This vacuum does a great job with pet hair. It's easy to get setup, mapped out house perfectly, and gets all of the German shepherd tumbleweeds from around the barstools and chairs. I highly recommend it.

Great product. It does a great job picking up pet hair. It has helped save us a lot of time having to vacuum the whole house multiple times a week. Definitely a game changer.

Not as great as i was expecting after reading reviews, but still a nice vacuum. Sometimes it gets stuck in one particular area, like closed door and would stay there for 30 minutes. Tried removing it and placing it somewhere else, but hilariously kept returning to the same spot. Battery life so far is amazing, after 1 hr cleaning it still had 53% of battery intact. I was able to get it at the hugely discounted price, so i cannot really say that it was overpriced. I am keeping it.

I really enjoy having this vacuum. It does the job well. I do wish it had larger capacity as well as a set path. It’s kind of all over the place when vacuuming. Also, it doesn’t like to communicate with my wifi without being reconnected almost every time I want to use it. Customer service was outstanding when a part went missing. They shipped a new one as it was under warranty and no hassle.

I have two mainecoons. I used to vacuum daily and was getting sick of it. I now use this daily and vacuum just one time weekly to make sure all the corners and out of reach areas stay fur and dust free. My only complaint is it gets stuck under one of my cabinets frequently. Instead of backing out it forces "itself" in. I also have rumba (named Ruby) which is a lot smarter, but I caught a nice deal on the BObsweep named it Rosie, and feel it was worth the price and has saved me a lot of cleaning time. I use the Ruby on my top level and Rosie on the bottom level.

I bought this to help with dog hair throughout the week as I typically sweet at least twice. bOb does the job really well, I sweep one day and the accumulation of hair is minimal. Only 4 stars as I had to send it back for repair ($40 shipping). I received a new one and had to reprogram it but that was no big deal.

Our downstairs does not have carpet, so nothing hides the crumbs, hair (human and cat) or everyday dust that accumulates in any home. bObsweep has allowed me to keep the floor tidy while not requiring extra time in my day. Additionally, because it can go under furniture and against baseboards better than a standard vacuum, the floor stays cleaner longer. I have also found that it's much easier to keep the spin brush clean on my bObsweep than with a standard vacuum. I do wish the process to sync the device to wifi was a bit more straightforward and could be managed through the app. Overall I've been very pleased with the device.

Cleans very well! I wish it had a bigger waste basin and that it was easier to empty. It gets stuck under furniture often and can get frustrating. Worth it for the price.

Overall the setup is easy — navigation is great with lidar and it’s not as loud as our prev robot . Delivery is fast and app is very clean and easy to navigate it.

The Bobsweep Vacuum does an amazing job. It reaches hard to reach places without damaging furniture. It transitions between floor types effortlessly. Negotiates obstacles smoothly. It had no problem tackling everything from dog hair to construction dust. The dust bin dumped with ease.

Easy to set up and it’s an amazing vacuum that does the job. Initial mapping takes about an hour depending on the size of your house/apartment. Overall I am extremely happy with this purchase.

I didn't read the part where it can't do shag carpet and so my rugs are an issue. The mapping works pretty well but it seems Bob will still get stuck on one every like 8th run. It is a big help with the kitchen floor. I have several little kids so the amount of sweeping I normally do during the day has been cut down considerably. I can send Bob to do it and I can go take care of the kids.

Seeing how I’m not tech savvy I thought this was going to be a little on the hard side. But it wasn’t to bad once it was set up . The rest wasn’t to bad . Now that I’ve been using it on a daily basis it does a really good job . I glad I purchased this .

I have a cat that sheds and every time I send the bObsweep out, it’s amazing how much it picks up! Love it!

We have a Bob PetHair SLAM and use it to keep the area of our house clean where we keep 2 dogs, an Aussie and a Border Collie. Both shed a lot, and the dog area is about half carpet and half hardwood floor. We cannot reasonably expect for Bob to keep the carpet clean - real suction is needed here, but it does a good job to keep the hair in check on the hardwood areas. Last month, we lost a small part holding the main brush in place. We contacted Bob support and they not only sent us the part we needed but also a new brush. All free, because our Bob was still under warranty. We were pleasantly surprised.

Very easy to set up! They made this very user friendly & it does a good job getting the pet hair up! I have 2 dogs and 2 cats & have so much pet hair all the time, but this has helped drastically! Cons- my couch and my bed are just high enough for it to fit under, but it gets stuck on cords and things. So that’s a downside, but other than that it has worked well.

I LOVE this vacuum! It's perfect for my 1700 sf office... long battery life and it just nimbly goes from hardwood to carpet and around any obstacles! And it cleans all surfaces perfectly!
