We purchased this unit to replace a 12 year old Bosch unit that started leaking. I must say this unit is a step backwards from the older one. The interior seems smaller and what we most dislike is that lack of the third tray at the top. This new design with folding racks attached to the top of the second rack doesn't work well. If the racks are deployed it is very difficult to load the space below them. If you put items on the second rack without deploying the folding racks you have to move everything around. Just not user friendly. The unit is quiet and does a good job of cleaning but the ergonomics of the design just aren't as good as earlier models.

Works very well, no issues at all. Very quiet, and easy to use.

So, this is replacing a 10 yr old GE Profile. It had more features than the Bosch, but wife said it needed to go. This is the entry-level Bosch dishwasher. It is louder than my older GE, but not loud generally. We can still comfortably have a conversation or watch TV and not be bothered by it. I do not like not having a heated dry and having wet plasticware. Seems that it is an energy savings thing and you must use the drying liquid. Even then, your plastics will always come out wet. It cleans well, however. Also, it does not have the little "garbage disposal" that our older one had. It was like a mini-blender that shredded any food products. Apparently, they result in too much noise, so manufacturers don't use them anymore as it is all about "the quiet. " I also dont like the cheap looking red LED display. If I had to do this again, I would have spent more and gotten the hidden control panel or the one that projects light or time on the floor. I would buy Bosch again, but not this model. The Best Buy process was smooth, and the price was right.

So quiet and love the rack design. Despite the size, it easily holds all my daily dirty dishes.

Favorite thing: it's quiet Least Favorite: Dish rack design Bummer: Total Tech is coming out the fix the soap dispenser already. Overall: it was affordable, probably not better or any worse than any of the others at this price point. Would I buy it again, maybe.. maybe not

The dishwasher is super quiet and appears to clean the dishes well. The controls are easy to use. The dishwasher runs for a little more than 2 hours. I'm still learning how to load the dishwasher - takes some patience and ingenuity. The dishes are quite wet when the cycle has finished.

This dishwasher has already saved me so much time and has made me feel a million times better about my life. I didn't realize the rinse aid was required, so I wondered why it didn't dry, but once I figured out it wasn't optional, things have been coming out dry. Also, I am not really an experienced dishwasher user, and I was scared to not pre-wash, but it actually cleans REALLY dirty dishes. I'm impressed.

Cleans great. Door opens hard and strange set up inside. After 6 months I still have not figured out the best way to to dishes in for maximum space use. Great options for cleaning.

This dishwasher replaced an old one that had seen better days. This is our first Bosch product and so far we are pleased. Much quieter than our old one. Love the front display. Easy to operate, Dishes are clean. And the price was nice as well. I would definitely recommend this product.

Noiseless good cleaning drying is not great space limited

It's a quiet machine thatbcleans so much better than my old machine. I downside is It's smaller than normal. For our house we are empty nesters It's not that bad but if you have a family it my be frustrating to not be able to pack it out.

I love the dishwasher. Even though on the low end of price rangevit does a gret job for me.

This dishwasher is the best I’ve ever used! Exceptionally quiet, clean lines, so much more room than the previous dishwasher I had. May be the 100 series but cleans and stacks like the most expensive one. So many options. I’ll be sad to leave this behind when we sell the house but at least I’ll know what brand to buy in the new house!

Excellent dishwasher, simple to use, and quiet operation. It took awhile to decide that the one hour setting was all that was needed to adequately dry dishes, the water needed to be heated increasing the time. The capacity for dishes is more than adequate. Due to a shallow tub the door opens much lower making it necessary to bend over more.

Quite and effective, seems efficient as well, I would recommend.
