The tines on the bottom rack were not able to move to put more dishes , or oversized dishes in.

First, it requires cleaning a filter approximately once a week. This is a European idiosyncaraciy, not US and is a pain in the neck. If you do not do it, the machine shuts down. Secondly. items on the upper rack are always wet and require towel drying. This is not the casse in all the previous dishwashers I have owned,

Also, the 3rd party delivery/installer thru Best Buy was top notch. Very satisfied!

Installers had to come back a second time to get it working right but they found the problem right away and corrected it in good spirits. The machine is serving me very well so far.
