Love BOBsweep!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.“Bob” is smart! Mapping of areas can be redone when you move furniture around allowing for smarter vacuuming patterns. He can also be sent out to do room or small area spot cleans. This feature is so nice for a quick clean. We have 2 cats and 2 dogs so this is a wonderful item to have!!

Great robot vacuum!!
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had bad experiences in the past with other robot vacuums. This has changed my mind. It has been running 5 days a week since I received the unit. Set up was a breeze unlike previous experiences. The learning ability for the mapping software is fantastic. the first few runs and the unit found spots to get stuck in. Every subsequent run, it has avoided those locations. The software updating me to its current condition is nice too. I was able to know before I got home that I would have to find the unit and help free it. The floors look great, carpet feels nice after. The run time is perfectly acceptable, just under an hour for 600 ish feet of cleaning area. Drawbacks, if you want them for consideration- the unit is tall, the height of the unit and the knob on the top prevent it from being able to get under furniture such as a sofa or a bed. Normally not an issue but I have kids that find ways to make messes everywhere. The tank size for water is a bit small but that is personal preference and it makes sense for the size of the unit. The majority of my floor is tile and the tank will hold enough water for roughly 2 cleaning cycles.

Bobsweep overall
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The bObsweep UltraVision is a versatile robot vacuum cleaner that offers a decent mix of cleaning power and functionality. Here’s a detailed review: Pros: 1. 4-in-1 Cleaning System: It combines vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and UV sterilization, making it a multifunctional device suitable for homes with various floor types. 2. Strong Suction Power: With powerful suction, it efficiently picks up dirt, pet hair, and debris, especially on hard floors. 3. Large Dustbin Capacity: The spacious dustbin reduces the need for frequent emptying, which is convenient for larger households. 4. UV Sterilization: The UV light is a unique feature that aims to eliminate bacteria and allergens, which is beneficial for homes with allergy sufferers. 5. Remote Control and Scheduling: Users can schedule cleaning times, ensuring your floors are cleaned even when you’re not home. 6. Affordable Price Point: Compared to premium robot vacuums, it offers good value for money. Cons: 1. Navigation System: While functional, the navigation can sometimes feel less advanced, occasionally causing it to miss spots or get stuck in tight areas. 2. Mopping Feature: The mopping function is basic and works best for light cleaning rather than heavy-duty spills. 3. Battery Life: The battery may not last long enough for large spaces, and charging can take some time. 4. Noise Levels: It’s slightly noisier compared to other premium robot vacuums. 5. Lack of Smart Features: It doesn’t have advanced app controls or mapping technology, which are standard in many high-end models. Overall: The bObsweep UltraVision is a solid choice for households looking for a budget-friendly, multifunctional robot vacuum. It performs well on hard floors and low-pile carpets, but its lack of advanced navigation and smart features might not appeal to tech-savvy users. If you’re focused on basic cleaning tasks and UV sterilization, it’s worth considering.

A Vacuum a Wife Can Love!
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this for my wife for the new hardwood floors in our condo. I always thought these were a joke, and pretty much a scam. Boy was I wrong. Setup was beyond easy, and watching bOb learn the rooms was actually quite entertaining, after 3 different passes, he pretty much gets the whole unit done in 30 minutes!

Great robot vacuum for every household!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My wife and I purchased this for the house and we absolutely love it! We have a dog and two kids and the floors can easily get messy. We also have rugs throughout the house, so we were a little concerned how easily this vacuum would transition from hardwood to rugs. I am very impressed with the functionality, ease of use (especially the app), and the overall performance of the vacuum. I would recommend to anyone!

Worth 4 stars, not 5. Some room for improvement.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Easy to setup. Does a good job at sweeping. software is a little tricky and sometimes ignores "no-sweep" zones I setup. At $700 off though was a very good value.

