||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.MY purchase of this dishwasher was after reading several reviews, including Consumer Reports, but what I did not realize was there is no "heated drying cycle." Even after a couple of "work-arounds" that should have added adequate heat at the end of the dishwashing cycle, we found the silverware to be wet enough as to require hand-drying. Best Buy was very accommodating in trading this dishwasher for one with a defined "Heated Drying" feature.

Since changing to Bosch I have yet to have a single issue. I can’t say that for other brands I have used in the past.

And not very spacious. The silverwear rack is 2 seperate peices which is annoying... suck at drying. Puddles on top of cups always.

Use Finish® Jet Dry® rinse aid to help dishes dry faster. *This doesn't have to be added for each cycle, you fill the reservoir then the dishwasher will indicate when the reservoir is empty and needs to be refilled.* 2. For everyday use, we recommend Auto Cycle, which is best for mixed loads of dishes with varying amounts of food soil. 3. Select special drying options like "Sanitize and Extra Dry". Sanitize operates at a higher temperature to help eliminate bacteria and enhance drying results. 4. When unloading clean dishes, pull out lower racks first to avoid dripping water from the upper rack. If these tips do not help improve drying, please contact our Customer Support team at 1-800-944-2904 for additional assistance. Thank you.

I think I am saving money by not running full cycle. Also, it has an ON/OFF button. So quiet, I check to see if it is ON. I DO rinse items before loading after reading customer problems on internet with drainage clogging up. Hard to load big pieces.

Dishes come out spotless. I had a learning curve for loading it to work for my family but once I figured it out we fit everything in and then some. Installation was quick and professional

It was succesful on 3rd occasion. I had to be home 3 times on 3 different days as they sent a broken piece. Hopefully it will be better next time I buy
