A lot of stars in this one. A bunch of people in the town are kidnapped and the sheriff and other throw together a posse to get them back. All is not as it seems.

This movie got a little slow in the middle but totally makes up for it with a bone tomahawk to head like finish that will leave you stunned.One of Kurt Russell's best roles!

If you can take the slow burn and build up of this movie you'll love it. The ending is worth the watch alone; along with Kurt Russell who turns in another solid performance.

Great Movie, good dialog & characters. opening scene and ending are intense and violent, almost could be classified as a horror movie, would not watch around small children.

Slow pace and one of the most gruesome parts of a movie i have every seen. A through back to the time of once upon a time in the west and the good the bad and the ugly.

this is a great and different kind of movie.its almost a western but not in a traditional sense.the story is unique and very good.the movie is a little strange in parts but only adds to it.kurt russel always give a great performance and after seeing hateful eight not long before this they tie in well with the older time periods.movie delivers drama action and a horror aspect even.great looking and well done movie.

Gruesome scenes, interesting style, nothing special in the acting. Would almost say that some of the talent was wasted, but the last part of the film made up for it.

If you like your western's with a little gore then you definitely want to give Bone Tomahawk a watch. I enjoyed the movie and would watch and purchase it once again.

I really liked this video for the story line. Don't expect the same Kurt Russel you remember of old; he's adapted to a whole new character in this action packed western.

This movie is beautiful and horrifying. With the build-up of a western and a horror genre heart, it gives you something you haven't seen before. Highly recommended!

Very solid cast in this weird little western. My only complaint is that it was a little over the top with the gore. Nice extras but no directors commentary.

Love Kurt Russell, and in a western, bam, sounds great. Was not your typical western. Has a great plot and is portrayed well by all the actors with a twist at the end.

The title says it all. Kurt took on a nice little project and it culminated into something that was a mixture of everything above in the title. I was impressed.

Deferent and entertaining! Set in a old West town, begins with outlaws crossing over a burial ground of a strange Indian true of canibals. Good actors, good film.

This was a good movie that I did not know about until I saw a clip on Best Buy online. I bought it and watched it and found myself transported to the old west. Great!

I love movies that take a genre and do the unexpected, twist it around and add surprising elements. This is a very character driven piece with some really great performances by Kurt Russell, Richard Jenkins, Matthew Fox and Patrick Wilson. Think of it as an ultra twisted version of The Searchers? Some great cameos by iconic actors. Highly recommended, especially if you don't typically like "westerns".

Just in time for Halloween, comes this bone chilling horror western, which is a cross between John Wayne's The Searchers, and Dawn of the dead. It stars the always great acting of Kurt Russell, whom shines in this role as the cowboy searching for a missing girl, and finding something he shouldn't have. With no spoilers, all I can say is if you want gore, horror and western action, pick this baby up..

I can't say I've seen many western horror/thriller films (or any, really), but this film is intense! It's a little slow to start, but when it picks up it delivers!

This movie is not for everyone but it for those who are willing to give it a chance, and those that can stomach graphic, gory violence, there's alot to like here. This isn't a Tarantino film but it has quirky dialog that reminds me of his films. It's a bit of a slow burn but the last 40 minutes are incredibly tense and feature the bulk of the action. Definitely want to see the director's next film.

This film si serious stuff. A fantastic cast, smart script, and some extremely graphic images make this horror western a standout. Not for the squeamish.
