Absolute trash. So many issues. Customer service is awful. Send me parts to replace multiple times. Finally send me a motor to replace. I’m not a vacuum repair person. I took whole thing apart and still can’t figure it out or put it back together. Don’t buy from them.

Gets the job done, good vacuum. Its not too loud that it scared my dog, but he was also trained to be around vacuums. Its great that it can be controlled by mobile app. However i do wish there was a home button on the vacuum itself so i can send it home on the spot, instead of looking for my phone. Double check the thickness of the vacuum to make sure it can move smoothly under your sofa, unfortunately ours gets stuck at some spots underneath the sofa, so thats annoying. Overall good use for daily cleaning, gets every corner.

I've been very happy with my Bob! I had an older model and upgraded to this one, and its been very helpful around the house. The sweeping kicks off every other day on a set schedule, while I'm asleep! My 4 cats are unbothered by it, its efficient, and its quiet when it runs. It seems to blow dust out from under deeper cabinets as well! Occasionally it gets stuck and needs a nudge, even then saves me sooo much time. The customer service is also top notch, they really care about their customers and always respond quickly and check in frequently! Bob even had an injury and it was completely covered under warranty, they had him back to me in less than a week! Definitely a good investment!

This is our second “Bob”. The first one lasted about five years, which isn’t bad for electronics these days. This new one is definitely up-to-date with the control via cell phone. However, it still gets stuck under furniture. What is strange is that it forces itself under the furniture, causing it to be stuck. I haven’t had an opportunity to lay down the magnetic tape yet, but I certainly don’t want that tape all over my house, so trying to figure out the best way to utilize it. It has a smaller Desmond than the older one which was a little disappointing, but it seems to do a good job vacuuming. I haven’t tried the mopping yet. But I’m looking forward to testing that out soon. I really wanted to buy one that self empties but the cost of this was just much better.

This vacuum was great at picking up dog hair around the house and it's pretty quiet. It was able to roll over carpet easily. I like that I can control it with an app so I can vacuum even when I'm not home. I do wish it could detect when the dust bin is full.

First let me say I'm rating this 4.5 stars - it's better than good but not quite excellent. Setup was quick - I had Alexa running Bob almost right away. We have 3 cats. Bob does a great job getting fur up from the hardwood floor. rugs, and carpet. I set up a schedule and Bob does his thing when it's time. I've used the mop function on hardwood and tile. It does a decent job as long as you're mopping regularly. Before you start vacuuming you should do a recon of the area to be covered. Make sure there's nothing on the floor that can get caught in the roller brush. I have a couple of areas where Bob gets stuck - under the recliner and a lower kitchen cabinet. Bob can get hung up on power cords or other wires but it's not a problem because you did your recon and moved things on the floor out of Bob's way. The brushes on the front do a good job of pulling in stuff to be vacuumed so even though Bob is round Bob will clean corners. The app lets you know whether Bob is cleaning or charging and how much charge it has. Obviously, start & stop, and you set the cleaning schedule via the app. Once that's done all you'll need to do is empty the debris container periodically and some easy cleaning of Bob and his brushes. It's not quite 'set it and forget it' but it's close. There are resources on line and via the app for help. You can contact Bobsweep customer service via the app. They'll respond via email and follow-up to make sure you're happy. That's not something you see much of anymore. I'm glad I got a Bobsweep.

Bob is great at picking up fur. We have a husky so there are always clumps of fur all over the place. We notice the difference on our carpeted areas immediately and even the hard flooring. We love that he can vacuum and mop and does a very thorough job. Since we no longer have to do those two jobs, we have more time to spend with our pup! Like all vacuums, a lot of fur can get stuck in the brush area but it's not a deal breaker for us.

After the first day, I thought I would be returning it. But, after 2 weeks of use, I'm keeping it. Initially it to way too long to get it connected to my wifi. Once it did connect, the next day it was disconnected. It kept stopping as it was cleaning as well. So, here's what I've learned. After I got it connected to my wifi for the second time, it has never been an issue since. This is not meant to replace your vacuum cleaner. That is why it was having so much trouble initially. My floors were pretty dirty that first night. Having 3 cats and 2 dogs will do that. I've been running it each night a couple of hours before I go to bed, and it keeps my floors clean now. It picks up the fur and litter outside of the litter box, as well as any dog food that is left on the floor outside of the dish. I got this on sale for over $200 off. I don't think I'd pay the full retail price for it, but if you can get it on sale like I did, I think it's worth it.

This device works very well at cleaning both carpet and hard surfaces. It operates with minimal noise and consistently covers the majority of our 1800 square foot house on a daily basis. Only drawback we experienced was the unit returning to the base station consistently prior to the battery dying. Bobsweep customer service was outstanding at working through any issues.

