Great vacuum-Great value!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We have had the UltraVision for nearly a week and it is amazing. To begin, it was so simple to set up and operate. I thought I did something wrong but it started mapping and was ready for the first clean in no time. It is very quite and our dog doesn't even pay any attention to it. Our carpets and hard floors are clean and didn't have to lift a finger.

Great robotic vacuum!
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a huge improvement from the original version of my older Roomba products. The robot mapped my area in one initial cleaning and now cleans those areas very effectively and efficiently. I like that is uses straight line paths and optimizes its route to get done as quickly as possible. The automated system to empty the robot works great as well! This was a great value on sale pricing over the holiday.

Ultravision Vacuum - Great Upgrade!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ultravision Vacuum - Great Upgrade! I recently upgraded from a Shark robot vacuum (which I used for about a year) to the Ultravision, and I couldn’t be happier. While the Shark was decent, it struggled to pick up everything on the floor and had a subpar battery, especially on high settings. The Ultravision is a game-changer! Its vacuuming performance is excellent, and the battery life is impressive, even on high settings. Although I haven’t used the mopping feature yet, the vacuum alone makes this purchase worth it. Highly recommend!

Ultravision for the win
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We are in love the Ultravision. We have already mapped out the house and labeled the rooms. Using the mopping feature is our next step.

Extremely Impressed, wow!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had been in the market for a robot vacuum for several months but had not bitten the bullet due to the high cost prices. As a member of Best Buy, I routinely get member-only deals and among them was the Ultravision. I had never heard of this specific model, nor company, before and started doing some online digging. Throughout my research, I came across a lot of positive reviews and decided to take a chance. I am beyond impressed at how efficient and well Ultravision works! I have previously owned models of the Roomba and Shark robot vacuums, and Ultravision outperforms them in my experience! Ultravision not only vacuums better, but the LiDAR and QSLAM technology aids significantly in making sure every inch I want cleaned is cleaned thoroughly! The app is very user friendly and setup was easy with the included instructions. I have had my Ultravision for approximately 2 months and I am highly satisfied. I have recommended the brand and model to several friends and am extremely glad I got my Ultravision. Bobsweep just earned another loyal customer!

Bobsweep overall
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The bObsweep UltraVision is a versatile robot vacuum cleaner that offers a decent mix of cleaning power and functionality. Here’s a detailed review: Pros: 1. 4-in-1 Cleaning System: It combines vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and UV sterilization, making it a multifunctional device suitable for homes with various floor types. 2. Strong Suction Power: With powerful suction, it efficiently picks up dirt, pet hair, and debris, especially on hard floors. 3. Large Dustbin Capacity: The spacious dustbin reduces the need for frequent emptying, which is convenient for larger households. 4. UV Sterilization: The UV light is a unique feature that aims to eliminate bacteria and allergens, which is beneficial for homes with allergy sufferers. 5. Remote Control and Scheduling: Users can schedule cleaning times, ensuring your floors are cleaned even when you’re not home. 6. Affordable Price Point: Compared to premium robot vacuums, it offers good value for money. Cons: 1. Navigation System: While functional, the navigation can sometimes feel less advanced, occasionally causing it to miss spots or get stuck in tight areas. 2. Mopping Feature: The mopping function is basic and works best for light cleaning rather than heavy-duty spills. 3. Battery Life: The battery may not last long enough for large spaces, and charging can take some time. 4. Noise Levels: It’s slightly noisier compared to other premium robot vacuums. 5. Lack of Smart Features: It doesn’t have advanced app controls or mapping technology, which are standard in many high-end models. Overall: The bObsweep UltraVision is a solid choice for households looking for a budget-friendly, multifunctional robot vacuum. It performs well on hard floors and low-pile carpets, but its lack of advanced navigation and smart features might not appeal to tech-savvy users. If you’re focused on basic cleaning tasks and UV sterilization, it’s worth considering.

Does a good job
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been using this for a month now and I think it is fantastic! It picks up dirt well and is very methodical in how it approaches each room. I don't find it excessively loud on the medium setting (which does a fine job) but it is fairly loud on high setting. It has great suction and the app is very easy to use allowing me to pick any schedule for any rooms I choose. It creates a good map on the first run and the charge does my entire 1200 sq. ft. house with about 25% remaining. The self empty function works well and if it senses a clog after the first try it will try a second time at a higher suction which all but one time cleared the clog. (My dog sheds so much that if I don't run every day it can clog very easily). It got full of dog hair once but kept going so I don't know if it can sense it's full and empty or not but perhaps I just haven's found the correct setting. It is easy to manually clear it so not a big deal and it only happened the one time. I have not used the mop at all but my house is mostly carpet so I don't need that function really anyway.

A Great Purchase!
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this robot vaccuum! The 8000 Pa Suction is FANTASTIC and unlike our previous robot vaccuum, it doesn't get caught on our carpet & rugs! It does a great job getting all of the dirt and little particles off of the floor - and trust me, I'm a stickler about feeling tiny crumbs on my feet. This is the best robot vaccuum purchase! PS - we've named him bobBarian lol

Such an improvement from 10 years ago
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So much better than what was available 10 years ago. Nice mapping features. Does not get stuck on the dog blankets. Does not get stuck in corners or on furniture. Great pick up. Gets under the beds, chairs and dressers, which is a huge help. Love that I can just sit back in my recliner while my house gets vacuumed. Lol.

