Been using for a month now. It would appear Robot now understands the areas which need more cleaning & which are the ones it can ignore. App works well too! This is an intelligent product which meets the need.

It goes in an erratic pattern most of the time and gets stuck in corners. Also has trouble finding its way back to the docking station. I haven’t tried the mop yet. Not impressed. Considered returning it

Doesn't really do it's job

Also struggles to find it's home so I always have to put it back. I think there are probably better options but I bought it on sale so I get what I paid for.

It has no issues getting to and from its home position to self charge. No more back break vacuum jobs needed because bob takes care of all your needs. Mop and sweep features both work great the animal dander is completely irrelevant in a household with allergies.
