This works perfectly. I love the product and i can set a time for each day for device to come on and complete the cleaning and get back to the charging station by itself. I had a malfunction of the prouct through water damage and the company took care of the replacing the parts and restoring it the way it was as new as it was. I didn’t know that therre was warranty on it untill the company told me and all i had to do was to pay the shipping charges. I strongly recommend this product especially with the offer that you get.

Product stopped connecting to wifi after a couple weeks and was essentially obsolete. When I tried to return it to best buy they said the 14 day return window had passed and I had to take it up with the manufacture. Overall worst purchase to date at best buy

Best purchase ever!!!! Happy with results just keep cables tide in and sofas in a good high so won’t get stacked otherwise excellent product, no problems at all

I absolutely love this vacuum! I have 4 kids ranging from 6-5 months and 3 dogs so having this constantly on the go when I can’t be saved so much time and mess. Really considering buying another to have it going on each end of the house lol

I had high expectations, but I am disappointed with the performance. The vacuum gets stuck very easy, and it also cleans the same area over and over. Lastly, it tends not to dock back on the charging station. If you are considering this product, I encourage you to reconsider.

I got this robot to replace my iRobot. I think it was a good move. Works beautifully, I never realized just how much animal hair was stuck in my carpets!

We love Bob! It’s amazing to me how much dust and dog hair he picks up every time we run him. I haven’t used the mob pad, but I have no doubt it will work as good as the vacuum.

Since getting the bObsweep, I haven't really had to sweep around the house at all. There are those tough to reach places, and the stairs and upstairs of course, but the places my dogs frequent are by far the toughest I would have had to do. Thanks to our robot vacuum, which my daughter named Baymax, we don't have to worry about them. Just need to make sure to keep the big stuff off the ground so it doesn't get sucked up, and empty him out once a day.

It's VERY helpful, I can use the time it saves me to do my other chores. It helps me clean EVERYWHERE and places I can't get to

First month lived it, but after that the sweeper started falling off the bottom. Maybe this particular unit needed a little more thought put in to it.

Works ok but gets stuck a lot and isn't great with dog hair.

Great cleaner sweeper, front camera and sensor is great as it scan the floor and drive around very well on its own. I purchased on sale for $200

It surpass my expectations! It is a great product i have two dogs and since i started using this product there has been 80 percent of hair reduction all around the house.

Had this since Aug 2022 and even with regularly cleaning the vacuum I already have to replace the brush. The only way to buy replacement parts is through bobsweep and its over $40 with shipping and handling. Tried finding cheaper replacements on amazon but none fit. It wont work without the new brush either.

Parts did not last after 3 months of biweekly use. They have a shop online where you can buy new parts. But unless you fill up the cart with $50 worth of garbage they charge an absurd amount for shipping. I loved it while it worked, but the parts they use are cheap making this thing way overpriced.

We use this to keep the fur levels at an acceptable level in our basement. It does what we need it to do and are constantly emptying the full tray of cat fur it picks up.

I this product is ok… I mean my Samsung vacuum robot is better.

It's better than using your tongue. Probably would not purchase again.
