Love how it sweeps and not even loud . Great job picking up my dog hair

Helps pretty good with pet hair. But you have to empty it more than expected. Would definitely buy the next model up if I had a do over!

Bob has been such a great addition to our family. He does all the things I don't want to do on a daily basis. We have had him a bit over a year now. We had a small problem with him and the bobsweep team went above and beyond to help us and even followed up after to make sure all was well with him. Carlo has been such a great contact to work with as well. Would highly recommend buying from this company and using this product.

Bought on sale and its a great value. It sometimes gets disconnected from the WiFi, but other then that its a great Vacuum.

I’ve wanted a wifi connected vacuum for a while. The mop feature is nice to have too. Unfortunately, I was never able to try out the mopping. The vacuum found every shoestring and cord in my house. It got hung up every time I tried to run it. If I got one out of the way, it would fine another. It makes for too much pre-work to use it.

I love bob. I kept his name. Although i was going to name him Wal-E. Bob stuck. My daughter is afraid of him. Shes scared of the vaccum no matter which one. We made a game of him going bonk. When he bumps into something. I have arthritis, my hand lock if i sweep or mopm we have mosty hardwood in our 4 bedroom, two bath. Bob is perfect for me. No sticky floors, no cramped hands.

Bob has been great. I am just amazed at how great the living room looks after Bob has been through to vacuum. It is very noticeable and makes my life so much easier. One less chore I have to do. I just wish I could get him to go up and down the stairs so he could do multiple levels, lol. Guess ill just have to buy another one.

This is a very good vacuum. I downloaded the app and scheduled the cleaning daily at the same time so when I wake up in the morning my house is super clean. The only drawback mine has is it makes a weird sound when it is on charge sometimes the sound is annoying when I am in meetings. I clean my bob daily. It picks up everything. I am still giving a 5-star because Bob is the best!!! The weird sound started 3-4 months back, Planning to call customer service and see how they can help me. Hoping I will get an answer and help.

I got two of these robots to see which one I liked more. I ended up sticking with the one model up that has LiDAR. I'm not sure if it was just my vacuum, but there was a slight buzzing noise coming from this one while it was charging. It wasn't too loud, but noticeable in a quiet room. That alone made me opt in for the other unit and return this one. But it was super cute and easy to set up. I'd still recommend it because the model up has worked great for about a year now.

Bobsweep pet hair plus is very good product. It cleans & mops the home efficiently.

I’ve only had my bObsweep a short time but I already know I could never do without him. The amount of dog and cat hair he picks up is phenomenal. I had some glitches getting him going, connecting to Wi-Fi; but bObsweep’s fantastic customer service I had him running in no time. My customer support person kept checking back with me to see if I got him going and sent tips and suggestions.

I got the bobsweep vision and it worked great for the first two days. I loved the vacuum suction and how through it was. The mopping was very neat and actually did a great job. Then two days later the mopping attachment stopped working. The vacuum feature continued to work flawlessly, if you are looking for a robot to vacuum then I strongly recommend but if you want a mop, then break it out by hand.

I love my Bob PetHair Vision Plus! I love that it has a run time of 2 hours, I can schedule it to run at the same time everyday, and it mops!

Good appliance. Probably I am not the best to configurate to start working. It took me a time. But it cleans good. I am happy with the product

* shorter height helps to not get stuck * double side brushes help to pick up more * app is way easier to setup schedule to clean than adjusting from the base * fairly easy to replace parts * would be much better if you could also control Bob via app like a remote control * customer service is always very helpful

An excellent addition to our cleaning routine. bObsweep keeps our pets' hair under control and is quiet and easy to schedule via the app. My only minor complaint is the edge sensor struggles with our stairs and the magnetic strip is not an aesthetic barrier to have sitting out in the open. Otherwise a flawless solution for our home.

The unit works very well if can get my cat to leave it do its job. I am very well pleased with the cleaning it does.
