It was good at first. Now it runs for like 10 minutes then stops because the brush is jammed when it’s not. Same thing happened after the replacement. Not a lot of hair is picked up either.

The new Bob is new and improved, sleeker and quieter. The mobile app also allows you to run it when you are not home or in another room. It is very efficient in cleaning up the pet hair of our three animals (two cats and a dog) as well as other daily grime. My only complaints are that the new charging station, while very efficient, is hard to get lined up with Bobi, and the dustbin is a little shallow and oddly shaped so that it is hard to completely empty. The top screen is wider and apparently vulnerable as it ran into our modem, which fell on it and cracked the screen, which made it stop working entirely. Any issues I've had have been "swept away," however, by the incredible customer service provided every step of the way.

The worst robot vacuum I’ve ever had. Not recommended

New, to the whole vacuum robot scene. Must I say, getting BObsweep Pet Hair Vision Plus connected was not initially as smoot as I’d liked it to be. Where I wanted it placed and where it sits (closely to my router) was very hard for me to swallow but nonetheless, I was happy after a day of trying to make it work. I have complete hardwood floors so I have no need to worry about rugs, but what I did end up running into was that the area where BObsweep is stationed it has a hard time getting itself out of (Door, loveseat tv stand area). I ended up having to use the No Sweep Strips in this area and now BObsweep moves out of this area with No issues. Now I thought there was a mapping on here but its just a schedule set for bObsweep but what i have noticed is that it does sweep and mop my floors in the same way if I set it to the same time every day. The mopping feature I am still getting a bit use to. It’s trying to find the right balance of liquid cleaner to go in if im being honest but I’ll get there. I have only had it little less than a month. Main reason for getting it was for my long hair Chihuahua.

I’m really happy with my Bobsweep so far. I like that the directions and app are super simple. I set it to run at certain times each morning, and he starts up and runs without an issue. I like that the machine is so quiet. It doesn’t even bother my dog, who usually chases after any vacuum while it’s running. It does a really nice job of getting the pet hair and other little crumbs. He transitions from tile to wood to carpeting seamlessly. He does get stuck under some pieces of furniture, but I’m hoping as he learns the house that he’ll avoid those spots. I’ve only had it a few days, so there is bound to be a learning curve for the machine. I’m super happy with it and would recommend it!

It doesn’t work well, it doesn’t connect well. I try to put on them it goes home.

I had another vaccum robot before Bob, which did a decent job at cleaning. But eventually gave out, so i wanted one that had a vacuum and mop option to clean in between my home cleaning schedule. I live in NYC and have a Golden Retriver. Those two combination if i dont sweep my house 4x a week, dirt, dust, and pet hair would accumulate on the floor. This robot makes it convinient for me to sweep my apartment every other day while i walk the dog or go to work. Picks up alot of dirt every single time. There could be a feature to map out areas, and to send it to clean specific area at a time, like my kitchen after I cook. But i am happy with the purchase.

We love our bobsweep. This is our second because we upgraded after a few years using the trade in program. Customer service at bobsweep is great to work with and provides many options. This version cleans very well and goes in straight lines instead of free roaming. It would be nice to have a free roam feature in the future but overall does a great job! Its low profile allows for cleaning under furniture but also gets stuck occassionally, which there are strips provided that help remedy this to create zones where bobsweep cannot go. Overall, very satisfied so far. Especially for the value at the discounted price.

We have been using BobSweep for over 6 years. This is our 4th one! We have upgraded each time a new version comes out. It's super quiet and does an amazing job mapping the room. Its moping future is one of my favorites. It gets to every corner to clean and the edge sensor is great. I use it for carpet and hardwood and tile floors. We are fans, and won't be changing anytime soon.

I absolutely love my Bob pet hair robot vacuum! It's amazing how well it picks up pet hair and other debris around my house. The robot is very easy to use and has a great battery life. I can set it to run automatically and come home to a clean house. The vacuum is also very quiet, which is a huge plus. I highly recommend the Bob pet hair robot vacuum to anyone with pets or who just wants a convenient and effective way to keep their home clean.