After 9 months, just average
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is just an average cleaning bot, not a $1000 flagship unit they're claiming. Got BoB here to replace a Roomba e5 that quit after IDK how many years. Picked this up for a bit over 300 with tax, if I'd payed full price, I'd be severely disappointed. Cleaning... On par with the Roomba, even though BoB has only one brush/roller vs Roomba's dual roller setup. Never tried BoB's mopping function. Mapping is decent but BoB is pretty dumb, like instead of going back and forth down a hallway lengthwise, he goes side to side in 2 foot increments. He also has trouble with the slightest of thresholds, something the Roomba rolled right over. He usually keeps trying though and makes it past. Now lets get to edge detection, if you have a flight of stairs he could fall down I'd look elsewhere because I have one step down to my back door and he's fallen off the cliff 3 times. For some strange reason edge detection in the app is set to off by default, be sure to turn it on when setting it up. I did have it on and yes the sensor was clean but he still went over the edge 3 times so far. Maintenance... the self emptying station works well and the bag is not even half full after 9 months so that's good. The included hair cutter/cleaning tool works good but hair still gets wrapped around the center shaft at the ends and that gets pretty tricky to remove. Side brush is stupidly difficult to get off, the Roomba had one screw, this thing requires some serious effort with a screwdriver, a tiny precision screwdriver works best to pry under the rubbery plastic and pop it off. The caster wheel is also a PITA, requires the removal of two teeny tiny screws to get the wheel cage off for cleaning. The Roomba just popped out. So all in all, it's just okay, an average cleaning bot that does a decent job vacuuming. I'd say it's worth what I paid for it but I'm sure there's better deals out there.

Reliable!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve been using the robot for a few weeks now, and honestly, it’s been a total lifesaver. I’m the type of person who hates vacuuming and mopping, so having this thing do it for me has been amazing. Setting it up was a breeze. I downloaded the app, connected it to the Wi-Fi, and bam, it was ready to go. It maps out my house pretty well and doesn’t miss any spots! Definitely a lot smarter than I expected for a robot.

The Story of Bob: A Modern Fairytale
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Once upon a Memorial Day weekend, in a cozy 927 square foot apartment kingdom, there lived a human with gloriously long hair and her faithful four-legged companion with decidedly short fur. Their home was furever plagued by an ancient curse: the never-ending tumbleweeds of hair that rolled across the floors like tiny prairie dust storms. Then one fateful day, Bob arrived. Bob wasn't your ordinary houseguest. He was round, determined, and came with a very specific mission: to rid the kingdom of its fuzzy enemies. The Bobsweep Ultravision Pet had found his new home. Bob's first day was one of preparation. After a 15-minute introduction ceremony (also known as "setup"), he retreated to his charging station for a noble hour-long slumber, gathering strength for the adventures ahead. When he awoke, Bob set forth on his maiden voyage: mapping every corner, nook, and cranny of his new domain. And what a sight it was! This brave little warrior ventured where no human had dared to tread – under the dreaded dresser, beneath the intimidating bed, into the forgotten corners where dust bunnies had built their secret societies. Every other day, Bob would embark on his heroic quest. His human companion would watch in wonder as he danced across the floors, leaving behind perfectly artistic circular patterns. Tiny crop circles that somehow brought more joy than any traditional vacuum lines ever could. Perhaps it was the magic of not having to wield a heavy cleaning weapon herself, or perhaps Bob simply possessed an artist's soul. In exactly 40 minutes, Bob would conquer the entire kingdom, returning to his charging castle with a triumphant 90% battery still coursing through his mechanical veins. Truly, he was a warrior of efficiency. Now, some neighboring kingdoms had whispered rumors about Bob's loudness, but our heroine found these tales greatly exaggerated. Bob hummed no louder than a gentle fan, providing a soothing soundtrack to his cleaning ballet. Only during his grand finale, when he would return to his self-emptying castle to deposit his conquered dust bunny prisoners, would Bob raise his voice to that of a regular vacuum, and even then, only for 10-15 seconds of victorious celebration before settling into peaceful recharging slumber. The only minor flaw in Bob's otherwise perfect character was his tendency to get tangled in his human's long locks. But even this became part of their routine, a weekly hair-snipping ritual that kept their partnership running smoothly. Bob's human had briefly considered upgrading to a model with a built-in hair cutter, but wisdom prevailed. "I'd probably find a way to injure myself," she mused, "and Bob is worth this small weekly tribute." In a plot twist worthy of the greatest fairytales, even though Bob had been adopted through the Best Buy marketplace, his original family at Bobsweep reached out with words of welcome and offers of support. Such kindness from strangers proved that Bob came from good stock indeed. Bob had features his human never even used, like his mopping abilities, which remained dormant since only two small areas of the kingdom weren't carpeted. But his vacuuming prowess, smart mapping wisdom, scheduling reliability, and self-emptying magic made him worth every penny of his Memorial Day discounted price (though truthfully, he would have been worth full price too). Happily Ever After: And so, Bob transformed not just the floors of the apartment kingdom, but the very heart of his human companion. No longer would she toil with heavy cleaning contraptions when she could sit back and watch her tireless friend work his magic. Bob had ruined her for all other cleaning methods, and she couldn't have been happier about it. For anyone considering welcoming their own Bob into their home: fear not if you haven't heard of the Bobsweep clan before. Take this tale as proof that sometimes the best roommates are the ones who clean up after themselves, ask for nothing but a weekly hair detangling, and turn housework into daily entertainment. The End

