Excellent collection of games, I will need a lot of time to complete them to 100%

My wife and I loved these games on the old systems and we love them even more now as they are remastered for the current generation of consoles. We love to play couch coop via split screen (something a lot of games have seemed to have forgotten of late) and there's no better game to have fun with. Crazy characters, story, loot and like, a Bazillion guns, who wouldn't love that?! If you didn't play these on the old systems, you would be doing yourself a disservice by not buying this version and having a blast with it!! You will laugh at this very creative and original series as there is some really funny stuff in it. Oh and by the way, all of the DLC (downloadable content) they made for these two (yes I said two) complete games is included in the price. You can't go wrong with this one. Stop reading reviews and just go get this game!

I've played well over 1000 hours of the Borderlands games on various platforms, and this version has been my favorite experience yet. You get everything in one neat package (well, except BL1 of course, which I believe deserves the remaster treatment but time will tell). The PC versions of these games may have a slight graphical edge if your hardware is up to snuff, but I've always been a console gamer at heart, and this collection rekindled my interest in the franchise after I'd become a bit burnt out from playing too much. Between this and the final episode of Tales... coming next week I think I'm good for a little while, but can't wait for the next installment!

Borderlands remastered offers many hours of fresh gameplay for newcomers of the series. This remastered collection includes all previously released DLC adding to the already large amount of content and replayability. Borderlands is probably best played with friends but playing solo can also be lots of fun. Borderlands The Handsome Collection includes two of the best FPS RPG's on the market. The only flaw is if you've already been burnt out from playing on last gen, there isn't anything new to do.

Borderlands 2 is one of my favorite games of all time, it alone makes this collection worth it, but the also fantastic pre-sequel bundled with it, and ALL the content? It's a flawless package. Great value for anyone who's never played the games at full price, I would say to get it on sale if you already own both titles and most of the DLC, at half price maybe. You'll never regret it after pouring dozens of hours into this title with friends, or even by yourself.

This game couldn't be more fun. Funny, great story, lots of side missions. A lot of content for a great price.

BL2 is one of my favorite games of all time! I played it on the xbox 360 originally and it was awesome then, so i expect it to be even better now on ps4. With that being said, i had super high hopes for the pre-sequel. Initially... i didn't like it. The music and game sounds were bland, the australian sense of humor wasn't quite the same and the storyline didn't draw me in as much. Despite all this, i kept playing and i gotta say, i really enjoy it now. The gameplay is the same but different since you're on a moon without atmosphere, so the mechanics change accordingly. All in all, it's been pretty fun but not as good as BL2. The two games priced into one however, is a great deal and I'd highly suggest giving it a go

For those who missed Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel (which released late in the PS3/Xbox 360 life cycle), this collection is a must. While it would have been nice to have gotten the original Borderlands in this collection too, this is still a great value for the asking price at this point. Borderlands 2 was a GOTY candidate when it released a few years ago, and this collection includes all the additional content that made its way to the game post-release. Between these two games, you can easily squeak out 100 hours of gameplay. Highly recommended if you love loot-based games, irreverent humor, and a distinctive FPS art style.

If you liked BL2 or The Pre-Sequel on last gen, it's just as good on the current. Graphics looks great and the 60FPS is awesome. You're not getting anything new here beyond some updated visuals and 4 players local split-screen, but it does have EVERY BL2 and Pre-Sequel content to date. There's a TON of content for your money here. If you never played any Borderlands game, here's your place to start.

Story, cool animated cell depiction, unlimited weapon drop with each unique characteristic and humor. What more could you ask for? How about a well driven action role playing game that's first person based. Add to that each character you play as have their own twist and turns in the game. Highly recommend to play with your fellow comrades online 2-4 players. Such fun and pure enjoyment!

The borderlands collection is an amazing amount of content packed into one package. The value is undeniable. On ps4, the frame rate and performance/visuals are very noticable. Having recently played on ps3 it is a huge improvement. I would highly recommend this collection to anyone, even those who have previously played these games before. Definitely worth revisiting pandora all over again.

I'm a huge Borderlands fan, so this really was a no brainer, but I didn't know what to expect. I'm pleasantly surprised. I may have already played Borderlands 2 on a previous console, but this one looks so good on the PS4, I just want to play it again. The graphics look so amazing and like was already posted, this is by far an amazing value. Well worth every $ spent. Get it and have a blast!

I love this game. There is so much to do and has countless hours of gameplay. Claptrap is hilarious and there are lots of laughs and fun times waiting for you in this game. Theres literally thousands of guns and you have good variety of characters to choses from. Also the value is awesome since you get two games with all the add ons. I highly recommend getting this one.

Looks and runs great, the value for your money is great as well seeing as you get two games plus all dlc. Multiplayer online works flawless, when you do couch co-op you can get some frame rate dips when you have 3-4 people but it doesn't kill the experience. Very worth while

You will certainly get your money's worth out of this game. The combat is standard for the FPS industry but that's ok because it's smooth and works. Borderlands 2 and to a lesser extent the Pre-Sequel are great games. Borderlands 2 is better game from a Story and sheer content perspective. The Pre-sequel has more varied characters to choose from. But the locations and story are very boring to look and listen to. Both games are great to play cooperatively online and locally.

This is a great game if you are into cartoony FPS. The new addition to port old characters from old versions of the game is great so you don't have to start over. You can even give your weapons from your old characters to the new ones you start for Borderlands 2. Lots of DLC in this game. for the Pre-sequel not as good as Borderlands 2 but it is a decent game to fill in the blanks between Part 1 and Part 2. Lots of various different guns. Some add power and others add elemental damage. Various different shields have different effects and same with grenade mods do various things to your grenades.

This is easily the most content per dollar that you can buy for the next gen systems. It's hilarious and addicting story makes it even more enjoyable. The game also has the most fulfilling loot system of any that I have played. To play through both stories and all dlc once would easily be over 100 hours. Add to that with a great new game plus mode and raid bosses to attempt with your friends and that can double the play time. The coop is fantastic for these as well. The only drawback to borderlands is the absence of a shared loot system. It encourages cooperation but that doesn't sink in for many folks so everyone ends up sprinting for loot instead of completing the objectives

I'm not a huge fan of fps, but there aren't many local multiplayer games this generation and I needed something to play with my nephew when he visits besides Diablo 3. He's into shooters and we both enjoy fallout so this seemed like a no brainer. The cell shaded graphics make up for the last gen look somewhat. A fun, crazy game if you need a local co-op. You can play up to 4 players split screen

This game is a collection of Borderlands 2 & the Borderlands pre-sequel. All the DLC from both games are included along with slightly improved graphics. I like the ability to play up to 4 player split-screen co-op. The variety of weapons is immense & the skill trees are full of interesting abilities. The story is good and the action is solid. Grab a friend or three n' Run for the Borderlands.

If you have never played the games this is a great way to experience a lot of content. I had them on the 360 and wanted to replay them on next gen systems, completely worth the money in my opinion. The only way they could have made it better was to include the original game.
