Have owned Bonavita - 8-Cup Coffee Maker before and Loved it. This one does not disappoint. Still Great!!! Makes a great pot of coffee.

The Bonavita always get top scores from online reviewers for good reason - it is simple to use and does just what it’s supposed to do - make excellent coffee quickly. No bells, whistles or timers, just a nice hot pot that stays hot in the steel carafe. It doesn’t take up much room on the counter and has a clean minimalist look.

Makes a 5 star cup of coffee. Super smooth. If grinding your own fresh grounds set to pre bloom. Took a star off due to similar complaints from a couple others. The cord is seriously too short. Also, the pitcher is a 50/50 shot pouring water into the reservoir. Half the time I end up with a cup of water on my counter I need to clean up. Bought a 32oz measuring cup primarily just to pour water into this coffee maker. Come on Bonavita. Make the cord a foot or two longer and the pitcher easier to pour. Still makes great coffee. Thermal carafe works well enough. For the price, I can deal with the minor short comings of design.

We have been looking for a simple but efficient way to make a good cup of coffee, we looked at plenty of reviews and read on making a good cup of coffee, we thought we would give this one a try. Consistent on taste and easy to use. No bells or whistles but that’s what we were looking for.

The Bonavita makes perfect drip coffee because it is calibrated to brew in the ideal temperature range and certified as such. It does not have a timer. It does allow you to prebrew by holding the on button in until it beeps. The stainless steel carafe maintains the coffee temperature for hours.

I really appreciate this outstanding deluxe coffee maker, the Bonvita Conniseur 8-cup. It looks cool sitting on my counter, is relatively compact, and does exactly as it says-makes great coffee. The brushed stainless carafe is amazing in the manner that it is cool to the touch on both bottom and sides and yet, it keeps the (non-hot plate machine) coffee very-same, hot temp for hours ! Screw-on pour lid works excellently. Apparently coffee experts swear by this “pre-emersion” spray head that this unit has. It works and may be one factor in the excellent coffee made. I have had this for only a month, but it is “doing its thing” very well, so far ! Best Buy knocked down the price I paid for this unit with my Rewards points...thanks Best Buy, who we appreciate ! Brews great coffee, my biggest complaint is that the water container can't be removed which requires you to use the pot itself to fill it which isn't great because it doesn't have a good lip for pouring. Usually ends up making a bit of a mess. Another small annoyance is that the pot lid can't be on at the same time as the basket so one always needs to be stored. I'd prefer if the lid was built in (removable for cleaning) so it still insulates but the basket can remain in place.

Quite a bit of steam vents from top so it can’t stay under a cabinet. Carafe top cannot be on while it is brewing.

Easy to use, simple and safe design. Makes great coffee. It’s nice looking too.

Love this little machine. It makes great coffee and very simple to use. The machine works as advertised and well built.

This is my second Bonavita coffee maker. My first was the slightly older model where the basket rest it on top of the carafe. This model has a space for the carafe built into the coffee maker. It is slightly more convenient. However, for some reason, the coffee from this machine is not as strong. Generally, I am satisfied with this coffee maker.

I bought this because the reviews on coffee sites. I agree, it makes good coffee. Not fancy, not a bunch of bells and whistles but just good coffee.

Simple SCA certified brewer. Three reasons to buy. 1. Correct water temp. 2. Good water coverage of grounds, 3. No warming plate to overheat your coffee after its done. Ps make sure you turn in the presoak function.

It's great to just push a button and have the coffee made. Taste is just as good as Chemex pour-over coffee but much more convenient. Insulated carafe is a plus,