Not a good vacuum
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When I first ran the vacuum, I was impressed with how quiet it was and it felt solid (my previous one had rattles so this was a positive change). However, once it started cleaning the house regularly, I noticed more and more faults appearing. Here's a summary of them: 1. The robot seems to follow a random pattern when cleaning the floor. My previous robot would start with the perimeter, then clean inside the perimeter, and once done, would move on. This robot seems to do the perimeter, then randomly clean inside of it, leave, come back, do some more cleaning, and sometimes return for the third time. 2. No feedback when it's stuck - whenever the robot got stuck, it never announced it, even though I had Mute turned off. It also never sent me a notification so oftentimes, it would get stuck and nobody knew about it for hours. 3. Speaking of getting stuck, it would sometimes get trapped in a corner, unable to exit it, even though there was plenty of room for it to do so. Today, for instance, it got stuck in a corner so after about 10 minutes I physically repositioned it in a different part of the room, only for it to return to that corner and get stuck again. I then moved it outside the corner and put a physical barrier so it wouldn't be able to reach the corner. It then constantly tried to go into the corner. I ended up removing it from the room and closing the door. 4. Sensor malfunction - almost every day we would find the robot upside down in the family room, where it fell off the step between the living room and the dining room. As per my previous mention, it never notified us that it had stopped working so we only found out about it much later. 5. Dust bin doesn't get emptied - it was only on the last day, before returning the vacuum to the store, when I vacuumed the wheel well and pointed the vacuum toward the dust bin, that a huge amount of debris got sucked into the handheld vacuum from the dust bin. At this point, it dawned on me why the vacuum was doing a good job picking up dirt (the dustbin was mostly full) and the dust bag in the big container wasn't filling up.

Love this vacuum and mop
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This little machine does a great job. Of course, right now I'm not savings time because I'm wasting time watching it work. The mop feature works well. I thought I might have to preclean my dirty floors initially but it did a great job without any precleaning. I live that I can keep up with the dog hairs without much effort. My dog loves following the machine around so as a bonus it entertains him.

Loyal Helper
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I never had a robotic vacuum before. I chose this product instead of Roomba based on lower cost and advertised features. I couldn’t be happier on my purchase at Best Buy. This product delivers what it promises and more. She is loyal helper- very efficient and high tech. Looks so lovely!

Pick up everything on your floors
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I traded in my Roomba 7 for this. The BoB seems to map my house better and has great suction. However, it gets caught up on any and every cord, shoe lace, or whatever else is on the floor in my house. I caught it on sale but I would send it back if I’d paid any more for it.

Average robot vacuum
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had this robot for about 2 weeks now. Bought it when it was on sale. Its performance is average. It does navigate pretty well around my dinner chairs and suction is ok. However, there is location error and the mopping isn't great as it just drags the cloth across the floor.

Great vacuum
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This vacuum so far has been great! It took just a bit to get it mapped correctly, but now that it’s working, it has done a great job! It’s quite powerful and my daughter loves that it self empties. It occasionally gets stuck under a chair, but that’s not a deal breaker.

"Disappointing Robot Vacuum: Fails to Avoid Obstac
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really regret buying this vacuum! I wanted a robot that could both vacuum and mop, and after a lot of research, I was particularly focused on finding one that could avoid obstacles. Despite the so-called “object detection” and “edge detection” features (which mean the camera is constantly on), the robot doesn’t detect anything properly! I don’t mind it bumping into walls and edges over and over, but what really frustrates me is how it drags anything in its path all over the house. Even if I block a specific area on the map to avoid, it completely ignores it and goes straight through. I’ve had to skip entire rooms just to stop it from making a mess. Also, the robot is supposed to empty its trash into a bin after every cleaning. It makes a lot of noise like it’s doing something, but the trash stays right inside. I’ve had to manually clean the bin at least 10 times now. Overall, it’s just not worth it. I originally wanted to buy an iRobot, but I accidentally ordered the vacuum-only version. Then my husband suggested this one, but it’s been such a disappointment. Don’t get me wrong, it does vacuum (we mostly have hard floors, so I can’t comment on how it performs on carpet—since I vacuum those manually with my Dyson to avoid this robot accidentally deciding to “mop” them). It also mops fairly well, but I spray the entire floor with cleaning solution instead of adding it inside the vacuum. This way, I give it more wet area to clean properly. However, the issues with object avoidance and trash disposal still make it a frustrating purchase. Too late to return, unfortunately :(

Great Robot…
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the first robotic vacuum we have bought, but I love this machine. So much better than hand push vacuum. It picks up dog hair and keeps the floors looking great. It easily goes from hard wood to area rugs to carpet with ease and I love how it weaves under kitchen chairs, beds and other pieces of furniture. Very, very happy with this and love the ability to program it to clean at any time and any room.

Just let the robots take over already...
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We were skeptical at first, since we live close to the street, which kicks up a lot of dust- as well as dog-owners. We had to run it 3-5 times and manually clean it out to start, but once it caught up to how dirty the house was (mainly…pet hair) it is an absolute gamechanger. It does an amazing job getting over transoms up to 3/4 inch for us, moving from rugs and carpets to hardwoods, etc. we haven’t used the mop feature yet, but that is something we’ll explore soon. I love how it doesn't "EAT" things- like the area rugs with tassels/fringe at the end of them. 10/10 highly recommend this beast.
