Even after a couple of "work-arounds" that should have added adequate heat at the end of the dishwashing cycle, we found the silverware to be wet enough as to require hand-drying. Best Buy was very accommodating in trading this dishwasher for one with a defined "Heated Drying" feature.

Dislikes are it doesn't dry the dishes and the panel was hard to figure out. Didnt come with directions I had to Google. I love that it has an easy to remove filter.

You can hardly tell it's running. My only issue is that dishes do not come out completely dry. More often than not, I have to do some cloth drying when it's finished
