Stopped working

I have to reboot it two or three times each day. Best Buy won't replace it even though I have had it less than a month because their policy is no returns after 15 days (Boo!) and referred me to Tivo. I am now on my 4th attempt with them to get it fixed or replaced.

Very good cable box

This is much better than a 2 decade old looking spectrum box. My only issue is that the bluetooth remote is not paired with the box. You are required to disable the IR part of the remote before pairing the bluetooth. Once disabled thought I don't see any way to navigate to the screen to pair the bluetooth. Other than that I'm extremely pleased.

Excellent DVR!

Plus access to a few streaming services like Netflix, Prime and a few others.

Very disappointing

I have an older model Channel Master, which is love and have been happy with, but is no longer records, so I searched for a new one, That's how I bought this unit. But it is nothing like the old unit.

Good but has issues

Trust me it's worth it

Took the DVR supplied by the "Cable provider" OMG it was the worst DVR EVER. Decided to switch to TIVO and dump the cable DVR. BEST DECISION EVER! Spend the money and enjoy your cable TV. Couldn't be happier.

Can't give it a fair review

I love Tivo and, when it works, it is awesome, but the problem is that my cable company has not been able to get it to work with their cable card. Very frustrating.
