BOB does an amazing job! Definitely recommend him!

Worked great for first 30 days. Now I regret buying it. Doesn't want to work. Without constant connection it will not work. Says offline.

Constantly stops. Sucking power was strong for first two times. Mapping feature is terrible. Do not recommend.

Constant issues with Wi-Fi connections, constant issues with it losing its base location, constant headache not worth it for the money. Stay away

Great vacuum! I have a dog and cat both with long hair and a baby on the move and not enough time to vacuum all the hair everyday. I love that I can set a schedule for it to vacuum and I love the mop attachment for dual purpose. I feel like it cleans my floors great! My only critique is that I can’t get it to avoid my rugs when it’s mopping and then it usually gets stuck. If I’m home and can move it then it’s fine but if I’m away it gets stuck and then can’t finish. It will also give random notifications that a wheel or a brush is jammed when there is nothing or that it’s on the charging port but “offline” and then won’t charge. Those issues are few and far between and minor things compared to how much of a help it is and brings so much convenience and gives me extra time in my day!!

Don’t buy I had to return mine. They stop working after a couple weeks.

Only thing I don’t really like is that it keeps cleaning the same spot like it cleans half way then it comes where it cleaned it does it about 3 times. It might just be how I set it up

Lots of bugs and glitches which turned me off from the technology.

Won't go back to charging station by it self.I have to pick it up and put it back when it runs out of battery.

I have had an old Bobsweep Pet Hair model for years- **years**. I cannot speak enough about the amazing customer service I've gotten. I'm a firm believer in repairing things instead of replacing, and I've been able to do that with the support of the amazing customer service team at Bobsweep. However, it was time to upgrade to a new model because my old Bob was tired. I upgraded to this new Bob (I've named him Robert because he's so fancy) and I'm so happy I did. Robert is very, very quiet! My old Bob was like a freight train compared to this guy :) The battery life is amazing (!!!!) and he also doesn't get stuck on things like corners of rugs or transitions from one type of flooring to another as often as my old Bob did. He definitely cleans well, I love not having to bust out my big vacuum to take care of business myself. Also, he does a great job of making it back to his charging dock- I'd say 95% of the time, a huge improvement compared to the older model which I didn't even bother with trying to do, I'd just find the dead vacuum and plug him in myself. I really struggled with connecting Robert to wifi at first (but I always seem to have a hard time with this, no matter what technology I'm trying to connect), but besides that, it's been an easy transition from my old model to this one. I also love that I can control Robert when I'm not at home and put him on a schedule.

Well the left bu.per was stuck fro. The cery beginninh. A new one is brong shipped to me.

This is my second day using it and it keeps stopping saying the right touch sensor is jammed. I will be returning

The reason this robot mop is on deep discount is because it doesn't work! Mop leaves streaks, won't climp over transitions and runs into furniture and rugs. You definitely have to babysit this waste of money if your thinking about buying it. Swifter does a far better job at a tenth of the price.

It doesn’t sweep as it says and it makes noise every couple hrs

Worked well for about a month, had to be replaced because it started making a horrible buzzing noise on the charger, the replacement started making the same noise within a month also. Wheel started squeaking on the replacement and the effort to replace the wheel is more than I’m willing to do.

Bad product. I had to continuously place the item in front of the charging crate in order for it to go home. Often times it would be trying but never could find its way. Very frustrating.

Didn’t work as expected. I returned it. Would not recommend.
