I love everything about this dishwasher except for the fact that the dishes don't dry right away. However, I'm all about grabbing a towel and wiping them down before placing them in cupboards.

Everything is nice when it's new. Won't know how good it is until we use it for a few years. If it does not need repairs it will be great. Ask me in a couple of years.

Dishwasher is small in size, has virtually no heat cycle. Dishes never dry. Only good quality is how quiet it is.

I have owned Bosch dishwashers in the past and have been very happy. I couldn't wait for my Whirlpool dishwasher to stop working so I could buy another Bosch. The first time I used this new dishwasher, there was water droplets on the inside door, even though it sat closed throughout the night after it completed it's cycle. I have read other reviews where this has caused mold inside. However, this was not my concern since I thought I would dry the inside door after each use. My concern is with how well it cleans. When placing utensils on the utensil try on the top rack, they do not come out clean. There is stuck on food. I have tried turning the utensils around in all sort of directions, however, this has not helped. In addition, some of the dishes do not come out clean and I have to hand wash them. I really wanted to love my new Bosch, but have been disappointed. I make sure to run the sink water until it is hot, I make sure none of the dishes are touching and there is ample room for a good washing, I have used the best name brand dishwasher tablets. Even placing two instead of one. I opened the dishwasher after a completed cycle to make sure it was hot inside. And it was. Best Buy has a wonderful return policy and is allowing me to return this dishwasher within 15 days for a full refund. I will be doing this today. I cannot even look forward to buying another Bosch dishwasher since they all have the same washing capabilities. The only differences are within the quietness, racks, and amount of different cycles. Perhaps, the quality has been diminished to cut corners. I cannot believe that this dishwasher is defective outside of the box.

Average washing quality, twenty years old Whirlpool gave us better results, cleaner dishes. New one is much quiet.

Love this dishwasher. It allows you to adjust inside to fit larger or smaller items. Love the wine glass holder on the top rack, as well as the silverware holder that keeps them standing up. Definitely an upgrade from my old school dishwasher.

Best DW we’ve ever purchased. Consumer Reports recommended and I agree. Silverware basket is little cumbersome, we snipped some of the lattice out of the top and it’s much easier to deal with.

Great machine for the price. It may not have a 3rd shelf but to does side shelf’s the rods at the bottom Evan be adjusted for larger items . Filter is easy to remove and clean

We will not go with any other brand of dishwasher at this point because Bosch dishwashers are so durable and reliable! As our other brand dishwashers die out we are replacing them all with Bosch in our Cooperative.

This dishwasher functions as advertised. It cleans thoroughly, does so quietly, and is easy to operate. Thus far, we have no complaints and view it as a wise purchase.

I love my dishwasher. It runs great and cleans the dishes nicely. I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because I feel they should of put a drying feature on this machine. Some of my dishes are always wet.

The first dishwasher I had installed was defective. The second one works ok, but it seals so tightly that it doesn't dry completely inside, causing it to start to smell. I've been trying to make sure I leave the door slightly open so it can dry. Bosch dishwasher, as I've now learned this is a known issue. It's also difficult to find a good way to organize the dishes because of the positioning of the little spokes.

Dish washer functions very well, the door is difficult to open and the spring which one must fight to open is much stronger than it needs to be,

The dishwasher is amazing and so quiet. My only reccomendation is get your own installer unless you are inatalling on brand new pipes. They wouldnt even consider intallation on mine which had old pipes.

Best dishwasher I’ve ever bought and I have bought a lot of dishwashers. To keep it simple you’d be a fool not to buy one of these that’s my opinion.

Nice and quiet, but I can’t get used to not having heated drying when I want it.

I really like this dishwasher. I found that the sanitize option gives best dish drying. Best Buy installation services were spot on. I shopped 3 stores Best Buy was the best value and offered the quickest installation and delivery option.

Not as good as our old Bosch. Everything feels flimsy - including the closing mechanism and the plastic bottom of the interior. Doesn’t dry dishes thoroughly or get them as clean as our old one. The silverware caddy is annoying - why is it in two parts? Regret buying this - I thought it would perform as well as our last low-end Bosch but no. Buy a more expensive model this one is not worth the quality sacrifices.

It’s smaller on the inside than I had expected, but I can deal with that. Only downfall to this dishwasher is that it doesn’t dry very well. Other than that, no complaints. It gets the job done, cleaning wise

Has the most basic of features rather than more whistles & bells, but still extremely reliable. Does the job!!!!! We use the Speed cycle for virtually everything; only takes an hour!
