    I switched to Boost for less unnecessary charges, taxes, etc. I cant see where the lack of customer service with all major brand servers is much difficult & for less $. Adding a monthly or multiple months has been a breeze.

    Easy to buy and add the money to my phone. I had an old giftcard to Best Buy and was happy to see I could buy money for my phone instead of another random thing to just sit around. Love it!

    Your customer service was the absolute worst. I have ever dealt with in my whole entire life. No one was helpful at all. The card was defective and I was basically scammed out of my money and the customer service supervisor told me when I asked if this is how it works when I buy an item and it is defective you keep my money and she said YES!! Never I have I ever dealt with such horrible horrible service!!
