Game is awesome mist get and get the add ons too! Awesome and get borderlands 1 great game also

Figured I'd grab this game when it was on sale. Excellent gameplay and a good escape for me.

This is a great game with great storytelling. It's an open world with missions you can choose to complete in whatever order you want. Most missions are "go here, kill this", or "go here, fetch this", but the script writing is hilarious at times. The writes took tons of jabs at other pop culture icons, such as Lord of the Rings, Top Gun, James Bond, Shakespeare, Twilight, etc.

This was my favorite game to ever be released on the 360.

Great story line, lots of weapons but you die too easily. Your shields are gone in one shot. It seems like they want to you use the "Second Wind" function or have a teammate revive you. If they fix it so that you don't die in 2-3 shots, it would be a great game.

This game is definitely one of my favorite games to play right now. There is so much to do! And I mean SO much to do. This is a great game to play with friends, or just people online. I highly recommend this game to RPG fans as well as those who like online co-op.

Five stars all around. Some people might give three or four stars for graphics, but they don't take into account that the game is supposed to have that "graphic novel" look to it.

Let me start out by saying that Borderlands 2 is a great game, and thoroughly enjoyable. Borderlands 2 has improved upon the first Borderlands. There are many improvements and changes. But, the changes don't change the core of the game. However, thought I bought the game prior to its release, and immediately also purchased the Season Pass, I thoroughly regret making this purchase. If you desire to be thorough in your evaluation and decision, then I would suggest you take a careful look at the following Gearbox forum thread, which is still going strong. http://forums.gearboxsoftware.com/showthread.php?t=150907&page=1 Borderlands 2 was released with major, major bugs and flaws, that have not been corrected to this day. What is even more frustrating is that Gearbox and 2K have been very slow and measured in their acknowledgment of the existence of problems. I have no idea of the factors that are involved in what would make a game work on one XBOX 360, and not work on another, but that is the case. My son owns the game, plays the game, and has not experienced any problems. From day one, I experienced random sudden freezes, which can only be solved by rebooting XBOX. This is very, very frustrating, when all your progress is lost and you have to go way back to a prior point. You lose loot, guns, XP and some of reported complete loss of characters and BadAss points (explained elsewhere). In this thread, you can see that many people have returned the game, and also see the lack of communication from Gearbox. Had I known what I would be experiencing, I would not have bought this game, Also, I will not be pre-ordering any Gearbox/2K game again. If the game worked as it should, the rating would have been 5 stars on both criteria. But, it is not fun knowing you paid full price for a non-working game. Don't say you weren't warned.

The first borderlands was sweet and with all the DLC that they have released to follow up the great game sold me. There is not a lot of info as of yet for this but we just started being able to pre-order it so I cant wait!

didnt know what to expect not haveing played the first one but getting board with call of duty . this was on sale for 30.00 so i picked it up. way better than expected. well worth the money.

I haven't really gotten a chance to play this game much yet but from my friends and relatives, everyone says this game rocks. It seems like it is very fun and challenging. I definitely like it wand got it at a very good price almost a steal.

Love this game. It was just as fun as the first game. But like the first game I was not very fond of the ending. That is ok thought because the game play is fun and is a solid game all the way through.

I have spent a ton of time with this title yet, but so far I am loving the changes. The power sets are great, and the new gun powers are a nice addition to what was present in the first game.

I bought this game after I played Borderlands 1. It's easier in difficulty than Borderlands 1 but it offers more variety through new items, etc. Overall a great game!

great game love the 1st one and this one, but there's no real changes from the 1st except story line. controls and abilities seems similar to 1st one. Great game overall!

This game may have been fantastic, and it may even be other players' game of the year, but for me and quite a few others, it will not load past the "press start" screen because of a bug that has not been addressed since launch. If you go to Gearbox's own technical support forums for the game as of this post, you will see a thread that's got 800 replies with 55,000 views and growing, along with many new people creating accounts each day just to voice their frustration over a bug that renders the game completely useless (it is linked to the player's profile and affects this game alone). That's right: Gearbox shipped a game that contains a bug that freezes the game at the "press start" screen, and it still contains that same exact bug as of this post. Many people have had a hellish time corresponding with Gearbox and 2K over the issue, and most of those people have said that they will never buy another product from either company again after their dismissive and accusatory response to those affected by the bug. I will say one thing for myself: if I EVER buy another game from Gearbox, it will be pre-owned from Best Buy after Gearbox has had a solid year or however long it takes them to patch a game into standard-functioning condition. After this experience, I will not give that company another cent of my money. But if you think I have fabricated any part of this review, please feel free to stop by a Gearbox forums thread titled "Borderlands 2 Freezing" and investigate this yourself: you will likely be very surprised with what you find.

Bazillions of guns, cool new enemies, and a great story line.

Best coop game on the 360. You and your friends can play for hours. DLC is kinda expensive.
