Dead after 2 years. And during the 2 years of ownership it was torture. Rarely found its charging station. Erratically would go back and forth in the same spot. Hummed while charging.

I have loved having Bob around these past few months. There have been minor issues of him getting stuck or couldn't find his base, but not anymore than I have had with other brands of robotic vacuums. He sucks up so much dust and dirt and it leaves me wondering where he gets it all from!!! He actually goes under my beds and couch unlike my previous vacuum. I definitely recommend grabbing this guy next sale!

It does a decent job. I have two cats and it solved the hairball problem.

We love Bob. I have 3 Visions and have had 2 Pethair Plus's. The vision is a huge upgrade. The battery lasts more than 90 minutes, the profile is smaller so it fits under all furniture, the app and Alexa integration make it simple to use. I've tried many of the different robots and this is by far the best one. We've recently added the Vision plus to our summer home.

I really, love, love Bob. He Cleans my Tile and carpet floors very well.

My Bobsweep will not work on a regular basis. It can charge for days, and it will not move when I turn it on. I have had it for 5 months, and it has only worked 3 times.

I am thrilled to pieces with Bob. He is an efficient little worker keeping my dust bunnies at bay. We recently moved to a new home and once settled, we will set Bob free to work his magic once again.

I’ve been very pleased with the performance of this vacuum, unable to set up on Wi-Fi not sure why a few problems with the dust cup, but it really does a great job picking up cat and dog hair has reduced vacuuming by 80%. Does need dust cup emptying every day and weekly cleaning but so far so

This unit is eerily loud when it charges and or is resting on the charger. I've tried removing them placed back but eventually it will start back with a sound or noise as if it's running the battery down, it has a Poor method if any of mapping, it seems to wander aimlessly bumping into things, and never finds it way back to the docking station unless it's placed back within 2 feet Of the station. ... i wish i could record the repeat motor grinding the unit makes so i could share my frustration and concern

This is our second model purchase of Bobsweep and this new model is even better than the first one. I love the ease of using the app to control our vacuum. Does a great job, and even when he gets stuck it tells you what's wrong.

I absolutely love my bobsweep. I am always amazed when it finds its way back to the charger. This is the second Bob vacuum I've owned. I think they're a great company with helpful, responsive customer service.

I've had my bObsweep for one month and it works great! The 2 side brushes get all the dirt and dog hairs out of the room corners. The unit does a wonderful job cleaning all the dog hairs from our hardwood floors.

I would have to say that working with customer service at Bob sweep, Thanks Gabe !Was easier than connecting to wireless could be my stuff? However, all's good now. and Its doing what we expected. Recommended...

This is my first time owning a robotic vac buy it does a wonderful job sweeping. The mopping leaves a little too much water in the floor foe hardwood floor ise but sis a great job orherwise. So glas i beokw down ans bought one after my surgeey rhat lefr mw unable ro sweep ans mop.

Love it! It works so well, covers the whole area every time it sweeps. And I love being able to view the swept area on my phone. The price was so worth it.

bObsweep Pet Hair Vision Plus is the smartest move I ever made. The areas that I used a regular vac did not pick up like bosweep did. After the bosweep went over that area it picked up more.

Not a smart machine Doesn’t map the house just randomly vacuum

Connectivity between vacuum and phone is horrendous. The vacuum repeats the same steps over and over again and never connects. I bought it a year go and has been sitting in dust ever since. Customer support takes a ridiculous amount of time to reply via email that is not even worth the time to deal with.
