The app is average, as well as the vacuum. It gets stuck on carpet all the time and clogged too quick. Only reason I got this is because bestbuy had it on crazy sale but will probably end up returning it. Back to good old canister vacuum that doesn't disappoint

Without exception this vacuum gets stuck under the counters in my kitchen everytime. In order for this not to get stuck I'd have to install molding under the perimeter of the cabinets to keep it from going under it. It's the perfect size to just barely get under the cabinets but then not be able to rotate out from under them. I was hoping that a software update of some kind would help with this and i haven't seen it come through yet. I've had it for quite a while. If it was a bit shorter or taller this wouldn't happen. Maybe an update will come through eventually.

The bObsweep PetHair Vision is exactly what we needed for our house! We had 1 minor issue with the collection bin being broken upon opening. Carlo at customer service shipped out a new bin right away. Carlo at bObsweep has been awesome providing tips on how to make the vacuum function exactly how we want it to! The customer service is top notch!

Works good with short haired animals but gets jammed daily with longer hair from my golden retriever who no matter how much he is brushed still manages to leave enough hair around to mess with the vacuum.

I have a big dog that sheds a lot, especially in the summertime. Before buying my bobsweep I felt like I was constantly vacuuming, and yet the house still would somehow get full of dog hair. Now I just let Bob do the work. It’s awesome. The app is easy to use, and it works great on my carpet and tile floor. Keeping the floors clean has finally become something I don’t have to think about!

Do not get one of these if you have a pet with hair. It does not do the job. I unfortunately had to return this item.

Picks up great. In other words it sucks great lol only thing is our 5G network is to fast

Will not find the base to recharge. picks up good but connecting to WIFI and modem that is in the same room is not good. i'm returning it for a new robot vacuum.
