I struggled a little to charge but its not bad . ..

Great product for the sale price. It does not only vacuum but it also mop the floor as well.

When it works it works great. It mops real well on wooden floors. Have had a few issues with the vacuum, but customer service pulls through without any problems. They really stand behind their product.

When it works, it works great. But it never finds its way back to the charger. It has difficulty charging, It makes a weird humming noise out of no where. Not what I thought I was buying. I have had cheaper robot vacuums that worked better than this one does.

Was neat while it lasted. We had this for awhile and it seemed to do OK. But all of a sudden, it got lost and then started running on its own, in circles. Upgraded to an iRobot.

Bob is awesome, we love him very much! He cleans incredibly well even when it appears our floors are clean, at the end of every shift he is jam packed with dirt and hair that makes me wonder how the heck I have been living in such filth without knowing! My only issue with Bob is he likes to get stuck under the couch and I wish he knew better, but he is just a robot for now.

Bob is an amazing addition to our family! We have 5 pets and Bob does beautifully at keeping our home free of fur. I recommend this vacuum even if you dont have pets, it cleans great.

We saw this product deeply discounted and gave it a try. We were not disappointed. Works well, especially in hard to reach areas. Only downside is replacement parts such as filters need to be purchased at company site at high prices and with shipping cost as we cannot find substitutes online.

The wifi kept going out the day I got it, it couldn’t find its base ever and wondered around aimlessly cleaning the same area Many times without a pattern. It did have good suction and cleaned well where it did go and was quiet

Unfortunately this is my 3rd Bob automatic vacuum. This one is supposed to be a bit more intelligent than my last two, but it just randomly moves around the house with no type of rhyme or reason whatsoever. It will circle around the same clean area in a room for 10 minutes, and then miss wide open areas that need cleaning elsewhere in the room. I rarely give out poor reviews, but this vacuum just doesn't seem to have any intelligence to it with its cleaning process. Unfortunately this one is going back like the last two, and I'm going to get a different brand next time...

Used for an hour total before it malfunctioned. They said he needs to go see the doctor and offered to pay for shipping both ways though. It squeals all day on the charger and gets lost when vacuuming.

I bought this becuse my other vac stopped working. I work 10-12 hours a day and needed help keeping up with the floors however this was not the answer. This thing stops in the moddle of the floor and requires someone to move it before it will go again only to stop again less than a minite later. Obviously, because of this, you cannot leave unattended, which kind of defeats the purpose of having a robot vacuum. If you’re looking for something to help you out around the house, this is not it save your money and buy a different brand.