So Worth It!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We've had this UltraVision for a couple of months now and it's been awesome once we figured some things out. For example, some rugs get sucked up and the vacuum get stuck, while others are just fine, etc.. So, we just "Bob Proof" quick when we hear him come out to clean. Not much to do, just a couple adjustments so he doesn't get stuck. Having the camera on this with "Object Detection" really makes a difference compared to other Robot Vacuums in its class. There are definitely some things that can be improved, but we really LOVE this vacuum! My wife said “Best investment, ever!”. Not only does it save us time, but it cleans in places people would normally overlook, like under furniture, beds, etc.. I don’t think our floors were ever as clean as they are now with our new friend, Bob!

We loved it so much we bought a second one!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We loved it so much we bought a second one! We had our carpet replaced with laminate. And we have 3 dogs that shed. Be purchased an Ultravision from Best Buy. They had a great deal on one and the reviews were amazing. So we gave it a try. And...O..M...G! We have it scheduled to run twice a day. You'd never know we had dogs. It keeps up with their hair and cookie crumbs they leave behind. Now we are having our downstairs carpet replaced with laminate. So of course we went and bought a second. It's one less thing I have to worry about doing during the day with everything else that needs to get done. Our first ones name is Vincent the Vacuum and the second one is Rosey the Robot. (Like from The Jetsons cartoon) One thing that can be instantly checked off the todo list! Love it!

Very neat, but consider hair before you buy
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really like this product and found it very useful. It can be run through the app and allows for scheduling so that it can run on certain days/times. However, there are a few cons that should be considered for any potential buyer. First the alexa connectivity feature was not very seemless and I found myself needing to setup/register the vacuum twice before I could get it to connect to my alexa. Second, this vacuum gets hair stuck in its brush constantly and that can prevent it from picking up debris unless maintained frequently. Third, while nice, the mop function did not perform as I would have hoped and the liquid leaked from the device quite a bit even after I made sure that the hole was sealed. This was a bit of a let down but I purchased this device solely for its vacuum capabilities so its no big deal for me.

Robot review
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The robot operates exceptionally well, making it an invaluable asset for maintaining a clean home. One feature I particularly appreciate is its programmable timer, which lets me set a daily cleaning schedule tailored to my preferences. Once programmed, the robot vacuums the floor autonomously, keeping my living space consistently tidy without any additional effort on my part. The suction power is also impressive; it effectively picks up dirt, dust, and pet hair from various surfaces, leaving my floors spotless. Overall, this device significantly enhances my cleaning routine with its efficiency and convenience. By the way, I did catch this unit on sale.
