    Since I bought the Boost Mobile Kyocera Hydro phone and the $55 Top Up card, I found out that the 30 refund policy only applied to the phone. So I bought 2 phones and 2 $55 cards for myself and my husband. Got the phones up and working. Ended up hating the phones and the service and went back to my previous carrier. I returned the phones to Best Buy where I bought the phones and cards and was able to return the phones but not the cards. I was told to contact Boost Mobile directly via email because their customer service number is a automated menu nightmare and can't get a live person unless you are activating a phone. So I emailed them and told them the situation. I got a reply back saying that the $110 I spent on the Top Up cards is not refundable. So lesson learned once again. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! At least with contract carriers you can return the phone and only pay for what you used while you had the phone active!!
