I did my homework before buying this dishwasher. I have no regrets going with the Bosch 100 series, I LOVE it! It's so quiet, I can barely hear it. The third drawer is amazing! I never had a third drawer before and I don't think I can live without one anymore. The adjustable second drawer is great too! There is soooo much space compared to my old dishwasher! I used to always rinse my dishes before putting them in the dishwasher. Bosch promotes not rinsing before, so I did a test and did not rinse any of my dishes and I couldn't believe it - Sparkling Clean!! My old dishwasher always left food on the dishes if I didn't rinse them well. The only thing I recommend, use Finish Powerball detergent. I used to use Cascade detergent and I noticed a lot of water spots. Bosch recommends Finish Powerball detergent, so I made the switch and what a difference!

This is the first “high end” dishwasher I’ve ever bought and was little skeptical about the fitting of items with a third rack but I will say this is a really nice dishwasher. Especially since shipping is free for Bosch products so that definitely helped with my decision. I’ll try to break this down to the 4 most important parts and one honest con that honestly isn’t that serious imo. Room: It’s roomy enough to fit a number of pots and pans (strategically) on the bottom. Mason jars, coffee pot, bowls on the top and large utensils, Ramekins, silverware on the third rack. I wouldn’t recommend just throwing dishes in there Ike the beat up one we replaced so it can thoroughly cleans everything. The third rack can be removed as well for larger top items. Overall. Very spacious. Cleaning: Not going to lie, this thing is a beast when it comes to cleaning, especially with the extra dry setting. Oh man, I don’t care if it takes an extra 30 minutes I’m always pressing that. I generally rise my dishes and my wife just throws them in there and combined they both still come out super clean. Just remember that placement factors or it’s just my OCD. I use the HE pods and Jet dry, I would fully recommend you follow the directions to keep the dishwasher well maintained for longevity. Loudness: I forgot the DB on this but it is SUPER quiet and I enjoy the red light as a indicator that it is running. Initially I kept putting my ear to it to make sure it was it was actually running. I feel spoiled Cause our 10 year old beat up washer sounded like a Jet engine from a 757 whirling around in the house. Settings: We mostly use normal with extra dry, takes about 2:35hrs which isn’t a bother for me. If your quiet and can clean the hell out of my dishes, take all the time you need. There is a 60minute setting that I’ve used with small amounts of dishes but the extra dry automatically adds 30 minutes. Settings are straightforward and the look is clean with having no buttons in front. Very seamless and clean. Honest Con: My only one con is that if dishes sit in the washer for a period of time as you are adding more waiting for it to be filled it does start to grow a smell, internally though. It’s a small con but I think it’s because of interior material used. Food on dishes, etc. it’s to be expected but once a week I run the sanitize mode and it’s gone but that’s about it. Overall I would absolutely recommend this dishwasher, especially for the free installation. We love it.

We purchased the Bosch 100 Series Dishwasher to replace an older malfunctioning dishwasher when we had a new kitchen counter installed. We don't use the dishwasher often, so we didn't want to spend a fortune, and the 100 Series was the perfect blend of value, features and style. The racks can be configured in multiple ways, and the 100 Series is quiet and efficient. In addition, Best Buy's installation crew was efficient and neat, and removed the old unit for recycling. Only caveat: starting the dishwasher wasn't totally intuitive.

Because of the supply chain, this Bosch 100 was one of three choices available to replace our Kitchen Aide dishwasher. I give the Bosch 4 stars because it has excellent cleaning but does not dry well. We would have spent more money to get a Bosch that dries better, but choices are limited. While the installation was fast and the third-party installer was courteous, the next day we noticed that the installer had drilled through the back of the cabinet! If this drilling through the back was the only option, we needed to have a short discussion before the screws went through the cabinet. This is POOR. Therefore, our overall rating is 1 star.

Clean dishes really well! Very happy with this dishwasher!!

We needed a black dishwasher quickly. After talking care with the install we noticed the front was damaged it look like screws from when is was manufactured it slipped through quality control. Im hoping Best Buy will contact me about this i didn’t want to spend hours on the phone trying to talk to a human.

Very quiet and does a great job cleaning. I like the top third rack for silverware but not crazy about the lost space below. I can just fit regular sized dinner plates. Also don’t like how you have to purchase a rinse aid to not have dishes covered in water spots. Never had an issue with that on any previous dishwasher I’ve owned. But overall it’s a good washer so far.

