Now that I have been using it, I don’t know how I have gone so long without one. Yes I do, I only had one dog before, now I have two dogs and a cat, and the one with white hair turns my dark hardwood floors white every couple days with his shedding. This robot vac is amazing. After the first 2-3 runs through the house, it learns its path and does its job. It gets caught up on lower edges, luckily I just have one under the fridge and they provide a magnetic strip to put down to block it from going near the opening. It also forgets to go around the corner to the bathroom and find its way back to the dock sometimes, so I help it along, but all in all, it is primo. My pitbull is even getting used to it, she’s not barking her head off when it runs like she did at first, because overall, it isn’t too loud of a device, and you can turn the alerts and voice off.

Overall, I absolutely love this robot vacuum. The added bonus, that it not only vacuums that it basically mops as well. Helps me out a lot with my daily life. I am also recommending this vacuum to my mom due to disabilities. I just would recommend it to people who have disabilities that are able to carry vacuum around freely. We have a very clean home, maids come regularly to clean, but Bob still finds an amazing amount of dust bunnies. Wife loves Bob. Mapping and the ability to find his way home are completely ineffective, then again, our main level is almost 4,000 sq ft, so i really am not surprised i have to rescue Bob.

It picks up that's for sure ! But don't leave anything on the floor during cleaning time. I toy was left it tried to eat it. And it at times gets confused. But I love the idea that I vacuum and it vacuums later. So 2 cleanings a day is great for my hair ball babies!

My Bobsweep is amazing. I love it. I named it Klensey. I wish it went under my living room sectional but it does go under my bed and dressers. It cleans so well. Picks up dog hair like no other, which was my rain reason for purchasing. Klensey comes off the base at 10am faithfully every morning.

This is my first auto vacuum/mop so I don't have anything to compare it to. It seems like a nice vacuum/mop with some flaws in the programming. Sometimes it doesn't make it back to the dock in time before it dies. Sometimes it gets itself stuck trying to get under the couch which doesn't have enough clearance.

It works and cleans very well, the 2 big flaws is one finding home sometimes doesnt happen and 2 not being able to tell it which room to clean even though it maps out your house everytume it cleans

Just OK Purchased thinking it would be smarter and clean more efficiently than less expensive competition- wrong! If it’s not charged- the location feature doesn’t work- so when it runs out of battery- daily- u can’t find the cleaner- it’s literally an egg hunt trying to find the robot- It will just stop in the middle of a room- no reason- Completely disappointed- missed return window by 2days- once I had the time to return Lesson learned! Will not buy again

Bob has made our life with dogs a lot less stressful. We have 2 Golden Retrievers who shed like crazy. Last thing I want to come home to after work are fluff balls all over the floor. With bObsweep, I can run him while I’m at work via the app and come home to a fur-free house!! Definitely recommend this model, Bob Pethair Vision Plus.

You get what you pay for. I bought this unit on the Best Buy deal of the day. It was around $250. For that amount I feel it is worth the purchase. It does a decent job. Here’s the rub and the frustrating part. This me unit can’t find its base. When it needs to charge it wonders around aimlessly looking until it dies. We pick it up and sit it in front of the base and it’s 50/50 at that point if it will connect and go on the base. Another issue we have is the vacuum doesn’t go to the wall all the time. For some reason it stops 8” to 10” short. All that said, if it’s bought for under $250, it’s not a bad deal.

So far so good. Easy setup and runs quietly. The base moved around a little on hardwood floor when docking to charge, but it hasn’t been an issue yet.

This vacuum does so much and is becoming my favorite part of cleaning. The fact that I can hook it up to WiFi and tell Alexa to have bOb clean my house is a dream. I have 2 cats and this little robot can pick up so much cat hair and litter it’s amazing. I highly recommend.

We love Bob! It hasn’t been so clean under our furniture in years. He is a hungry little vacuum. He cleans better than anyone else in my house because he is always on schedule and never complains. And the dogs love him.

I don’t know how to rate this item honestly, it vacuums and gets those hard to reach places. What it’s terrible at is…. mapping the home, obstacle avoidance/ detection, repeats the same mistakes to the point I want to return it but also don’t want to risk getting another one and going through this process again. I feel trapped with the item as I continue to read reviews. It’s either I keep it for those hard to reach places or return it and repeat the insanity with another product with bad reviews.

Ok but not great; I had a Goovi before and I feel that it cleaned better, the controls were better as I could make it spot clean, or just do edges, I could even drive it to specific spots. It rarely finds its way back to the dock but it still might be learning, and sometimes it gets caught in a corner circling until the battery runs out. I am happy with it bc every house benefits from help with keeping floors clean, especially with kids, but for the price I would’ve just replaced the goovi but it does look nice, I have not tried the mop feature yet

We love our Bobsweep Robot Vacuum and mop. We have 4 dogs and we use it every day. It works so well! And it is very easy to clean

The app has mapping and helps you setup Bob with step by step instructions. I really enjoy the mop too. I put hot water and white vinegar and send him on his way. It picked up more than I did mopping before hand because I get impatient and mop too quickly. The vacuum does great going over my kitchen mats that are fairly thick. Best part is the customer service. I was having an issue and they responded right away and would continually follow up until everything was perfect.

It was working great until about 5 months of use, and then it started running in circles and running over the strip that is supposed to stop it from going into the wrong areas. As well as it stopped charging completely.

I purchased Bob with a couple of gift cards I received. We have three cats and two dogs, so we have a ton of pet hair. Bob has been a back saver! Our Kirby vacuum is very heavy and hard to use. We used him for several months, then he stopped working. I reached out to support through the app and didn’t expect to hear back. I was pleasantly surprised when I heard back from Carlo. He told me that it was under warranty and would ship the parts to me at no charge. He assured me that the you tube video would walk me through step-by-step. He was right and now Bob is back to work! I would definitely buy another one for my basement.

Took a little bit of trial and error until he was able to get the entire floor cleaned without an issue, mostly my fault leaving chords and cat toys out. However it was able to immediately recognize an issue and stop before it caused any issues. After I made the floors bob friendly it is a dream to use and cleans and mops perfectly. The only thing I would like, and the reason I'm giving 4 stars is the app doesn't give any notifications, I'd like a notification for any status change especially when something goes wrong.
