Worked great at first. But then it would follow my spouse and I around. Got creepy. Then it just stopped working. I have long hair and it would get caught in the wheels and brushes so we were constantly cleaning and lots of maintenance was needed. Now it just lays there on the floor. Poor BOB, RIP. Not sure if it is a charging issue or what.

I absolutely love Bob!! He is quiet and does a great good picking up small things, all the pet fur and all of my hair! Lol

This is my first robotic vacuum. I bought it simply to maintain the floors clean after I cleaned and mopped them. And i must say, i was very impressed with the edging. I just sit back and watch Bob work. After a couple weeks of sweeping, the bristles unfortunately get worn out rather quickly. I havent tried the mop feature yet. So far, im very satisfied with Bob keeping the floors free from debris and dust bunnies. I learned that you must have everything clear and out of Bob's way in order for it to get all corners. So i tend to raise the chairs and such to get a better sweep. It literally covers all areas. I have to close some room or block off areas i dont want Bob to go. You can even activate it while you are away, and come home to a clean floor.

It's ok. I don't love it. It doesn't charge consistently and/or keep the charge.

Still working with the units but we purchased 2 and they have not run into each other. They pick up well, very quiet and once connected to network east to command with Alexa.

Cool little gadget that amazes me every time I empty the canister clean the brushes and roller. It finds lots of dust and dander, maybe some pet hair. But definitely my wifes super thick luscious hair is wrapped in neat circles around each side brush and the center roller brush. I have to pull the side brushes off every time and cut the hair from the roller. Inside the canister it looks like lint and things dropped or brought into the house like food and leaves. Only had it get lost in the house once but now it starts every morning on low power mode. Sweeps the entire house. I pick up small area rugs so it doesnt get turned away or drag them with it. It will roll right out the front door if you open it while it's heading towards it. Im going to see where it goes one day. Sometimes you have to tell Bob to Go home, youre d runk and eventually it will. Be sure to leave the charge station in the same place and push runner hall carpets to one side. Bob gets stuck. Bob will also turn off while cleaning under the dishwasher or refrigerator by hitting the pause button on top against the bottom of the appliances. . Not a good place for it considering I use the app to control it and it has offed itself a few times. Birth certificate is a cute touch. Fooled a bunch of people on Social Media when I welcomed my new little bundle. Ive walked in on Bob hunching on my mop a few times. Just keeps running into it then backs up and runs straight back into it like it is attracted to the mop. Eats panties and socks too. Cats enjoy beating on it.

Bob does an amazing job cleaning floors. The only downside so far is that after only 3 uses it is very squeaky and it makes it hard to use while anyone is home. It also has a hard time finding the home base once the cycle is done.

I have had this vacuum for over a year and up until about month ago it was working great until a few issues arose and at which time I contacted customer support for repair. The Customer Service provided has been”Outstanding” with the company’s division in NV. The vacuum has been repaired and once again cleaning very well. In the past I have tried other brands of robotic vacuums and BobSweep is by far the best. If in the market for a robotic vacuum I highly recommend this BobSweep model especially now knowing the Customer Support available.

It gently attracts all the dust grains in the house and you don't have to check after it. The wiping feature is really good. Since it is only 3 inches high, it can easily sweep and wipe under the seats and bed, I am happy that I will no longer suffer from back pain☺️

I was not satisfied with this robot vacuum in the slightest. I already had a robot vacuum before I bought this one, which I loved. There was a great deal going on, and I couldn’t pass it up, so I bought this one. When I got my first one, there was something wrong with it, so I returned it and was given a replacement. The replacement came, and it still functioned terribly. The mapping feature was terrible, it didn’t map out my apartment accurately at all. It didn’t even go to all of the areas in my apartment either. The battery life was also terrible. It couldn’t even finish vacuuming my apartment without having to return to it’s charging station, which it could never find. And the dirt compartment was not big, not much could fit in it. Overall, I am very glad I did not pay $600 for this, and I’m happy I was able to return it.

This product is marked up to be marked down. It functions about the same as my $180 Eufy. It’s been sitting on the charger for a week and I went to use it and it’s dead and says it’s offline. The bin is awkward to empty. It got stuck under furniture.

Got this for a great deal on deal of the day. So glad I did. First I thought for the discounted price that it is too good to be true, but I realized that this was one of the best I have ever owned. It mops and vacuums well, and also I don’t own a dog, so I bought it specially because of my hair and it takes up human hair just as it would with dog hair. It cleans under most of my furniture which gives the the ease of cleaning it myself. I know for sure that everyone should get one of this bobsweep. I am glad I did.

Honestly, my first bObsweep died after only a few weeks, but the customer service was awesome! They sent me a return label, so i didnt have to pay anything and then they sent me a brand new unit. It really vacuums great! The mop part doesn't really do anything except spew water and run over it with a rag, but the vacuum works great for pet hair. I've only been back using it for a couple days, so hopefully this new one lasts longer. I would never have paid full price for it though, i bought it on a special deal.

Perfect choice for our home. We have been so happy with it! Tracks perfectly, it is fit under our all furniture. It is absolutely timesaver for me. The app is also so convenient and easy to use. You will not be dissapointed!

I absolutely love my BOB!!! I even bought one for my mom and she loves it too! I didn't realize just how much dust I had on my floors until I emptied the dustpan. Leave it to this little guy and he vacuums up so much dust! The air in my home is cleaner since I started using this vacuum and mop. I don't have an issue with allergies in the house anymore. Bob even goes under the bed and under the dressers to pick up dust. If you think you swept and mopped put Bob on and he will find dust.

My review may change, but for now, it's 3 stars because the vacuum makes loud whirring/servo sounds while charging. It is actually loud enough to wake us up. Also, it doesn't do a very good job of avoiding things. The company Tech Support is patient and professional, hence 3 stars instead of 1. I will update this when I receive my new unit and test it out.

It works pretty well but i cant figure out how to conect it to the alexia or how to put it on a timer

Didn’t know there was so much dog hair in my house. It works great. Haven’t tried the mop yet. Connecting to wifi is a challenge. Still haven’t been able to.

I’m really bummed out it wasn’t that great. I had to return in basically the week of purchasing it because it gave me issues. It wouldn’t connect to the app, wouldn’t connect to the wifi, it stopped swiping suddenly, it wouldn’t charge, it would get lost. It was just a lot of issues. The price is tempting when it’s $250 but it’s unfortunate not worth it.

I have 3 kids and a large dog that shed and this vacuum/ mop gets the job done . It gets every crevice so theres no need to even have to go back in and sweep after it done ! AND there customer support team is amazing and soooo helpful . Mine was having issues and they payed for me to ship it to them and they fixed it for free and shipped it back within a week ! Definitely worth the purchase