The dishwasher performs well at this price point. Quiet, cleans well. Drying is an issue these days not having a drying heater element but this does a reasonable job with Bosch recommended anti spotting fluid. Nice touch-it notifies when you need to refill Finish. The utensil basket is small. Still figuring out best rack positions for dishes and bowls but there is a lot of flexibility in configuration. Middle rack may be adjustable. (Have not tried). Top rack, 3rd shelf, is convenient for large flat cooking tools.

This dishwasher cleans really well. I love having the third rack on top. So much easier emptying silverware! It’s also very quiet. The only problem is the bottom rack comes off the track easily when there isn’t very much loaded in it.

Very nice and quiet. A light that shines on the floor tells you it's going. A bit quirky with the controls, where you set it, then close it, can't reach the controls once it's closed. Gets dishes really clean. Love the third tray, which you can place all of your small odds and ends into.

The dishwasher cleans very well and we love the 3rd rack. Sometimes glasses come out a little foggy, but it works way better then our last one. It is unbelievably quite as well.

I bought this in March 2021 and I absolutely love it. It's definitely the best dishwasher I've owned. It's SUPER quiet, has great features, looks great, it's easy and flexible to load, has an easy clean filter and has stayed clean and mold-free inside, which is an issue I've had with every other dishwasher (multiple brands) that I've owned. I highly recommend it!

The Bosh dishwasher was pretty much "middle of the road" in terms of cost, but the offer of free installation made it a pretty good deal. So far it has performed well, although we are still getting used to the best way to load it. Sometimes it feels like there is actually less room than our old 15 year old one, but we are getting better each time.

Cleans very well! We don't have to rinse before dish washing. Very Quite! We can talk and run the dishwasher at the same time. The notification that the Jet Dry is out is useful, never had that. Our only complaint is the basket organization. Everything is too close. There is no place to fit Corelle Everyday cereal bowels. Tall plastic glasses have to go on the bottom. We still haven't found a way to wash dinner dishes and the pots and pans that created the dinner at the same time, causing multiple loads! It is QUITE and it is CLEAN... is it worth the extra detergent / Jet Dry? We did not return it.

This is our third Bosch D/W and it performs as well as the others. It is very quiet and cleans well. We love the third rack. We had a little trouble getting the black front as it seems they are a little scarce and we had to get a model one lever down from what we wanted. But overall we are very satisfied.

Does a good job of washing but some things need a little extra hand drying . I like the 3rd rack on top for long utensils. Easy to install (bought the installation kit). Operation is very quiet. Did not get this dishwasher until Dec 27 even though I ordered it on Nov 14 and was told it was in stock.

Would have been a 5star except I really dislike the racks. The prongs are so close together it is difficult to load fully. I can only fit about 1/2 the dishes I was able to load into my previous dishwasher. Other than the racks, I am beyond pleased! This is a really quite dishwasher. I love the adjustable racks, top shelf/drawer for utensils, and it works like a charm...I love having crystal clean glassware❤

Very quiet when running. The auto cycle generally runs for 2 hours 10 mins. the 3rd top rack is very useful. I am finding it difficult to fit coffee mugs in the top rack. The utensil holder is very small but has variable sized slots. It can be repositioned easily. However, the utensil holder has only one clip to attach it to the bottom rack and it doesn't sit well in the bottom rack. I will have to learn where to put it so it doesn't bounce around when I roll the rack out. When I pull the bottom rack out to load more dishes, I frequently hear dishes crashing. It falls off the track before rolling on the door. I have to form a new habit to be very careful when pulling out the bottom rack going forward. I wanted to buy up to the next model up or higher, but waited 4 months for availability which never happened. I chose this one, which is a good machine. Others I know raved about Bosch. I would not rave, but it is a "good" machine. After I ordered from Best Buy, the delivery date was moved out from the 1st week of Feb to the middle of April. Over 2 months later than the delivery date displayed on the website. The installation team did a good job.

Had this dishwasher for a few weeks and every thing is great the dishes come out clean we love the extra shelf on top. The installation was easy and it came with the power box.

great machine. almost totally silent when running. takes a while to get used to the upper silverware rack, but it works well. does the job well overall. We've had it for about a month now, and very happy with it.
