She provided options and assisted in the selection process This product was purchased over the phone and totally met my expectations. The installers sounded qualified, however, the final result is that the product is crooked in the space allowed.

The rack is never on track and falls out of the dishwasher. I am going to look at my receipt and see if I can return this item ASAP
