Worst purchase ever made. Dont buy. Never charged and always have a problem

robot cannot find its base %50 of the time. Some rooms never get vacuumed bc once it goes to charge it does the same areas the next time. I tried to give it a chance for a few weeks. I went to return it but the return period is only 2 weeks

Did not last a year and a half. I could not hook up to my phone because it would only work with 2G and I have a 5G phone . I can't find filters for it and now it won't stay running. It shuts off after 10 minutes .

Love it, wish it had a more functional remote control, but I am still learning to understand its capabilities of learning my layout. I would buy it again.

Very good vacuum but I happen to get it on sale for $237 or around there but this vacuum is not worth anywhere near $900

I am very disappointed with the purchase of this vacuum. It does not align properly to the charging docking station and disconnects from the Wi-Fi. There is only a 15-day return window. So, this was wasted money on a product that does not work properly.

Very good. Little bit to get it going but then its cool. & app easy to use.

very difficult to work, I couldn't figure it out, maybe if someone had time, it would be nice!

Stopped working after 3 months. We have no pets. I will try to return it.

This is my fifth robo vacuum and by far the worst purchase. Vacuum not strong enough and mopping is pretty much spraying water.

Does a good job on the floors. Have not tried the wet part yet will be doing soon.

This robovac would not stay connected to internet.

Don’t ever buy these. Very obsolete and the charger always ends up breaking some way some how. If you wanna pay half the price for those cleaning bots I say you should spend more then less. Plus the bObsweep app has very little variety of using the bot when it’s powered off.

This is the worst robot vacuum I have owned. I bought one off of Amazon from China that worked better than this one. The mopping feature is handy but the vacuum itself is horrible. Do not waste your money

Broke within a few days. Company wants me to send it back and wait for days until they send a replacement. Garbage item garbage company. Go with roomba. I hope they see this because it’s ridiculous I have to send items and wait for weeks for replacements.

The vacuum works really well! It picks up all dirt and debris.

Sensor error kept turning on. Vacuum would work for maybe a minute or two then error. Returned for refund even after consulting with technical support.

We purchased 3 of these for Christmas gifts including 1 to keep. All of them have had major issues that Best Buy has not been able to repair.

Instructions are horrible very difficult to understand have had vaccum a month still not able to use it
