it came with a stuck bumper and we couldend figer out why untill it was to late to give it back

Never worked. No received a refund. Very disappointed

I wouldn't waste your money on this product. Gets stuck and powers off often.

I have had Bob for almost 4 months. At first I thought there was something wrong with it because it wouldn't connect to wifi. I contacted customer service and they gave me new directions that fixed the problem. I have a golden and 3 kids. I use Bob daily or every other day. Suction is great and picks everything up. Battery lasts quite long. After 3 months something went wrong with a wheel motor. Customer service sent me 2 new wheels at no cost! Customer service has been 5 stars hands down. The cons of the actual vaccuum are that it does map where it has gone, but doesn't memorize the house layout. Also, our carpet is a thick frieze and he often thinks his brush is stuck when it isn't(he works fantastic on our hardwood, which is the majority of the space). Once he stops the mapping restarts so then he doesn't know where he has already vaccuumed. I like the app mapping feature that shows where he has cleaned and also if he has stopped. You can remotely start and stop him or send him to charge with the app! I missed him a lot when I was waiting for the new wheels!

I got my BobSweep as a Christmas present. My neighbor had one that I admired and she got me the same version for pet hair. I promptly re-named HER Bobbi Jo. She's been a Godsend since I have 3 dogs and a cat of my own and the neighbor dogs are in and out like they live here. Had one problem with the main brush and customer service was knowledgable and very helpful. They took care of everything needed to send her in for repair and returned her in a timely fashion and with extra parts! They followed up every step of the way and emailed after I got her back to make sure everything was good. For the orice point, BobSweep does an excellent job, both vacuuming and mopping. Has shaved hours off my cleaning time.

bObsweep has been super helpful when keeping my home clean, especially since I have multiple dogs at home. I did have a problem with one of the wheels but the manufacturer´s customer service team was able to help me fix my robot vacuum. The device is worth it if purchased at a discounted price, but I def think expected the device to have more features in the app and to last longer for the price.

I'll keep it short; this vacuum does its job and it does it elegantly. I've never had a robot vacuum but I had seen them at other people's places. I opted for a fancy one, compared to my friends', and the difference is noticeable. This vacuum cleans excellently, is super quiet, and is easy to program.

I got the bobsweep pro a few months ago and loved it. It was quiet and efficient and picked up a lot of cat hair. / When my brother in law visited us from Canada he fell in love with it so we let him take it back with him and get another one ourselves as there was not enough time to get one delivered prior to his return. to our surprise the prices everywhere were so much higher than we had bought this, but this model was on a huge sale for $260 so we got it! and it‘s so much better. it is more powerful suction wise, has an app, and is just as quiet. We got a huge upgrade basically with just $30 more, and couldn’t be happier. I am recommending this to everyone I know!

Capt Bob is amazing little machine. I set up a weekly schedule for Bob 3 times a week and without fail he cleans our wooden floors and carpet runners without fail. I love using alexa to get him started as alexa runs so many things in our home. We are so lucky to have Bob in our household. Easy to use and set up was just as easy. Once in a blue moon he’ll get stuck between the carpet and the couch. But thats an easy fix. We highly recommend this product for everyone.

Absolutely LOVE mine! First one I received didn’t work- contacted BObsweep and they were able to replace mine right away. The second one that came in works perfect. This has literally cut down my cleaning time by about 4 1/2 hours a week! I have a border collie and the fir was everywhere- this has truly simplified my life in the best way. Get one!

Purchased in August 2020. Had a few issues in the beginning but customer service was easy and very helpful. We have 4 large dogs and this really helps maintain the hair. It does get stuck from time to time but it very nice to turn it loose and do other things while it runs.

My first Bob didn't stay connected to our network very well. But customer service was really responsive, helped me work on the issue, and when that still didn't fix things, they sent me a new one which has worked a treat. I set up a schedule and Bob goes all over my carpeted living room and tiled kitchen. My daughters and I all have long hair and we have two cats and one dog. I also live in a very dusty climate. So Bob has his work cut out for him. He picks up tons of hair and dust every time. This would be a 5 star review, but the flap that separates the refuse receptacle from the vacuum apparatus is a very flimsy plastic flap held in place by even flimsier tabs. It sometimes inverts when pulling out the bin to empty and leaves hair/dust on the floor. Also, I don't think the app is necessary. I would be just fine programming or starting Bob manually or with a remote. I'm really happy with my Bob.

Cleans amazingly. The ONLY reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that it requires a standalone 2.4ghz wifi connection. It can't connect to 5ghz or the routers that put both channels out with the same name and password.

This is a game changer. I don’t have time to drag out a heavy vacuum everyday. I work full-time, have a small child and a dog. I press GO on my Bob PetHair Plus and just walk away snd my floors are cleaned! I recently had to order a replacement part and the customer service was hands down the best service I have ever dealt with, I actually spoke yo someone on the phone who was excellent and knowledgeable. He even followed up with me over emails to make sure I was all set. I will be buying more of these products!

We LOVE our Bob! He does a good job cleaning the variety of flooring surfaces we have and is easy to maintain. It is so great to come home to neat lines in the carpet! We had an issue with a wheel at one point, but the company emailed and told me they were replacing it for free due to warranty. Completely unexpected! When the wheel didn't work, they paid for repairs and sent him back good as new. I 100% recommend this company to others. There is always room for small improvements (like sizing to keep him from getting trapped under the dresser) but this is a great product and awesome company.

Have had the unit for quite awhile now and it has been good for our entire first floor which is a combo of wood and carpeting along with a few rugs. Recently had the motor fail and was shipped a replacement right away so customer service is good for these as well. Two dogs and one is a longhaired golden retriever which is always shedding and the bonsweep cleans up his hair pretty well.

Bob is doing a great job keeping our 2 dogs hair in check. We’ve had Bob just about a year now. Unfortunately he did have a problem and wasn’t moving about. I was surprised when I called into the help line and someone answered. 1st they sent me a battery right away and when that didn’t fix it they had me send it in. Sent back to me in a few days looking new again. Bobs ok with me
