This is a nice vacuum robot, unfortunately, it only worked for about a month. BB just sent me a replacement item. Will further review later

Great for the price. Does the job and is easy to use.

Terrible from the start. Bought refurbished for a discount. Terrible item. Gets stuck under kitchen cabinets, couch, chair. Starts about half the time it is supposed to. SUCH a disappointment. Not worth what I paid and DEFINETELY not worth what they are charging for a new one. The mopping feature is the equivalent of dragging a damp paper towel around with one foot.

Bob will pick up all that darn pet hair so you can relax with your whiskey!!

I have 3 dogs and this by far has been the best vacuum and mop! It picks up dust and trash I didn’t even know my home had, I honestly would lose my mind without this at home. I turn it on from my phone as I’m coming home from work.

We love our new bob. Never heard of it before but gave it a try and its been amazing since then. Our pur baby was not scared at all when we first used it. Puppy loves following bob around the house.

This Bobsweep is not very good. The battery dies fast and when I tried to update it, it got stuck and I had to let the battery die then restart it for it to work. I would not recommend this.

I would not buy this. I have had for 5 months been replaced 3 times. Once because the bumper on the front went bad. Then second time it stopped charging. I have a Eufy by Anker that Vacuums only I wanted a one that does both I have had my Eufy for 3 years no an issue but this Robot is Terrible. I would not recommend this to anyone at all.

Love the product! It’s so good! Love watching it learn the room! And it picks up so much! I want another one just so I can have two vacuuming simultaneously! Definitely would recommend one at at least! If not two!

This piece of crap sucks. Don't get it. I didn't use it for about 3 months and now it won't charge. It can't find the docking station. When it was working and had to charge after use, it redo's the entire house because it can't remember what it did previously. Save your sanity and wallet. DO NOT PURCHASE!

Like many other reviewers have stated this item stops working as soon as you are unable to return it. I bought on 5/9/22 and it is now 7/1/22 it stopped working about a week prior to writing this review. Aside from that when it is working the battery life is short, I live in a small 2 bedroom apartment and it would die before finishing the whole apartment. Now it is no longer holding a charge and can’t run more than 2 minutes without turning off. It doesnt connect to an app and gets stuck often.

This thing does the job pretty well. Work great on hardwood floors!

I purchased this product. It lasted me maybe two months broke and I just was done with. It didn’t wanna connect to Wi-Fi. It was the worst.

I owned a previous version of BobSweep that was released 4 years prior to this version. Every single day this newer version has an issue. In the past two weeks the vaccuum has not made it back to its charging dock. It also seems to fixate on a smaller area within the home and constantly runs into things. Avoid this unit

Wish I had never bought this. My old robot vacuum worked better than this one even when it was dying. This BObsweep will not hold a charge. Ridiculous waste of money. Never again.

This little robot does its job and is well worth the price. Customer service is also awesome and extremely accommodating. I recommend this item.

after 4m already broken,no way yo used sucks,if i knew will never ever get this

We got a great sale price on this, and it does well though does not find home as easily as my last sweep.
