With a dog, I wasn’t sure how well this product would work, but WOW! I have been nothing sort of impressed. And the moment I broke a piece (my fault) they sent me a free replacement no questions asked. The app is user friendly and the robot cleans up so much dirt and hair. Great buy for sure!

Bob is amazing. I have an all black floor that shows everything. It requires mopping on a daily basis. I usually have to wet mop it and come back with a dry towel to make sure the floor doesn’t have any streaks. Bob was able to clean the floor and not a streak in sight. I highly recommend this machine.

Great product and great customer service. The first Bobsweep i got had issues with the battery and charging. Costumer support were attentive and eager to help and the process of replacing the faulty product with a new working one was very pleasant. The new Vacuum cleaner is very efficient and im very satisfied with this product so far.

Still getting acquainted with using the new bOBsweep, and so far I am happy with how well it works.

I returned this model and purchased the Roborock S4 max which was on sale for $300 and cleans my entire 500 sqft apt in 35-40 minutes on one charge while displaying none of the following issues that marred the Bob. There is nothing wrong with the bob in terms of the actual vacuum. It has decent suction and can maneuver freely around obstacles. The problem is the software. The app doesn’t track what’s already been cleaned so Bob would spend thirty minutes in one room. There is no locator for the charging station so Bob wanders aimlessly until it’s found by random. The lack of locator also results in Bob running over the charging station multiple times ultimately moving it if it isn’t firmly fixed in place. Bob would make an audible noise when charging, like a cd used to sound when you were burning a disc. He would even emit a hum when docked and not charging. The app doesn’t let you set boundaries, those have to be physically set by laying magnetic tape on your floor. Bob couldn’t clean my small apt on one charge and after charging would just start cleaning what had previously been done. It perplexes me as to why Bob sweep would produce a decent product but not give it the appropriate software support that’s needed to actually do the job. If you can be around to restart Bob when he randomly turns off, to reposition Bob when he gets stuck, to move Bob from room to room manually, and to make sure the charging dock isn’t trampled then this vacuum might work for you. I’d say it’s worth about $175.

Our Bob has some challenges, like getting lost under tables, getting stuck in the same corner everytime we run him, and forget any Oriental rugs. We can't run him overnights, because he constantly needs a helper to get him unstuck.

Works great. Gets my dog's hair so I don't have to!

I bought Bob as a gift for my daughter when she got her new house, she has loved this little vacuum. She likes how she can set up a schedule and it runs as needed. she has 2 Labradors, and they shed constantly. Picks up the hair but has to be emptied daily.

I have wood flooring and a dog with long hair and this vacuum has worked very well for me. I run it on a schedule twice a week and it's crazy how much dust and hair it collects. Ran into the nightmare scenario where my dog had an accident right before the scheduled cleaning. I was at work and came home to a bit of a mess. I ended up throwing away the main brush and dust bin then cleaning up the rest of the robot. I ordered replacements through the manufacturer and their customer service reached out to me and told me some of the replacement parts I ordered were under warranty. I was refunded the cost on a couple of the parts so I just paid shipping. Highly recommend this product due to the quality of the unit and the customer support that comes with the factory 2 year warranty.

This robot will work fine if you have a smaller apartment and low pile carpet. In my 3400 square-foot home this robot got stuck three times within 45 minutes. I ended up returning it and purchasing the Roborock S7 max V ultra

I have had the Bobsweep Pethair Vision Plus for about a year now. Setup was straightforward and simple. Within minutes Bob was off and running. Bob definitely vacuums up the pet hair. Bob is able vacuum an eintire floor of my house (1500 sqft) in one turn/charge. Sometimes Bob stops so that I can empty the dust collector, but resumes right where he left off until the job is done. Sometimes he cannot find his way back to the charge in enough time before running out of battery, but for the most part he makes there, no problem. After a year of daily use, I had an issue with the unit. The Bobsweep customer support team is hands down the best I have ever interacted with. They promptly sent me all of the information to send him back for service and within a couple of days, he was returned in perfect working condition, ready to take on his vacuuming tasks once again. This is my first robotic vacuum and I would highly recommend this unit.

Works great and cleans everything good but stuck under furniture sometimes and shutdown.

Deep cleaning every other week is still a priority in our household but having this consistently do some work daily truly helps feeling like my deep cleans aren’t dirty in a day or two.

Great because it works as a mop and a vacuum but after storing it for a year it stopped working

It transfers to carpet but some of them like area rugs it gets stuck on them. Otherwise, it works great. We have to large dogs and helps keep the hair picked up.

I do not recommend it, the battery does not last, you cannot control it with the app and it passes through the same place many times

Bob is the man! Our family has been super impressed with Bobs thorough cleaning. He saves us time and does a fantastic job on both vacuuming and mopping! Customer service is top notch! We would recommend to anyone in the market to purchase a robotic vacuum. Thanks Bob!
