in a 600 sq foot room and I clean it after every morning sweep (I have 2 dogs) I empty it and use my battery blower to blow out dust from lint catcher and the filter.