Pros: •I got this on sale during the Labor Day event •maneuvers over rugs fairly easily •app is simple •it does pick up everything on the floor (I got it primarily for litter tracking) Cons: •gets stuck under the door of my fridge •has never found it’s own way back to the charging station •I’ve found that just because it’s docked, does not mean it’s charging •takes a supremely long time to vacuum my 600 sq ft apartment (which wouldn’t be a bad thing if I didn’t feel like I had to monitor it) I wouldn’t pay full price, but the holiday discount is worth it for me. I’m a novice when it comes to robot vacuums so maybe with time I might learn tips and tricks to remove some things from the con list.

I was very excited when I opened the product and it met my excitement completely. It cleans every part of the house without me getting tired. I set it at 10 o'clock every morning, my house is clean every day.

It's okay. The battery doesn't last that long. It never can find the dock to recharge so it just dies somewhere in the basement and I have to find it and place it on the charger. It does a decent job of picking up cat hair and debris on the floor. I got it for $600 off so for the money it was a good buy.

I have 4 Persian cat and a chow dog. All of them are long hair and this robot work perfectly. It can clean my fur hair very well, so far better than all of robot I have. This Bob is thin, so it can go under my furniture very well. One of the best thing I like is it is so quiet compare to the older version. I almost hearing nothing. Battery last very long. Setting up is easy. I love that it can help me mob my floor very well Another best thing I would like to mention is customer service. Very helpful and fast response. I almost go with another brand, but the customer service is so great, so I decided to stay with this brand. One stars I would like to take out because I still like the function that I still can control my robot manually. Even this one so smart, I still think it is good to have one. Plus, I can't find anyway to open dustbin widely. If so, it going to be easy to empty it

I really wanted to like this vacuum, but it was basically useless. First off, I'm not sure what the camera and mapping features are for because the thing seemingly went out of its way to go where I didn't want it, and would constantly get stuck in the same spots over and over again. That is until eventually it would just stop for no apparent reason. The app would tell me that a wheel or brush was stuck, or that the dustbin was full, but none of those things were ever true. It would be stopped in the middle of the floor with nothing around it. And it wasn't a battery issue either because this would often happen with like 50-70% battery left. The app also doesn't send you notifications when the thing gets stuck, which is a super basic feature to omit. Pretty sad effort from this brand. Definitely avoid this one.

I am very satisfied with this robot vacuum. I recently have upgraded from the basic model and it has many advanced/better features included such as stronger suction power, quieter running sound and the battery last longer. One thing I love the most is the map feature which shows cleaned area on the wifi connected app; It surely cleans everywhere except areas with obstacles. It also comes with a mop which is much wider than the older model and it also cleans well.

Great sweeper for the price. Have not set up the mop attachment yet. Only problem that people should know is that about 1 week after we set it up, it was dead all the time, and the only time it was actually on was when it was on the charger. This seemed like a battery issue to me, so I opened up the battery compartment, saw it was somehow unplugged, and reattached the battery. I don’t know if it just knocked on something really hard, or it came like this loose, but it worked and the bot is working fine now.

This vacuum has been a lifesaver when it comes to dealing with pet hair around my home. It has a powerful suction that picks up all the fur, dirt and debris from my carpets and hard floors with ease. Plus, the HEPA filter captures dust, dander, and other allergens, making my home much cleaner and healthier. It's lightweight and easy to maneuver, so it's perfect for quick and efficient cleaning. I would highly recommend the Bob PetHair Vision Plus to anyone who needs a reliable and effective pet hair vacuum.

This was my first robot vacuum. Had my eyes on the roomba but couldn't help myself when I saw the big sale on this. I didn't get a chance to use the mop attachment. I thought vacuum/mop meant it could do either simultaneously. It's the biggest reason I was looking for a mop/vacuum combo. Suction wise, works great, no complaints. My floors were definitely clean after it was finished. I heard other vacuums use a smart map and memorize the lay out. This does not have smart mapping. Although I enjoyed the clean floors, out of the 4 days that I used it I had to go find the vacuum 3 times because he would get lost or stuck somewhere. At $900, I would expect to not have to touch it ever unless it was to clean out the bin. It's a shame, so close to being a great product.

With 2 dogs and 2 cats Bob is a work horse! He keeps the house fur free. He does require cleaning if course so dont expect to set him and forget him. The mopping component is not intended for deep cleaning but if you want a quick mop after cooking in the kitchen he will get the job done. Also the customer service is excellent. My Bob stopped working and the company was very helpful. They sent me a label to ship Bob to them. They fixed him up and sent him bac in no time! I didnt know how much Bob was helping me until he stopped working. Best Buy and the Bobsweep company have a customer for life. The interest in making sure customers are happy is excellent! Communication, value, service its all there. Thank you Bobsweep and Best Buy for your commitment to your customers!
